i wanted to talk a little about some of the interpersonal relationships I gave Cash since i love his tetocu23 version (other than Javi and Krupp) and want to yell about him
The first is George and Harold. Making Cash an Uncle Scrooge dt17-esque character actually allows him to develop friendly relations with other people aside from just Javi.
Cash still befriends George and Harold here because their canonical apparent friendship is obviously something I very much approve of, and their dynamic when someone inevitably turns into a monster of the week is pretty much this.
George: It's time for you know what!
Harold: Yeah! Captain Underpants!
Cash: You two, now's not a good time for whatever nonsense you’re going on about.
Javi: I agree with my boyfriend here! We're doomed!
George: You're nuts! This IS an emergency!
Cash does find out the truth about CU eventually, as does Javi, and they're surprisingly accepting.
Cash basically acts like Scrooge to bo, stanley, and gooch. Consider this trio and Hazel the Huey, Dewey, Louie and Webby of tetocu23.
next we have Cash's interactions with jessica and the sophies. Cash would support any of his niece and Jessica's interactions. I think Cash and Sophie 1's interactions would feel really quite natural and fun. He supports Other Sophie's crush on Jessica. And he and the sophies would genuinely be really good friends with each other if not for his rivalry with Krupp. I've said this before and I'll say it again, but Krupp and Cash's relationship here is based on Scrooge and Glomgold's interactions in dt17, if they weren’t actively out to kill each other.
Then we have Dressy, Erica and Mr. Ree. According to the creators of the AU, erica, dressy, and ree are a bit of a parallel to the george-harold-captain trio dynamic. So, Cash is the wildcard of that group. I can also see Cash discovering Vil Endenemys’s villainous plans and trying to warn the girls, but they think he's crying wolf, and so does mr. ree.
As for Dressy separately, she comes off so strong that Cash just doesn’t want to talk to her half the time.
Erica: You haven't been talking to Dressy much as of late. How come?
Cash: That girl… s-she was obnoxious even by my standards…
Cash would feel bad for Erica. He wants to babysit for this kid who grew up too fast, and he and Erica become friends just in case Cash actually feels he can actually babysit properly. As the wildcard of the group, he finds he and Mr. Ree contrast. Dressy and Erica listen to Ree. As for Cash, dressy and erica don’t listen to him enough!
Dante and Alyssa don’t start out as friends, but they end up that way once Cash realizes how lonely his niece is and lets her hang out with him because both of them are theater kids. Yes, this means that poor Cash and Javi have to deal with two silly theater kids as Krupp watches in amusement. Having been born with a silver spoon in his mouth (like Cash) and having only known only a life of luxury, Dante can’t trust too easily, so Alyssa is kind of the perfect one to befriend him.
Melvin and Melvin-Borg, though… Hoo boy, where do we even start with Cash's interactions with those two? Cash instantly hates the two of them, bc he thinks theyre both evil geniuses. And he's right. Cash is smarter here than in tetocu, and I think he’d be able to catch onto the fact that Melvin -- and this "cyborg" Melvin -- have bad plans in mind. As for Javi's thoughts? He’d probably feel like someone threw up on the Melvins' auras. Cash would also be able to catch on to the fact that Cara is Not What She Seems™ and would try to stop her. Javi would do what he can to warn the others of this super villainess. Also, he would surely roast the hell out of poor Cara. XD
And then we have his friend.
This is Alice Carroll (name is a reference to Alice in Wonderland and Lewis Carroll).
Alice is the new art teacher at Jerome Horwitz Elementary. And an even bigger shocker, she and Cash are an item. Technically. In Krupp's eyes, they're something of an item.
An insomniac, Alice insists on keeping up with the latest in the world of art, but is level headed and fair. Generally friendly and loves to play around, but will not mess around when it comes to serious stuff. She believes that art is the way to bring hope and good into the world.
Cash is bi, while Alice is straight as a pencil. Their incompatible orientations, realistically, should clash, but they make it work. They're just really good friends, but Krupp is wrongly convinced that Alice is Cash's love interest (she ABSOLUTELY isn't, that's Javi), not helped by Cash near constantly blushing around... someone (aka Javi). Unfortunately, because Alice is nearby, this is how Krupp (and Hazel, Cara, Alyssa, Juliet, and even the gym teacher, Mr. Meaner, for that matter) figures out Cash's "love life", and now they think Alice and Cash are deep in the throes of love, when in reality, it's Javi who's Cash's love interest.
Alice is a bit of an artist, hence the sticker on her shirt and blue paint splatters on her face.
Alice has a bit of trust issues.
A bit of her storyline centers around her desperately trying to not keep Cash a friend thanks to Krupp insisting that Cash x Alice is a thing.
Is friends with Javi!
they practically become inseparable.
I've said it once, and I'll say it again. But Krupp kidnaps poor Javi anyway, though tetocu23 having twentysomething episodes per season does delay that. So krupp decides to mess with Cash, even though he isn't quite as toxic towards him as canon, so he locks him and Javi up in a closet. Not too surprisingly, the not-as-protective-of-Cash-as-Juliet-but-still-protective Alice is really mad at our principal afterward.
Cash and Alice would love paintball, and they shoot each other while giggling. Cash and Alice have some cute banter before Cash inevitably gets Camoflushnapped (remember, this is during the tetocu23 equivalent of the camoflush ep).
Cash: *while they're being shot at by a Camoflush'd Major Messy* This paintball game is definitely going to be my villain origin story.
Alice is a bit protective of Cash, and would be horrified if he ever got put in danger.
…And then the whole thing with Borelock happens, and when she finds out what happened to her friend, she straight up snaps like a waistband. She near goes insane.
Alice: What did you do to Cash?
Borelock: I got your love interest out of the picture. On the bright side, he'll make a wonderful p-p-p-porch ornament.
Alice: Porch ornament? You call this getting him out of the way?! Just who do you think you are, going around turning people into stone like that?! I despise you, crazy wizard, and everything you stand for! And Cash isn't my love interest. He's MY FRIEND!!
(For that last remark, Borelock just turns Alice to stone, too.)
