today is lepreCON at my college, so basically an all day drinking fest.
i want to participate but all i can think about is the amount of calories in the drinks & how bad i’ll feel if i drunkenly eat something. i’ve been so good this week i don’t want it to end.
AND i heard alcohol consumption can stop your body from working off cals for up to 36 HOURS.

idk if it’s just me but when i stop eating, my overthinking goes away (somewhat).
not about food, but about life. i haven’t been stressing about whether people like me, or whether i’m saying the right thing all the time because i don’t have the energy.

i started to black out when i was in the shower earlier and that hasn’t happened to me since march. it’s honestly terrifying and always gives me a panic attack resulting in me not being able to see, hear OR breathe (a fun lil trio). in a sad way though i’m happy that it happened bc it makes me feel like i’m doing something right:/
