Like you really incorporated the canyon scene?!?! like first episode of the series you had the canyon scene when the first time someone really rode spirit was the canyon scene in the series and movie,, like !! thats such a smart move for the original ppl who watched the damn movie like thats so cool !!

Then where the villains come to eventually respect spirit for his spirit !! best thing ever like omgg. like wym you now respect spirit cuz he has the much spirit to stay free like whoever wrote that needs a fucking raise ngl.

and with the horse that spirit falls inlove with i really like that we never figured out her name in the movie and then in the seires they find out her name but they continue to call her mystery like thats so good and smart on the writer part !! and the fact that they always fall inlove at first sight is so fucking cute and such a nice detail.

and then with the scenes with spirit trying to break out of his fence gating when he gets found by that one lady in the series when he got kidnapped then escaped,, then when he got sent to the horse training camp. that was a good detail frfr.

and then them bring the native back and then spirt finding the native in both the movie and the series (i dont remember the natives name my bad 💀)

Amy Dunne - I watched Gone Girl and read the book and I adored how much of a psychopath Amy was. Her strive to perfection and her constant adaptation to becoming more and more “perfect” in her own eyes to the point it puts her husband and other people at stake was probably the craziest thing I’ve seen and I love her for it. Dr. Kelley is like that in the sense she will become ruthless in order to reach these impossible standards of perfection she holds both to herself and other people.

Dr. Clef - She was my SCP OC before she was my VTM OC and Dr. Clef’s character played a major role. They don’t have anything much in common personality wise, but she makes herself an enigma to protect her reputation and make sure no one knows what else she might do or say.

Anton Chigurh - Both characters are devoid of remorse—though Dr. Kelley still does have a bit of cognitive empathy as she recognizes that she needs to understand people to uphold her reputation. Dr. Kelley never threatens people much like Anton Chigurh, her acts of violence being silent and clean.

GLaDOS - Dr. Kelley is often passive aggressive towards people she looks down upon, which is most people. She’s hates people that don’t have the drive to be smarter or more knowledgeable. Probably the biggest influence on Dr. Kelley’s character because basically the entire foundation of Dr. Kelley’s character is her motivation for a surprisingly sincere passion of medicine and human anatomy which is based of off GLaDOS’ own passion for science :3

Mother Miranda - Both are exceptionally intelligent but both of them have a fatal flaw: their arrogance. Their explosive anger comes after playing calm for far too long, which then causes dangerous shit to happen

Lorraine Broughton - Kind of a new one since I just watched Atomic Blonde and they’re both ENTJs so that’s what they have going on for them!!!! ^_^ They’re both stoic in the terms they don’t let anyone see who they really are. For Dr. Kelley, vulnerability repulses her to the point she finds any form of emotional weakness of her disgusting and that “only humans should feel this way” and other kindred are like okay damn. Both are assertive strategists who are directo and don’t play when it comes to getting shit done💗

Wdym regulus emasculating sirius👁️👁️

I have no idea what you mean, Jamie, I have no idea. I think you are being strange-

I don't think Regulus does it in an "I was a born a woman and now suffers that while [Sirius] gets to prance around." Type of thing. I think if anyone thinks that, it's Walburga and Narcissa. The difference is that for example, Narcissa wants the position of power associated with a man while still being a woman (she thinks she's capable as a woman) while Regulus thinks he can be a better man himself as a whole.

Regulus doesn't view Sirius very highly in terms of being the Head of the House [Black]. Sirius goes against their family teachings, actively fights back against his family, and runs away, etc etc. With this, Regulus views him as rather weak, and since I think Regulus associated the purity views with love, he kinda also thinks that Sirius is a coward for not giving into those views for their family and by extension, Regulus. By emasculating Sirius, Regulus is admitting he can be a better "man" or he is "more of a man" than his brother.

I am aware that I sound like those people who say Regulus is sexist and believe me I know that, I'm sorry but I think sexism is so SO heavy in the stuff we embed into the Pureblood Society of Harry Potter (arrange marriages, victorian "aesthetics") (in my case, Chinese culture) that kinda "ties" everything together. Even though the idea of sexism is a rlly weird topic with Trans Regulus and the female characters of the Marauders (once again another thing that the fandom does to make up for the lack of female content). If you're gonna hc Regulus as trans, it is going to happen with the connections you put into the Purebloods. Yk? Anyway I'll shut up about this lol

Regulus is trying to validate the man he isn't allowed to be by emasculating Sirius' biological masculinity that comes with his identity as a cis man. It's less about the fact he's afab but it's more selfish, catering to Regulus, specifically as a closeted Trans Man. In a broader view, you could say it reflects his selfish nature in a very wide range way.

it all started in the dance practice room one day where you felt like you were about to die. you were ranting to daniela about how you needed to hit the gym more, making the girl laugh at you.