Other than that, Cash and Alice are just really good friends who are having fun – nothing more, nothing less. At least before an unholy mashup of Krupp's kidnapping of Javi, Cara's evil scientist vibes, and the Melvins' devious plans rear their ugly head.

Characteristics of the mains of the Co! Au!
Co! George: He still enjoys his pranks as much as before, no matter how dangerous they may be! He does seem to have gotten somewhat more serious since the last time we have seen him, most likely from spending more time with Melvin over the summer (Which totally did not result in him gaining a crush on him). He also gained a love for fighting, even if it's only caused by adrenaline. His friendship with Harold has never been better, even if they curse at each other and bicker! He seems to have begun seeing Mr Krupp as more of a father figure than a principal, along with CU. He does seem to have a few fears of his own, even if he never says anything about them ever existing... Poor boy is worried others will begin seeing him as weak if he shows any form of fear or sadness.
Co! Harold: Though he does try to avoid anything dangerous when it comes to pranks nowadays, he still loves them to death! He still has major anxiety when it comes to a lot of things, but it seems to have gotten somewhat better. He still would rather die than not be friends with George, even if he ends up giving him a heart attack every five minutes. He also has Mr Krupp as a father figure, though he may have called CU dad first. Melvin has also become a dear friend of his!
Co! Melvin: When it comes to George and Harolds pranks, let's just say that he is willing to help them out with doing them much more often, only snitching when he believes it to be a danger to many people. While spending more time with George over the summer, he seems to have lightened up on his perspective on things (Which also totally didn't result in a crush from his end aswell). He has gained both great friendship from George and Harold, and a newfound love for chaos. Though he doesn't view Mr Krupp and CU as father figures, they still have a place in his heart.
Co! Mr Krupp: He sure has gotten a lot kinder since we have last seen him, a lot calmer too! He has grown a much bigger soft spot for the boys aswell during this time. He views the two boys like they are his son's, and views Melvin similarly to how Melvin views him. He is just tired of the threes antics and just wants them to be safe and sound.
Co! Captain Underpants: What can I say about him, he is still a lovable yet stupid superhero that we all know and love! He also views the three the same way Mr Krupp does. He isn't as tired of their playfulness as Mr Krupp is though, and oftentimes joins them! Though he can't be out for too long, else he gets a little cranky!
(THIS TOOK SO MUCH LONGER THAN I THOUGHT HOLY SHUT HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE THIS-)

OK so me and @kitkat1003 where talking about a huge messy fusion with George, Harold, poopypants and Melvin. (they story is like a plan where Professor P manipulates Melvin to fuse with him and then they go after Harold and George and then those two fuse to fight Andesine but they lose and are forced to fuse) and they are forced fused like jasper and corrupt ocean jasper
the we got the idea that cu and Krupp have to fight them and Krupp uses his fire whip and it crushes him knowing the hes hurting the boys and after when they do unfuse every time Krupp summons his whip the boys flinch even tho they know they wont hurt them its just a bad memory from the fight from when they were being burnt

You should rank the TETOCU episodes
I’ve actually been meaning to do that for quite awhile. I was waiting for the potential 5th season... but seeing as THAT’S not going to happen, I’ll go ahead. Starting with my least favorite episodes (also, I don’t know the exact full name of the episodes, so I’ll refer to them as something else)
My LEAST favorite episodes of the Epic Tales of Captain Underpants
4. The teacher-tron episode (AKA the one where Meaner is the replacement superhero)
I felt like Harold and George getting expelled was fixed way too easily. Also, the fact that CU himself doesn’t properly appear in this episode is bad enough but then he gets temporarily replaced by the same guy who was responsible for his death in the books. (Also, while Meaner is more likable in the show, you can tell he was a bit of a creator’s pet if you notice how he is used so often).
But on the other hand we DID get Grace Wang, who was pretty awesome.... except I think we ALL saw that twist involving her a mile away after the reveal in the first season finale.
3. -The one where the boys (and Krupp) end up at the better school in season 2.
I remember reading the synopsis for this one on Netflix and I thought ‘well this is going to be predictable as hell’ and I was even tempted to skip it. So not only do we have an easily guessable plot, but its basically what should have been book 8 in animated form. And oh joy, Meaner is the ‘monster/bad guy of the day.’ AGAIN.
I admit that I did like the interactions between the boys and Krupp, and that it seemed Krupp was trying to do better... but after season three, I have my serious doubts as to how sincere he was.
2. -The one where we see Krupp’s childhood.
I loved the idea of seeing Krupp as a child, and it was sweet to see a scenario where that version of him interacts with George and Harold (and it had serious ‘what if’ potential). And also we get hints that not only did he used to be a sweet kid, but we see a little bit of CU in that child. And yeah, I get that the boys were going to risk making things a LOT worse and that the moral was ‘Not everyone can be changed into a better person.’
But the moral falls so horribly flat when you see that Krupp was stuck with an abusive mother and that he virtually had no support of any kind outside his home. Hell, the show more than hints that Bernice herself made things worse when Krupp DID succeed at the talent show thanks to George and Harold’s involvement. Also, wording the moral as ‘some people are just born bad’ does NOT work for someone like Krupp in this case.
The rest of the episode was either ‘eh’ or ‘wait, he undid the child labor laws?!’
1. -The blue people planet episode. (screw this episode I hate it so much).
I’ve only seen this episode once and have no desire to see it again.
This was basically a repeat of the ‘better school’ episode, but worse. This was clearly book 8, down to the evil versions of the boys and CU.
You had so much potential for a space season, kept it to six episodes, and wasted it on a poor imitation of a book that you refuse to properly adapt.
Also everything about that planet is baffling when you give yourself time to think on the issues. If the kids are more powerful and oppressive than the adults, then the adults would have to sterilize themselves or limit how often they’d have children, but they clearly need their race to continue on and.... yeah it’s pretty messed up fridge horror when you get down to it.
So yeah, I freaking hate this episode so much. Actually most of season 4 was such a let down and everyone has been in agreement over it.
Ok, now for the episodes I loved.
