Backstory

After finding a method of time travel known as The Vanishing Gateway Technique, Emma Reyndon ends up in the year 1986; where she meets Eddie Munson. They start out as friends, occasionally running errands for each other until their relationship turns into a romance.

Emma agrees to help with the Upside Down issue, but after being swarmed by demobats she is immediately pulled back into her own time period before she can get to Eddie. Angry and sad that she could never bring Eddie back with her, Emma takes a break from time traveling.

Going back in time again, Emma this time goes back to the year 1857 where she meets Nicholas Nickleby. The two hit it off on the spot, but unfortunately Emma has to go back to her own time period; only this time she manages to remind Nicholas that if he wanted to see her again, he needed to go over to the Gateshead Inn where Emma herself was staying.

Deciding to bring Nicholas forwards in time with her, Emma lets him stay with her whilst he learns the ropes of living in the modern era.

One day, after returning home from running errands; Emma is greeted with the sight of Eddie being in her house for some reason. Not wanting to leave him behind like last time, Emma also lets Eddie stay with her.

Things become rather tense between Nicholas and Eddie, as the two are becoming convinced that the other is trying to steal Emma away. Emma gets involved and clarifies some things, until she comes up with a compromise by saying, "you two want me so much, why don't I just date the both of you at the same damn time?" Nicholas and Eddie seem to agree with this.

Days pass until Eddie comes up to Emma about him possibly falling in love with Nicholas, which Emma accepts as she sorta knew about that due to one particular instance of Eddie asking her on "how to understand him (Nicholas)."

As of now, the three are still together. Occasionally getting into zany adventures across time and the modern era.

If you are familiar with Japan, you've probably already heard the traffic lights (crossing sounds) around the country.

I've always wanted to bring it to the game, and I finally discovered how to do it. So here it is! ^^

They are not only decorative, but also play 4 different crossing sound effects you can choose :)

THIS SET COMES WITH:

🚦 10 diferrent versions of the traffic light. 5 with the lights turned to the right, and 5 to the left.

🎵 The (sound) versions are: The chirping of a chick, The cries of cuckoo, Toryanse,  Common frae the town, and a version with no sound.

🚦 The game recognizes it as a candle, since I cloned a candle to create it 😅 You can click on it to turn the sound on and off if you want.

🚦 It's base game compatible.

🚦 It's a high poly object, so be careful using it (15k).

🚦 Search for "channel4sims - japanese traffic light" on build mode to find it :)

Another Affirmation Post Because I Think Systems Need It Right Now

Hello again! I see you're feeling down -- maybe unsure, doubting yourself, or feeling guilt about your identity -- and are in need of a bit of affirmation and validation. I'm here to maybe try and help with that a little bit.

If you're coming across this post, I imagine that your system navigates in its own unique way, and I just wanted to remind you that there's nothing at all wrong with that. There's no reason to feel like an impostor, there's no reason to feel wrong or guilty -- systems vary widely in how they operate, and there's no one-size-fits-all definition of what makes a system "real,"

Whether you and your headmates want final fusion or functional multiplicity, whether your system has many poly-fragmented alters or just a small handful of formed facets, whether your system is composed mostly of fictives and introjects or not, whether your system ascribes to roles or not -- regardless of what others will say or force upon you&, your lived experiences will always be valid.

Your system exists; it is just as real and correct as the emotions you feel.

Don't let comparisons or preconceived notions of systemhood diminish your acknowledgement of your own headmates. Your unique dynamics are your own, and it's time we all learned to embrace and celebrate our individuality a little more.

Bangunan tradisional Bali ini dibuat karena bertepatan dengan bulan ini dimana di tanggal 22 Maret 2023 adalah Hari Raya Nyepi, yaitu hari pergantian Tahun Saka yang dirayakan umat Hindu setiap satu tahun sekali.  🙏

Selain itu juga untuk melambangkan ucapan terima kasih karena saya bertemu dengan banyak teman di kalangan Sims community yang berasal dari Indonesia. 

These three traditional Balinese architecture were made because the time was coincide with Nyepi, which is a Balinese "Day of Silence" that is commemorated every Isakawarsa (Saka new year) according to the Balinese calendar (in 2023, it falls on March 22).