“y/n you’re fine, i’m sure practice will come a bit easier to you soon.” daniela says, the encouraging words making you smile.

you stretched and thanked the girl, your stretch causing your shirt to rise up a little. you didn’t even notice, but the ginger girl on the other side of the room did. a little too much.

megan could feel her cheeks heat up at the sight of you, making her mumble curses under her breath. she had no idea why you made her feel so nervous, it had only started happening recently once the two of you got closer.

sure megan could recognize your beauty even in the dream academy days, but it never stood out to her as much as it did now. the way your smile never failed to brighten her day, the way your eyes shine whenever someone mentioned your interests, or even the way your eyebrows furrowed in anger whenever you messed up in a game were enough to make her feel attracted to you. wait— what was she even thinking? she doesn’t like girls, right?

lara was concerned about her ginger roommate as the girl seemed heavily lost in fault, “megan hello?” she says placing a hand on the girls shoulder.

“oh sorry.” megan says, finally being taken out of her thoughts.

“are you okay?” lara asks, to which megan nods.

"i just got distracted." megan says, giving lara a nervous smile. she knew lara wouldn't judge her for whatever she felt for you, but she still wanted to keep it under wraps for a bit.

the next instance was actually how lara figured out why megan had been acting so weirdly. it was in the evening and the katz were all eating dinner together around their kitchen. everyone seemed to be enjoying their time, while you were actually kind of upset, megan had been pretty much ignoring you all day.

you tried to talk to her but no matter what you did she would just slowly walk away, and talk to another one of your members. you knew it shouldn’t bother you this much, but you couldn’t help but feel jealous when you saw megan and lara together laughing. you wanted that to be you and megan together, just like it used to be.

little did you know, the two were actually deep in conversation about you. megan was ranting about how she felt around you recently, making lara laugh.

“so you like her?” lara asks, to which megan nods not thinking.

she only realized once the girl beside her gasped, making her backtrack on her words.

"i meant like! as a friend, or— i don't even know." megan sighs, giving up on trying to explain herself.

"she just makes me feel so nervous, and it's so confusing. i have no idea if i'm in love with her or she intimidates me." megan says, holding her head in hands out of stress. she moves quickly though to take a bite of her food, she was too focused on her conversation though missing the small mess she made.

"those are pretty different feelings girl." lara says, making megan glare at her.

"i'm actually gonna fight you." megan deadpans, making lara laugh again. (she found megan's suffering a little too funny.)

megan was too busy glaring at lara who was now on the floor dying to notice that you were now right next to her, the sound of your voice making her yelp.

"oh my god sorry megan." you apologize quickly, raising your hands up in front of you as if you were defending yourself.

"it's okay y/n." megan says, sighing in relief.

"can you look at me?" you say abrutly, confusing megan.

"um okay?" she replies, turning towards you.

you held up a napkin to her face, carefully wiping it making sure to not startle her.

"okay thank you." you say smiling, "it was bothering me sorry." you say sheepishly, somehow not noticing how red the girl in front of you was.

the close proximity between you two in that moment made megan feel like heart was going to stop with how fast it was beating. megan stared into your eyes for a moment letting herself admire you before she shook her head mentally, coming back to present time.

“it’s fine, thank you.” megan says, finally replying to you.

she gave you a small smile that melted your heart, you made an effort to return it before being cut off by megan herself. she moved away from you to put her dish in the washer, speaking up soon after.

“i think i’m gonna go to bed early, goodnight guys!” megan announces, waving to her members before heading down the hallway to her room.

all of your members waved back, calling out goodnight to her except you. you stood there dumbfounded, and once again you felt upset. did you do something wrong? why was she being so distant?

you needed an answer. you ran towards the hallway not even wasting a second to explain anything to your members, leaving confused expressions of all of their faces except lara.

“is everything okay?” sophia asks, getting shrugs from all of her members.

she turned to lara to see an unreadable expression on the girls face, it finally making sense once she spoke up.

“something is about to go down.” lara says simply, leaving a concerned expression on sophia’s face.

meanwhile you knocked on megan’s door, a bit too hard making the girl jump.

“i’m trying to sleep!” megan shouts, she was confused as to who was bothering her. she knew it couldn’t be lara she wouldn’t have knocked.

all of her confusion was wiped away once she heard your voice, her heart dropping to her ass.

“it’s me megan.” you respond.