4. The Rome episode
This truly felt it a book Dav would have written himself. Not only was it a creative concept of a time-travel school trip, but George and Harold manage to have the same levels of manipulation and stupidity (AKA not thinking things through) that they tend to have in the books. Hell even Melvin is at his best here. I feel like this was the best time traveling episode out of all the episodes that use that gimmick.
Even better–someone FINALLY had enough of Krupp’s BS and punched him in the gut, which is basically what we ALL wanted to do. I actually could not stop laughing when it happened and had to rewind that bit. I know he suffers a lot in season 2, but that moment was pure catharsis or myself as well as the ten year old reader in me.
3. The clay episode with Bo.
This was one of the most creative episodes and I love the use of stop motion when Claylossus turns the world into clay (and the ‘decreasing value’ gag is chuckle worthy). I felt like this best explored the creative potential this show had to offer.
Also, I loved that this episode best displayed the boys’ compassionate nature by befriending Bo and warming him up to making even more friends. Its not often we see George and Harold showing compassion towards others. Also Bo is one of the best original characters the show gave us and his ‘bad guy of the day’ form suited his character and worked as a twisted interpretation to how others saw him.
2. The Splotch episode
This one broke the episode’s usual format when the concept was ‘Captain Underpants is framed for a crime he didn’t commit.’ Which meant that we get CU for a lot longer in this episode AND he doesn’t revert back to Krupp at the end! ^_^ But the idea of him getting sent to jail and put on trial is pretty damn hilarious.
I also love that this was a continuation of a previous episode and that the villain was an evil mutated alien robe–who also doubled as a Venom shout out by possessing Mr. Ree (another great OC character).
1. The soctopus episode
Again, this feels like something Dav would have written himself and I am impressed with how creative this episode went in capturing the silly spirit of his books. The ‘bad guy of the day’ being made of gross socks feels like a true CU villain and the fact that he’s voiced by John DiMaggio made him even better. Also I love how hilarious the initial set up is–that George and Harold think suspension is awesome and try to get Krupp to suspend them, while he actively avoids doing so as he understandably suspects they are up to something.
But what I love best about this episode is one short, yet important shot–as the monster is being defeated and lets go of the boys, CU freaks out and immediately goes in to grab them, followed by a moment where he is holding them both and all three are smiling. Everything about this moment sums up the best part of CU’s character–he may not be the brightest bulb in the drawer, but he is actively concerned about the boys’ safety and he WILL be there if they get in trouble. In a world filled with cruel or idiotic adults, how fitting is it that the good side of the boys’ least favorite person is the one who will always listen and be there for them? And unlike in the books, the boys care very much about their hero and do appreciate him. Everything about that moment sums up why the fandom adores the intergenerational friendship the boys have with CU.
As a bonus, let’s rank the specials
3. The Halloween episode
-I felt like they could have done more with a Halloween episode and it lacked some badly needed creativity. Also I really hated the adults here, wanted to throttle Krupp personally, and was baffled at how Ree and George and Harold’s parents wee all anti-Halloween. Also I’m pissed that apparently Heidi does NOT exist in the series, especially that the books literally show her later on.
On the other hand, we get to see CU being a bit more of a competent bad ass.
2. The Christmas episode.
Well at least it wasn’t another ‘Christmas Carol/It’s a Wonderful life’ re-telling and managed to tap into George and Harold’s flawed side. Jacked!Santa was terrifying though. But what I HATED was that apparently the staff–who clearly knew the source material up to this point–forgot that Krupp is Jewish and had him celebrate Christmas like the others. WTF?! Why would you do that? It was FREAKING SHOWN in book 5!
But on the plus side–EDITH FINALLY SHOWS UP AS A CAMEO! Hallelujah finally our girl showed up on the show! And since the show isn’t continuing any time soon, I can pretend that Krupp/CU eventually ran into her.
1. The interactive episode
I had a lot of fun on this one and seeing the different outcomes. Even when I took the path I thought would be the safest, it turned out I needed to take a different one. But it does make you feel like you are in George and Harold’s shoes as you try to figure out the best way to save the tree house. (Also, I once again wanted to throttle/punch Krupp, but thankfully this special gives you multiple ways to make him suffer.)
Also, given the nature of the episode, we get a lot of scenes out of this one that require you to take as many routes as possible. (And I love that there’s one where you can ensure CU single handedly saves the tree house through sheer stubbornness and luck, while also doing what Krupp completely failed to do by getting the one million dollars needed.)
#captain underpants#the epic tales of captain underpants#there's more good ones but I wanted to narrow it down to my personal favorites#and the ones that sucked are the ones that I think most people hated to begin with#at times I feel like the fandom could have written better episodes#but the good ones that we got are perfect

CU Monsters Inc. AU: Roar!
Stop, stop, stop!!”
SIMULATION TERMINATED.
Bernice angrily rubbed the bridge of her nose with her finger and thumb as the wall of the simulation room rose up.
She glared at the confused monster inside.
“You said your name is Mr. Fyde, correct?” she asked, seething.
“Y-Yes ma’am.” Fyde answered nervously.
“Could you please explain to me, Mr. Fyde, what…that was?” Bernice asked again, referring to his less-than-appealing performance.
“Uh…” Fyde started. “…snake/ninja approach?…” he continued after a pause, sweating.
“And you call that ‘scaring’?” Bernice asked a third time, her glare becoming nastier.
Fyde gulped. “…y-yes?…”
“Well, it was awful!!!” the CEO shouted, banging a fist on the wall. Her loud, booming voice frightened everyone in the room.
“Do it again.” she demanded.
“B-But I-I’ve done it so many t-times already!” Fyde stuttered.
“And you’ll keep doin’ it until I’m satisfied.” Bernice responded.
Fyde sighed. “Yes ma’am.”
“Mom!!!”
Everyone was startled again when both of Bernice’s sons frantically burst into the room, two of the disguised human children carried by Benjamin and the third carried by Jasper.
“Benjamin Krupp! Can’t you see I’m in the middle of-…actually, that was great timing!” Bernice smiled as she walked over to her eldest son.
