Oh yes I absolutely did cross over Pokemon characters with Total Drama! I was all into this. And lots of cast changes happened since this was a thing I played with since 2008, and as you can see, there are no post-Gen VI characters in this.

But come on, Conway and Harold are totally kindred spirits.

Honestly, the Heather role shifted around for me the most. And I think of all of them, Ursula's PROBABLY the most befitting of such a crucial role. She looks the best in that outfit, no doubt.

And this one was made Pre-Gen VI, of course. It was the last page in my sketchbook so I wanted to go out with a (n accurately called) bang.

Rachel Lillis passed away from a beast cancer on August 10th this year at age 46.

She is known for her voice roles in Pokémon Jessie and Misty and Dinosaur King Ursula Dr. Reese and Luara.

She will forever be missed.

By variety I do mean the series that is essentially adjacent to the first one I was posting about.

Anyway, here's Agent Schaeffer. I like to imagine her putting on lipstick in the morning. Little piece of normalcy.

Ursula was from another world brought into this beach town one by her ride-or-die Medea. the world they were from, magical time-space travel is a common practice. Even though not quite a pokemon like the others she's never suspected to be not one, seeing nobody could prove she was or wasn't. Ursula herself doesn't mind living here, seeing she's always wanted to see the ocean, and has fallen in love with the culture.

Easy going and friendly, she's easy to be liked with her energetic way of talking and her sassy moments when things don't go her way. You can find her shopping with Bianca and giving advice about fashion and romantic advice to her (since Bianca keeps crushing on other pokemon). She one day aspires to open a boutique to sell brand name fashion and old vintage pieces alike.

Happy Conway Day from Paldea! 💃💃

I can't believe I never did anything for Conway Day that incorporated some of my culture before. But with Gen 9 taking place in the Iberian Peninsula, I couldn't miss the chance! So it took them to a typical Spanish summer feria so they could dance and enjoy some good food~

The song I used is Odore Feria, the Japanese version of a very popular sevillana by Cantores de Híspalis. Since the DP cast is all Japanese, I thought it would only make sense to use a version they could understand, haha.

The lyrics you can hear in the clip mean "Let's dance (x3), let's dance sevillanas! Let's dance together (x2)!", nothing too complicated but I still wanted to include the translation just in case!

Happy fat dragon friday!! it's been ages since i've drawn my dragonair Ursula, so I figured i'd give that a go c:

a fun fact for her is..she actually was created by the sims. in a long-gone sims 3 save file, she was generated by the game and ended up marrying the granddaughter of my Haxorus oc haha. i thought she was cute and i liked the bandana she had so i brought her out of the game and into my pokemon universe. she's a very minor character tbh but I still like her a lot!

Hope you guys haven't forgotten about me while I've been busy with puppy! :3 In truth this one was taking longer than most of my recent work anyway for its own reasons, namely the whole "having more characters in it than I usually draw at once" thing. But yeah, I want Rice Pilaf to be able to go home after the events of PLA but I also don't want to permanently separate the team, so after he's able to return he and the ladies each get a way to travel between those two points in time and space and visit whenever! It's great! And the ladies get to enjoy the fun things about the modern era! Including the food, though given out penchant for ingredients and cooking methods that wouldn't be around in Hisui that might not be quite as great as it sounds XD

And here, since they're all crowded together, have some alts with clear views of everyone!