“i-“

“can i please come in?”

megan sat up on her bed before speaking, “yeah.” she states, beginning to prepare herself to see your face again.

you open the door almost seconds after her response, the look on your face making megan’s heart break.

you looked so unbelievably upset, it looked like you hadn’t gotten much sleep lately either dark circles now lining your eyes that she failed to notice earlier. was this her fault? or who were you mad at? a thousand questions ran through her brain, before you interrupted her train of thought.

“megan.” you deadpan, your ominous tone made megan nervous looking everywhere but you.

“look at me please.” you say, looking at her softly now. you knew you couldn’t be angry with her for long, her pretty face always drew you in.

megan looked at you like you asked, the intimacy of the moment making her cheeks heat up again. it was a sweet moment until you spoke again, all of megans previous feelings disappearing almost instantly.

“why have you been ignoring me?” you ask, failing to mask the hurt look on your face from the ginger girl in front of you.

“what?” megan says, she didn’t know why she was acting dumb but it felt like an easier escape in her mind.

“why have you been ignoring me megan? i can’t ever talk to you without you walking away or making some dumb excuse.” you say firmly, you needed her to listen to your words and not just neglect them anymore.

“y/n i—“ megan starts, stopping herself for a moment.

she felt so nauseous, regardless of her getting confronted by her crush right now you were also so close to her. it seemed wrong to say in the time but you looked so pretty in that moment, the way your brows furrowed in frustration and how your hands were clutching her blanket tightly and— wait. megan scolded herself mentally, straightening her posture as she remembered you were waiting for an answer.

megan had no idea how to explain the truth though, how was she supposed to tell you the reason she avoided you was because she had a huge crush on you? a crush so bad that every time you got close to her, made any sweet gestures towards her, or even something as small as smiling at her she wanted to curl up in a ball and die out of happiness.

“megan, hellooo?” you say, shaking her gently.

“oh sorry.” megan mumbles quietly, just loud enough for you to hear.

“i just.” megan starts, looking down and then back at up at you. your eyes locked, making her even more anxious.

“y/n i really like you. like in a romantic way, and it’s okay if you don’t feel the same you know cause i wouldn’t wanna ruin our friendship! youhavetoseemeeverydaytooican’timagine—!” megan says so fast you can barely understand what she was saying.

“megan.” you say, a smile growing across your face.

Ik this sounds weird but yes I do listen to ASMR it’s really cute and I feel less of a need for a boyfriend because I know for a fact I am not ready spiritually and emotionally for a man 💀 that sounds like a really bad answer but asmr is very soothing and comforting especially when I feel quite lonely when I’m going through emotional turmoil, so try not to judge me too much :)

lol i know im late but i wanted to post this since i thought i should say this and atsv is a year old now, but i never liked the spiderverse movies or anything spiderman until i saw atsv

i dont know why! i really judged it without trying. i just thought i wouldnt like it for no real reason. i was also in my like "i dont give a fuck qbout anything, im a teen now!" phase, so instead of watching istv with my cousins and sister i watched youtube upstairs LIKE A FUCKING DUMBASS IDIOIT I HATE U PAST ME!

so i wasnt excited to see atsv, i wanted to stay home and call with my pookies but my parents dragged me along to the theater since my sister wanted to see it. she loved itsv so ofc she had to see atsv when it came out. i was too scared to ask my parents if i could stay home so for once something good came out of overthinking.

i blame finals for making me nearly fall asleep in the theater but omg was i shocked by how amazing this movie was i was convinced i wouldnt like. i thought i would just be bored for the next few hours, but did i have a fun time. also i was the most upset out of everyone about the cliffhanger. like my family gave 0 fucks and were like "well, guess we wait until the next one!" LIKE NO I WAS SO HYPED TO SEE ACTION!

also i didnt know gwen's name so i just left the theater with brainrot about a bitch i didnt know the name of, but i knew she was my favorite and i would protect her with my life.

he remembers.

kunikuzushi remembers your first meeting, clear as day. the wonder in your irises as you reach out for his hand, the way you cupped his porcelain face in your hands, running your hands through his indigo locks. he remembers when he accidentally let his feelings slip, freezing up in fear of your reaction– he remembers your light laugh, leaning in to press a chaste kiss to his forehead. 

the balladeer remembers your disappointed look when he comes home to tell you he’s made his decision. you turn and go straight into the kitchen without another word, and the weight of silence has never been so heavy. and yet, as you set the table for dinner, you ask when the ship for snezhnaya will leave. he remembers all too well how you stopped right before boarding the ship, turned back to glare at him, and say your decision to follow him still didn’t mean you agreed with his. and when he fell from the shouki no kami after failing to replace lesser lord kusanali as sumeru’s god, he remembers you rushing forward to try and catch him in your arms to soften the impact.