He set the disguised boys on the floor as he tried to speak. “Mom, there’s something you need to-”
“Not now Benny, I need you to show these monsters how scaring is really done!” she exclaimed as she pushed him into the simulation room. “Pay attention everyone, especially you, Mr. Fyde; my son’s the best in the business! Reset the simulation!” she commanded.
As the lights dimmed, the test dummy laid down in the bed, and the voice lines sounded, Jasper set the little disguised girl on the floor next to the boys.
“Kitty!” she quietly chirped, and began to run over to Benjamin. “Heidi, no!” her brother and his friend ran after her.
“Now then, give us a good, loud roar, Benny!” Bernice chimed.
“There’s no time for that!! Jasper and I have a-”
“Whatever it is, it can wait, Benny!!”
“No it can’t!! We-”
“DO AS I SAY AND ROAR!!!”
Benjamin realized she wasn’t going to listen to him until he did as she told, so he did.
He let out the biggest, loudest roar he could muster with his hands in the hair and claws visible; and the little human test dummy with the bowl cut and glasses sat up and screamed.
Unfortunately, so did Heidi; as she and the boys stared at him in fear; George holding his hands over his ears tightly.
As Benjamin finished his “demonstration”, the three children ran away from him and hid in a corner and Harold quietly attempted to comfort his poor sister.
“That’s my boy!!” Bernice shouted proudly as the rest of the monsters, except for Jasper, applauded him.
But he wasn’t listening.
He was staring at the corner where Heidi and the boys were hiding with wide eyes. He turned to Jasper for a second, who gave him a nervous look, then back to the corner; and a little twang of guilt hit him.

Random screencaps of the Captain Underpants Epic Choice-O-Rama special with thoughts for these scenes.
This is the closest we’ve ever gotten to Krupp and Captain Underpants actually meeting each other. I can only wonder if the two men will actually meet each other face to face in person in the future.
The padding was strong in that scene of Krupp writing the check but the expressions were priceless. So I was willing to let it slide. Especially since those expressions of Krupp suffering were complete blessings.
Lowkey surprised that we got to see Grace Wain/Future!Erica here. Does this mean that everything here took place before/during season 2 or was this an animation error by the animators? Either way, it’s good to see that she stands by her fellow people and is quick to boo injustices when she faces them.
“Don’t boo me! Boo your poor life choices!” I actually loved that joke.
Babies! Also it’s kinda neat that both the 1st grade scene and the CGI battle are like references to the movie. I kinda hope that we’ll get more references to the movie in future seasons.
Again, I am in awe over how diverse and unique the designs are for the CU characters. A grand majority of the teachers/faculty members look fascinating regarding their appearances. I also find it amazing that there are so many people who are teachers or faculty members of Piqua and all have the time to go to Teacherville. Plus the cameos of Ted, Yewh, and Jerry were enjoyable.
Also, do you see the janitor between Ted Murdsely and the dark skinned woman in the red blazer? Until canon says otherwise, I’m gonna headcanon that guy as Bo’s dad.
Other Sophie, sweetie? You do know that’s not how to use a smartphone right?
And I actually love that CU got to hang out with the other kids in the TV show segment. And I find it cool that the kids like/feel comfortable enough to interact with the superhero with this project. It’s really wholesome and it strengthens his image as a hero to children. But it still bugs me that none of them were shocked/surprised when he transformed back into Krupp. Like, how are they not phased by that reveal?!
Overall, I really did enjoy this special and I had alot of fun choosing my adventures. I was worried that it was gonna be as chaotic as Bandersnatch but this was still pleasant to play around with. The storyline was enjoyable and I thought the twists and animation scenes were top notch as always. I’m really glad that they decided to make this.
And those are my thoughts. Feel free to reblog this if you have any thoughts on these scenes or the special in general.

So you said a few things about Daemyra being in the CU Beetlejuice AU, but not a lot (I like the idea of Anthrope being Miss Argentina too much to let go of it. But maybe she could be the musical version of Argentina who is surprised to see Lydia alive and in the Neitherworld and tries to talk her out of suicide with her own song as an example). I'm very curious.
One, I am so sorry this took so long. I hardly ever use tumblr outside of the mobile app and it does not notify me well at all when I get asks.
I fully agree and understand with you keeping Anthrope as Miss Argentina. Not only is Anthrope perfect for the role, but it wouldn’t really fit Daemyra’s personality to have a “desk job”. She’s more of a public menace than a civil servant, and if Bernice is the head hancho? She’d definitely be stirring up all the trouble she possibly can (as I talked about some in the comments of the post with the ask about giving Daemyra a cameo was brought up), with a few jail breaks here and there when she couldn’t make her initial getaway from the scene of the crime.
From what I’ve gathered from the posts you’ve both put out about the AU, Daemyra would definitely fit as a face in the Waitroom when Krupp and Edith arrive (likely bound and shackled in a bunch of chains preventing her from escaping after her most recent mischief involving Sandworms and soo much destruction or something to that effect).
If she were to interact with them like musical!Argentina did with Lydia, Daemyra would definitely be surprised to see a “living” in the Neitherworld and definitely push towards Edith not being so eager to make the Neitherworld her new home. Though Daemyra herself is more at peace with her short life and how apart from Bernice running things, frankly enjoys her afterlife more than her years alive, she wishes she could have lived more of it and that it was happier like Edith’s has been (prior to her recent losses?). She’s seen a lot of poor, unfortunate, miserable souls all over the Neitherworld who regret their afterlives greatly because they didn’t know what they had.
“Regret is a terrible thing. When you’re alive, you have the option to make amends, set things right or obtain closure. The only thing stopping you is making the choice not to. You can’t do any of that when you’re dead. When you carry regrets to your grave, it festers and rots you from the inside, growing worse and worse with time, and you might never know reprieve for all eternity.”
