!! A new identity system has arrived! Presenting... Egg Groups !!

Egg Group: A grouping of traits that describes how you'd be classified by a Pokémon breeder. This identification can be silly/light-hearted/based on Pure Vibes or it can be a genuine statement about your species that says "this is what I would be in if I had to be organized into Egg Groups!" LIOMOGAI users may find this term useful to describe parts of their biology/desired biology, something about the species they are, or for some reason not listed here.

^^the general flag for this, the Ditto Group, and Monster Group.

Ditto Egg Group: Identifying as belonging to the Ditto Egg Group, which is an egg group from Pokémon that only consists of the Pokémon Ditto. Creatures in this Egg Group have the unique ability to breed with any member of every other Egg Group, besides the No Eggs Discovered Group.

Monster Egg Group: Identifying as belonging to the Monster Egg Group, which consists of Creatures that are powerful, bipedal or quadrupedal, most likely has a tail or claws, and usually reptilian (such as Cubone, Larvitar, Rhyhorn and Axew).

Author's Notes: I'm gonna make flags for all the canon Egg Groups from the games, but Egg Groups don't have to be just those, you can make up your own. I have some ideas for weirdcoric Group, Feline Group and you can pretty much do whatever you want. Copy the little description format I wrote for Monster!

Author's Notes 2: in the Pokémon games, Pokémon species can be in up to two group groups, but i think there's nothing stopping you from identifying with a bunch of egg groups if you find it useful.

I don't think I've ever seen a post like this but I'm mostly doing this for myself

Megabat- dissociating, dreams, and hallucinations

wolf- hyper fixation, being "treated like a dog" my whole life, dreams, and hallucinations.

pibble (baby french bulldog)- hyper fixation, and probably the fact that I used to age regress

Black Sable German Shepherd- trauma, hyper fixation, being "treated like a dog" my whole life

espeon- hyper fixation and trauma

vampire- hyper fixation, dissociating, dreams, and hallucinations

Ghost- hallucinations, dreams, dissociating, and feeling like I'm invisible

What all the categories mean ig:

hyper fixation: I became so hyper fixated on this I started to feel like/become this thing

trauma: meaning I either relate this thing to something traumatic that happened to me or I was hyper fixated on this thing while going through something very traumatic

dreams, hallucinations, and dissociating: I often become delusional because I can't tell if my dreams/hallucinations are real and when I'm dissociating I don't feel real/human and I believe this has caused a lot of my non human identities

being "treated like a dog" my whole life: feeling non human specifically because of trauma related to my family and bullying.

feeling alienated my whole life: feeling non human because I was always treated differently because of my autism and mental illnesses

feeling like I'm invisible: feeling non human because I didn't have human friends growing up and also feeling like no one acknowledged me because I was mute

We're starting a collection of reshiram stuff and what better blog to post it on than the reshiramhearted guy with the reshiram daemon? Shiro definitely enjoys the amount of stuff we're getting anyway, lol.

Honestly I'd go as far as to say that we're collectively reshiramhearted but I can't make that decision for the collective, so it's just me as of right now.

First up, the 2021(?) Bandai model kit reshiram.

We've wanted this for a bit so having it is great actually. Also a good on-hand 3d reference for my daemon if I ever need it (though I can basically rotate a reshiram model in my brain like it's in a microwave we know it so well). Having the model so visible on our shelf is also a reminder to actually... Talk to him lol.

Next, Pokemon Centre 2022(?) reshiram charms.

These are cool as hell. They're also staying in the bag because I know we'd lose them. Maybe if we buy another set we'll actually let ourselves use them.

We've had this for years, we didn't buy it recently like we did the other things. We actually traded for it on the school playground lmao. Best decision ever.

this blog is mostly centered around my alterhumanity. i am sheepkith, umbreonkin, and questioning a few other identities — shapeshifterkin, dragonkin, etc etc. while i don’t exactly consider myself a sheep therian, sheep are still incredibly important to me and my identity :) much of my blog will be sheep themed/centered