the wanderer remembers those 2am walks to puspa café, pinkie linked with yours, because you craved some hot food and didn’t want it home-cooked. he remembers those cold nights with you– the rain’s symphony muffled in the background as you move in closer to embrace him tighter under the shared covers, him reluctantly humming you back to sleep. 

he remembers that time you got abducted by fatui agents– any mere mortal would have gone insane from their cruel treatment, and yet, you became the one driving your abductors nuts. he found you with your back facing him as you wield your sword, your chest heaving as you take deep breaths. he remembers how he couldn’t help but let a tear slip as he runs forward to hold you tight, murmuring apologies into the crook of your neck, all the while wondering where you got that much strength from. and he remembers the way you turned around to embrace him, a rare fire in your eyes as you told him those words he wishes he could have imprinted on his skin: “i’m your heart after all, aren’t i? i can’t just go dying on you when you’re not ready to go!”

the wanderer still remembers that promise you once made at 1:58am in the morning, that sweet moment you both shared, the moon being the only witness to your soft declaration of love.

the wanderer remembers that fateful day he found you unconscious in a withering zone, your body bruised and battered— presumably from fighting enemies. he’s grumbling all the way home with you in his arms about how clumsy and bothersome you are, even as he gently cleans your face from the dirt. he refuses to leave your bedside for a single second in fear that you might awake all alone. but he was the one left all alone.

he hates it.

he hates that he remembers.

and you don’t.

he hates seeing that blank stare you give him as you tell him you have no idea what he’s harping on about. he hates that even after months and months of trying, even with lesser lord kusanali’s advice, you still remember nothing. he especially hates that apologetic smile you gave him as you tell him you don’t love him back. because you did. once. and you made a promise never to leave his side as long as your heart beat. once. 

but you don’t remember, do you?

your explanation that you don’t want to continue leading him on because you just don’t feel the same completely shatters him. he has no right to force you to stay, either. not after everything you did for him. but he’s always been selfish, hasn’t he? so he asks you. he asks you for one last kiss so he can keep you in his fond memories. your eyes soften as you mutter an “oh, kuni.” (he insisted you stick to the name that always hung on your lips.) he tries not to show any emotion as you pull him into a tight hug, pressing your lips to his forehead. he tries to smile as he waves you goodbye, because he wants your last memory of him to be a good one. and he tries damn hard not to cry as he slides down the now-closed door of the house you once shared, head in his hands, knowing you’ve forgotten everything as easily as you breathed.

you’re his fourth betrayal. he hates that he has to remember that for the rest of his sorry, miserable life.

yes. LMFAOOOOO. okay, well, not dislike, but rather stuff I either judge her for or things that aren't negative at all, but that would make me, an extremely self-conscious person, feel anxious about LOL.

for one, the recklessness. like, queen, why are we racing towards the man standing outside of our home? why are we going TOWARDS him? why are we LOWERING the gun when our mom is holding a rifle? like, girl, ik you have the devil on your side and training with a gun, but please, let's think twice before doing this, I'm begging. like, @allofyourthings and I have spoken about this, but this girl makes too many decisions entirely based on instinct and it makes me NERVOUS. like, one of my fave movie reactors watched longlegs, and when she got so scared at the sight of kobble outside her cottage, he was like, "okay, see, now she's reacting understandably," then as soon as he saw her running outside, his face dropped and he said, "wait, she's running TOWARDS it?" like, yeah, her intuition is on point (rick pointed out that she probably is reckless due to the confidence her intuition gives her regarding which situations will be safe for her, which I totally agree with) and all, but still... bbg, I'm trying to spend my life w you and you're doing this? 😔

then, like, listen, I love her and I love how reserved and quiet she is. but, lowkey, if I was agent fisk at the beginning, or her other coworkers, I'd sometimes be feeling hurt LMAOOOO. there are times when people are saying things to her, and she just completely ignores their comments/questions. if I were in their place, I'd be thinking, "how am I ten minutes into this interaction and I already made such a bad impression that she's not even responding to me" KDJSKDJ. like, I know in the case of fisk, she's most likely not responding to him out of focus and concentration, but still, I'd lowkey be hurt 😭 esp bc I'd be attracted to her, so her just not responding at all would make me a litol socially anxious tbh 🤪

I also mentioned this in my post about what her toxic traits are, but I do think she has a stubborn streak. and I do sometimes get frustrated talking to or getting through to someone who is being very stubborn, so I could see myself disliking that (though I can't think of any instances in the movie that ignite that frustration).