Daemyra and Krupp would also be on fairly vitrolic terms most likely, and would likely argue and sling snark at each other if they were to have a conversation here (or in Daemyra’s case, the occasional Irish Gaelic insult/curse; she’s been a ghost for a long time and it’ll really show when she gets irritated or angry, but she finds ways to keep up with the Living World times and adapts to the colloquialisms, which throws a lot of people off and amuses her greatly) over how having Edith in the Neitherworld is NOT A GOOD IDEA, but I would think they’d have a shared solidarity on their hatred towards Bernice (which I also brought up with @jackie-sugarskull some time back). Idk what your plans are for what Krupp’s history in the Neitherworld is and what he does on a regular basis, but the main idea was that because Daemyra likes making big spectacles of causing trouble for Bernice the tyrant to inconvenience her and wanting to overthrow her (but not quite having enough power to do so, not that it stops her from trying) behind the scenes, Daemyra would divert a good bit of Bernice’s attention away from Krupp and what he gets up to maybe? Particularly for the main plot.
It really depends on what exactly your plan is for how you want the scene where Krupp and Edith enter the Neitherworld here to go and why they’re here. Or if it’s just Edith? I’m likely remembering the details wrong.
Another thing I discussed with Jackie on Discord was another alternate potential scene idea if you decided to have George and Harold go to the Neitherworld to follow Krupp and Edith because they’re concerned about the latter, Daemyra would help them out and tell them which direction Edith went for them to find her in exchange for them forking over the random items they have in their pockets they brought over from the Living World (something something items of the living world bypass Neitherworld enchantments, so she’s able to undo her binds with a macgavered lockpick of popsicle sticks, paper clips, toothpicks, and gum where attempting the same with her powers would be ineffective), then make a big scene of her escape so the boys could slip away without notice.
Those are my spitballs for Daemyra on this. Sorry these are so wordy, but I promise they’re intended to be very small scenes. Again, it all depends on what you decide you want for this part of the story and how you want it to go.

Awesome here’s mine:
Krupp
He has several undiagnosed disorders ranging from asthma to anxiety and depression to ASD (here’s the kicker) ADHD! His mother’s neglect led to him going undiagnosed. In particular his SPD is SEVERE to the point that he can’t even go near a loud party because of the stimulation.
He would willingly and quickly adopt Melvin. He subconsciously notices his neglect thus why he showers him with attention and allows him to display his inventions to the school for hours on end.
He is well aware of George and Harold’s ADHD and Melvins autism. He also understands he has plenty of kids with adhd who behave just fine and is harsh to keep a quiet environment for sensory sensitive children.
He is a Mystic Jew, not an Orthodox Jew, he doesn’t feel like he understands his religion very well, but he’s actually quite intelligent and interested specifically in Jewish Gematria. His respect towards the holidays comes from this, save for Halloween, which he actually views as demonic. Jewish Mystics have to be academically and numerically minded, which he is. As a general mystic, I can see him having similar beliefs as me.
He actually is the first person in his family to understand Judiasm, as his mother and brother are so deeply confused they believe in Jesus as part of their religion, somehow.
George
He and Harold are very athletic after dealing with so much monster shit. Athletic enough for Mr. Meaner to loosen up on them.
He’s a bit of a book worm. He reads a lot to inspire him to write.
Super into Breakcore!
More on the hyperactive side of ADHD. Becomes restless and anxious if he can’t move enough.
His mother makes amazing cookies.
Harold
When he learns gum isn’t technically a good, his new favorite food becomes Hot Cheetos. Still barely a food but a step up.
Hates his dad to the point of apathy. Like, he gets revenge on his dad by simply not caring and rarely mentioning around anyone, even George. In fact, he opens up to him around Krupp in a very underhanded manner, coldly and sarcastically for which they have solidarity to some degree.
He accidentally calls Krupp/ CU dad atleast once and dashed out the door. It’s never mentioned again.
Harold becomes close with his sister as they age, Harold being a doting brother and Heidi a funloving brat.
Mr. Meaner
He’s a party man and part time auctioneer. Like, I just love his energy. He’s a pagan who loves the pagan side of holidays a bit too much.
He’s less fit than his students but can dance the night away.
He has no idea what an asthma is. Poor Melvin.
He loosens up off school grounds and can be really friendly in fact.
Would murder someone if needed.
Ms. Ribble
Would indeed marry Mr. Krupp.
Genuinely mean even deep down, like why Dav Pilkey why did her niceness in that one book wear off or whatever it was?
Will quit as soon as she gets herself a man, has been through three divorces, which she initiated.
Unable to get pregnant due to a sad disorder. She hates children out of spite because of this. More bent on torturing the parents rather than the children out of jealousy.
Edith
An alien. Everyone agrees on this right?
Has the alien version of ADHD and still learning her way around earth.
Likes to scribble and draw. Has a genuine love for cooking.
Can be easily annoyed. Has mild food aggression.
Kipper
No longer a bully.
He likes playing music in a band composed of his friends. He sings about things he’s passionate about.
Can indeed annoy Krupp. He doesn’t like their form of music at all, and gets annoyed if they play too loud.
Becomes acquainted with George and Harold and apologizes for bullying them, even doing small things to make up for it, like negotiating with his uncle to get them less detention.
Still a bad influence. Doesn’t mind to expose the children to drugs and alcohol. Party person like Mr. Meaner. Albeit, he’s a die hard libertarian who things drug laws are deeply unconstitutional.
I will also add to this more later.
Well, since everyone else has listed their own CU headcanons, I’d figure I’d list a few of my own
I’m gonna start with Krupp and Captain:
Krupp
As a kid, he was in chorus (it was his mother’s idea). And he’s a surprisingly good singer, but he’s pretty shy about it. Edith once caught him singing an Elvis song to himself, but as soon as he realized he was being watched, he clamped up.
Growing up, whenever he was asked the question, “If you could have any superpower, what would it be?”, he’d give the same answer every time; flying.
He wouldn’t mind being a father someday, it’s just that he’s afraid that he’ll wind up treating his kid like his own father treated him.
Believe it or not, there are actually kinds of punishment that he will draw the line at. He had heard horror stories of the more vicious punishments that other schools have done to their students, and felt sick to his stomach just thinking about them. During one of his earlier years as principal, he saw a substitute hit a misbehaving 1st grader so hard with a ruler that it actually snapped in half. He fired her on the spot.
Before he and Edith started dating, the only member of the JHES staff that he has ever had somewhat of a “friendship” (if you can even call it that) with is Mr. Meaner. They were on the wrestling team together in high school.
