Unless you have allergies, dandelion leaves are edible and can be added to salads, just make sure they come from a reputable source. Also I’ve found really leafy salad mixes help with grazing.

Tip for grazing animals

So human bodies can't eat grass and it makes them sick. So here is my go to... green onions! They are really similar to grass when it comes to chewing & eating and can be easily digested by a human body. Obviously this won't work for everyone but yea ^^