He’s red-green colorblind, but was never “diagnosed”.
Can be extremely protective of his brother and nephew.
The frequency of his “memory blackouts” are really starting to scare him.
Captain Underpants
Is fascinated by rain, but every time he tries to go out in it, he blacks out and can’t remember what happened. He wants to know what it feels like, just once.
It takes a lot to make him angry, but one sure-fire way to do it would be to either threaten or hurt George and Harold in front of him. But not even God will save you if you do…
He’s a hugger. If you’re a friend of his, and he thinks you need a hug, you’re getting one!
He might not be the brightest crayon in the box, but he’s surprisingly good at reading people’s emotions. He almost always seems to know when someone needs cheering up.
Kids seem to almost gravitate to him, mostly because he’s a big kid at heart himself.
A while after he saves to school from Poopypants, George and Harold tell him that apparently, a few of the girls in their grade have a crush on him. He’s not only flattered at this, but thinks it’s adorable.
I’ll add more later.

The Experiment: Ch. 16
Hopefully nobody was recording what happened. For Mr. Krupps sake.
The CU gem au is by @angerydj
If anyone thought it was easy to chase an adult gem, George and Harold would slap them in the face with the truth. It was hard!
At least they kept Captain Underpants in sight.
The agate in question was happy to run free and find help. He was back! He was someone! But even though he wasn’t quite sure who he was or what he was, he knew he had to help gems in need!
But in all of his running, nobody seemed to be in need. He stopped before a pearl dressed like a mime. He was doing the “trapped in a box” but. Captain Underpants took it seriously.
“You poor soul. It seems like you are trapped in an invisible box-like prison.” He said, walking around the mime. He banged on the invisible box and opened his mouth in a silent scream. “What? What?! I can’t hear you! I see your tears.”
Harold and George stopped to watch by a bench.
“Is it wrong to think this is hilarious?” Harold asked his friend. His gem suddenly shined for a second, causing the Sapphires expression to change. “Uh oh.”
“Uh oh? What uh oh?” George asked
“Fear not, I will set you free!” Captain Underpants said before punching the gem in the nose. Harold and George gasped and ran to their principal.
“What is your problem Agate?!” The pearl asked
“Ah, much better! I can hear you now!” Said the superhero
“We are so sorry about that!” George said, rushing forward.
George and Harold each took one of his hands and dragged him away. Perhaps they should bring him to their treehouse. Figure out how hypnosis on gems works. Figure out how the heck they can turn this giant infant gem back into mean old Mr. Krupp.
“Hold it!” Captain Underpants suddenly said, pulling his hands away to stand in a heroic pose. “Do you sense that?”
“No.” The boys answered
“Of course not, you’re not superheroes. Come sidekicks, evil lurks within!” He declared, running into a building.
The infants groaned and ran in to follow him. Really, for a big gem, how does he move so fast!? He was oreads gone by the time the infants maiden it through the revolving doors. They hurried back out in a dizzied daze.
“How are we gonna find him?” Harold asked
“Found him!” George said, pointing up at the roof.
“Stand down diamond, I will smite thee!” Captain Underpants yelled
“Diamond? What does he mean by ooh...” Harold said, before he realized there was a giant statue of Pink Diamond next to the building.
“He wouldn’t.” George said worriedly
“Your days of terrorizing this planet are over!” Captain Underpants ran to one side of the building.
“He would!” George squeaked
“Mr. Agate, I mean Captain Underpants! You can’t actually fly!” Harold yelled
“I take to the skies like an ostrich!” Captain Underpants yelled running and leaping off the building.
“NO!” The boys yelled running into action.
Captain Underpants collided with Pink Diamonds face. The statue was forced to lean in one direction. George summoned his whip and snapped it forward to wrap around the statues hand. Harold grabbed onto the whip and helped his friend pull. Unfortunately for them, the statue started to spin on its circular base. George ran around the base holding his whip.
“Harold!” He yelled, losing his grip.
The sapphire stood below where the statue fell. He summoned a large shield over him. Yellow Diamond bounced off of it and landed on the ground. The tip of her point hair cracking off.
Captain Underpants leapt off the statue.
“That’s what you deserve you meanie!” He said
“Okay, I think it’s time to go.” Harold said, grabbing the superhero’s hand. George joined him, taking the left hand.
“But what about all the other villains?” Captain Underpants asked, stopping.
“No no no, it’s fine. No villains to worry about here.” George said, tugging on his hand.
Captain Underpants looked up at the dome, then around at the other gems. They snickered and spoke in hushed tones. It was concerning, and very familiar to the agate.
“Sidekicks, I don’t mean to alarm you, but I feel like I have been here before.” He said
“Of course you have.” George groaned
“This is where you wound up when Homeworld destroyed the planet you were made on.” Harold explained
“My origin,” Captain Underpants said fondly, “yes, I know it well.” His wide smile faded.
That wasn’t what he meant. Captain Underpants felt deep in his gem that he had been in the colony before. Years before the infants. Before a comic was created based on him.
But something was missing...
He looked away from the children dragging him down the sidewalk. Behind a tree. A tall gem with square shaped hair and an interesting visor. He felt the sudden urge to run over and talk to her. He wanted to ask her what he was. As if she would have a clue.
“Captain Underpants?” George asked. The agate looked down at the infant. “Are you okay?”
Both the young gems looked worried. He put on his best and brightest smile.
“Of course I am. Nothing to worry about!” He said cheerfully
He glanced in the strange gems direction. She was gone.
“I am curious. Where are we going?” He asked
“To my treehouse. Where we can figure things out.” George responded
“Ooh! Is it a house that looks like a tree, or is it a tree that looks like a house?” Captain Underpants asked excitedly, picking up the pace.
“Neither. It’s like a small house in a tree.” George explained
“It’s kind of like our secret lair.” Harold added
“Then let’s go!” Captain Underpants was now pulling the boys along. He knew this street. He knew these houses. He had walked down them many times before.
“Left, left!” George yelled
The agate took the next left and finally stopped at George’s house, with Harold’s right next door. Bursting with joy, the gem ran away from the infants and leapt over the fence to the backyard. George opened the back door of his house.
“Mom, I’m home! Me and Harold will be in the treehouse!” He yelled
“Alright sweetie, have fun!” She yelled back.

I’ve been thinking quite a bit about Gerald lately and pondering about the reactions of Mary and CU when they find out about Gerald. Like CU would probably be the first to know about Gerald cause he was there when it first happened and he’d be like “holy cow” and probably ask a bunch of questions like the cinnamon roll he is and then be really happy because his two favorite friends are now one favorite best friend
Mary would be shown Gerald deliberately because G and H trust her enough as she keeps CU’s alter ego a secret quite well. Like after school one day they all go to the treehouse, Mary slightly suspicious cause her friends have been acting weirdly along with the fact that a new student showed up one day without explanation and G and H were both gone around the times the new student was present, so of course she’s suspicious.
So the three are up in the treehouse and George says “We’ve got something cool to show you” in an oddly nervous yet giddy voice and then both boys start dancing like dorks, laughing nervously which soon turns into genuine laughter as they practically run into each other.
Mary, expecting G and H to simply fly into each other and bounce off, practically freaks out when the two meld together in a ball of light and the mysterious new student takes their place, laughing giddily just like G and H. And her mind can barely handle it??? As people are not supposed to fuse together when they throw themselves at one another??? Mary would probably sit there for a bit, processing what happened until Gerald walks up to her with a worried look on his face, and then she just breaks into a grin and just jumping up and inspecting Gerald because honestly he looks so cool, being the fusion of two of her friends.
And Gerald is so happy because G and H were kinda nervous about Mary’s reaction, so all three were extremely relieved with how Mary took it.
Oh boy, and then KRUPP finds out, completely by accident.
The group of three (four if you count CU) had been trying to keep the origins of Gerald a secret with relative success, with only a few close calls with Melvin and other kids who happen to be there at the wrong time.
So like G and H are up to their usual antics and get called down to Mr. Krupp’s office, per the norm, and are just sitting in their designated chairs as Mr. Krupp goes off on them. But then Krupp gets called out for something, so then he tells G and H to stay in their designated chairs. The two boys wait and wait, but there’s no sign of Krupp. So they start messing around with each other, starting off in pokes and small noises before erupting in an all out play fight.
Of course, right around then Krupp is nearby and hears the noise in his office, and gets mad. He bursts into the room, ready to yell at G and H, but his words die quickly and his mouth is left hanging as he witnesses George and Harold just disappear in a ball of light, which then forms into the mysterious student many of the other kids have been talking about (He had dismissed them, just like the ridiculous claims of a half-naked man in underwear saving the day) and he just hits the wall. The coffee mug he had in his hand slips and shatters on the floor, scattering the mug everywhere and scaring the living daylights out of Gerald, who quickly whips around and stops dead once he sees the shocked face of Mr. Krupp
Sorry about the essay, but I had a lot of ideas to put down on paper. I just like Gerald so much???
(—– submitted by @clockworks-time )
FRIEND I LOVE GERALD SO MUCH TOO AND MY FACE SPLIT INTO THE BIGGEST GRIN WHEN I SAW THIS
He’s one favorite best friend!! i love that so much….CU would so be over the moon!! Omg this whole time I guess I thought that Gerald would come about from a failed experiment from Melvin or something, and I never even thought about them dancing to fuse!! I love it so much! Just smiling and laughing as they clumsily figure out who leads and HOW you even lead until they know how to do this all on purpose rather than just an accident. Mary would SO be floored!! She loves all this adventure!!
“(He had dismissed them, just like the ridiculous claims of a half-naked man in underwear saving the day)” –(I laughed okay this poor man just wants to lead a normal life!!)
DO not apologize I LOVED this essay and you’re a wonderful writer on top of being an awesome artist!! I can so imagine Krupp completely passing out from the utter /shock/ of it all. And Gerald just has to scramble and find Mary like “Hey! Um. So. Your dad sort of saw me soooo maybe you can convince him that he had a fever dream?”
Mary is like their mom friend and she takes charge and gets things back to normal! But Krupp k n o w s what he saw, even if Mary does her best to convince him otherwise. He is ON THE LOOKOUT and he’s got his eye on George and Harold even more now that before!!

Hall Monitor (CU Fanfic)
@superhighschoolleveldemigod @guiltyhipster @jackie-sugarskull
“Have a good day in class, Carly!” Holly said waving her daughter goodbye. Carly waved back energetically, turning around and skipping to class. Her curls were bouncing as she left.
Holly smiled and sat down on a nearby chair that was in the hallway. The hallways were quiet. Psh. What else is new? It was always quiet… most of the time. Especially when everyone was in their classes. But hey, you’re a hall monitor, what do you expect?
This school was a nice school. Holly would always say that. No doubt was she ever bored there. Well, not all that time. They only thing she was bored of? Mr. Krupp.
Are you not surprised?
Yeah, she doesn’t like him very well. He always and I mean ALWAYS found a way to get kids in trouble. Holly would always hear him yelling at kids. Including kindergarteners! She hated it! She would always convince him to stop but guess what? Yup. He ignored her.
Holly was a gentle person. She treated people equally and didn’t care if they were different, silly, annoying, rude, etc. She care about everyone. The bell rang after an hour and in a split second, the halls were flooded with children. Not that surprising. Kids were so happy to be leaving their class. She’d understand if she was in their classes.
“Slow down. You might hurt someone.” Holly said quickly. The little boy slowed down and began to walk instead. She smiled at him. A few kids stopped to say hello and how are you and talk about their weekend to her.
She was the right woman to talk to. She was calm and didn’t yell and kids. Only when she really needed to which was rare. Why is Krupp always overreacting? These are the things Holly thinks about.
“LEAVE ME ALONE!!!” A voice yelled. Suddenly, a kids came running past her at full speed. Holly became fully alert. “Hey! Hey! No run–”
“COME BACK HERE!” An older kid’s voice called. This time, a group of middle schoolers ran past her, too, not even paying attention to whom they ran past.
After processing what was going on she instantly started following them. She lost them for a sec until she heard yelling. She turned a corner and say the same kids who ran pass.
“Stop it!!” The youngest boy shouted as the middle schoolers threw him around.
The little boy had orange hair with freckles on his cheeks. He wore a bow tie and a vest over his white shirt. “Leave me alone…!” He said, his voice cracking. He was on the verge of crying.
“Hey! You three!” Holly shouted. The three middle school kids turned around. Holly had her hands on her hips with a angry expression on her face.
“Ethan, Evan, and Anthony… do we really have to go through this again? Do you REALLY wanna spend a week’s detention again?” She said sternly.
They were all silent. “No…?” They all said quietly. Holly smiled and pointed behind her, telling them that they should leave. They immediately let go of the poor kid and ran.
With a huff, Holly picked up the little kid. “You okay?” She said in a gentle voice. The kid takes a moment to collect himself before nodding slowly. “I can’t find my glasses…” He said trying to look around. Unfortunately, everything was blurry.
“Oh, okay…” Holly looked around and soon spotted the round glasses. She picks them up and helps him put them on.
“Thank you…” The kid said quietly. “No problem… um… what’s your name?” “Melvin. Melvin Sneedley.” “
Ohhhh I’ve heard of you! My daughter talks about you a lot.” Holly said smiling.
“What?” Melvin said confused. “Your daughter?”
“Carly. She’s in your class, isn’t she?” Melvin nodded slowly. He stood there silently and awkwardly. “Um… what does she say…?” He asked quietly.
“Oh, a lot of good things. Like how smart you are, how cool you are, and stuff like that. She really likes you.”
Melvin felt his face turn red. Likes? Him? Of all people? He was surprised. He never knew this.
“Um… thanks… what’s your…?” He said slowly.
“Mrs. Montierre. But you can call me Holly if you like.” He nodded and was about to walk until…
“Wait! Melvin!”
“Uh… yeah…?”
“Don’t let those kids bother you. If they talk about you or to you in any way, ignore them. If they’re hurting you, come to me. I’m always here if you need me.” Holly said kneeling down to eye level.
Melvin stood there for a moment and smiled. Not only because he felt safe, but because he didn’t expect anyone to do that.
“Alright. I will. Thanks again, Mrs. Montierre.” He said, walking to class a little more happier. Holly stood there in the hall way smiling. Why would anyone bully a kid like him? Carly likes him. So he can’t be THAT bad.
“Well, time for another lecture about not staying in the fourth grade hallway.” Holly said walking back to where she was before.
She spoke too soon when she heard an explosion and a splat.

I love the way you draw the bois!! Very chubby, very good! Also idea, Krupp learning that a student is trans and CU educating him about it and telling Krupp not to be hard on the poor kid? Melookingforcomfortinfictionalcharacters?ofcoursenot!
OMG I LOVE IT!! At first all I can imagine is Krupp is just going around the hallway at school patrolling, when he sees a 'boy' student in a skirt ( I know it's she/ her girl pronouns it's just for this part, don't want to offend anyone) as he is about to give out to her asking if this is some joke, George and Harold spot him and quickly change him into CU and push him into the janitors rooms and cu it like ???? While George is explaining what was happening while Harold is keeping the kid occupied. Cu then brings Krupp into the room and explains to him what transgender means and Krupp is kinda ashamed and embarrassed so they fuse back together and Krupp goes back to her and just says she looks very pretty walks off but George and Harold are proud that they came when they did before things went downhill the girl would of been humiliated and Krupp would still be uneducated on the subject so it was good for both :)

Concept: George and Harold hanging out with Kruppy the Kid (when Krupp and Melvin switched bodies in books) as he turns into captain underpants.
Considering CU and the way he is(basically the most innocent pure person you could meet), George and Harold would probably be kinda freaked out its coming from the body and mouth of Melvin(considering Melvin is such a lil shit sometimes) but thats also really adorable cause it would be at least some time they could have some kind words toward the poor kid. I don’t think CU would be aware he’s in a child’s body though...that would be an awkward situation. Worse if they actually explained who Melvin is since CU isn’t too keen on people hurting his sidekicks.

CU for the meme?
For this meme
Blorbo– CU himself. He’s an idiot, yes, but he means well and he’s one of the sweetest characters period. I love the friendship he has with the boys and I honestly wish we could see more of him and the two just hanging out. And the fact that he’s voiced by Ed Helms in the movie makes him even more awesome.
Edith is a close second. She is such a refreshing change to the ‘superhero’s love interest’ in so many ways and you get hints that there’s more to her than being stuck in that role. I am still bummed that she only got a cameo in the series.
Scrunkly-I guess George and Harold together as a combo. Their friendship is sweet and I especially like them in the movie and series (I’m kind of mixed on the books). Despite their antics, they are kids who learn from their mistakes/when they go too far, and they both have wonderful moments of compassion.
Scrimblo Bimblo- Maybe Heidi? She doesn’t get any character depth in the books and never even shows up in the series, which is a bummer considering how often it SEEMS the writers know the books (well, except for that one thing in the Christmas special).
Glup Shitto–There’s too many background characters in TETOCU that seemed that they’d be important, but then they WEREN’T. I guess that one girl who thought Fyde died and freaked out in the movie is memorable because it seemed at least one teacher at the school was well liked by one of the students.
poor little meow meow–I don’t think I have one. The only one that comes to mind is too annoying to put down here.
horse plinko- Benjamin Krupp himself. A lot of fan art and fan fiction that I’ve done show just how much I love tormenting him for being a jerk. I love him when he’s at his best, but most often I want to see him suffer (and there’s a reason I prefer the movie version over the other versions. Also, him being voiced by Ed Helms is perfect, though Nat Faxon is also hilarious (and moreso when you realize the latter means Krupp shares a voice with Elfo from Disenchantment)).
eeby deeby–Bernice for turning her son into the monster he became as an adult. A horrible abusive mom. May the Devil torment her for everything she put Benjamin through.
#captain underpants#I think its funny that for the two times I've done this 'blorbo' has been a super villain for one and a superhero for the other#And yet I find them both to be absolute sweethearts at their best#ask meme#meme
