i am definitely the only person who cares about this but I was re-reading parts of Sea of Monsters (irrelevent as to why) and. in the chariot race. well, a.) The Ares cabin has skeleton horses. where did they get skeleton horses? and then, actually more confusingly, b.) almost all the other chariots besides Hephaestus cabin (they have automatons) have normal horses. not pegasi. Percy actually specifically identifies the Apollo chariot’s horses by breed which is very funny to me because Of Course He Would but like. We never see CHB have normal horses at any other point in time? Where did they get the horses?

Drawing is terrible drawing is horrible and I’m never picking up a pencil again- (guys I’m going through art block with character drawing. I don’t want to see another human face in my artstyle for a long while)

Anyway in retaliation I’m gonna mess with some like environment building background drawing stuff idk-

Here’s a concept for the Auguraculum; if anyone would like to ask then the front of the building is to the right and the back is to the left, that’s where the doors are so that means I got to shove bookshelves! I was not drawing books falling though.

Concept for Auguraculum and this is either the rigging for the decorative purple drapes that look cool and I’m sure I can shove some arbitrary purpose on and the rigging for the central Dias is being a bit wonky. If you look there’s Octavian with his very static tables, he’s making a mental note to tell Reyna to add railings to the Dias while he tries not to fall off. The other idea is that it’s Earthquake season! Well- not the season but uh, quake concept. If I drew it with the quakes in mind that’d be silly, idk.

#dnd #bg3 #baldur's gate 3 #i like to imagine that what tips off the rest of the camp that lark & astarion are like. a proper Thing now #(or at least moreso than whatever ambiguous Thing they've had going on before)#is that when astarion is picking the lock on the chest in balthazar's hidden room the following day & lark casts guidance on him #rather than casting it her usual way (a poke in the arm or like a goofy 'you got this!' shoulder clasp)#she does something like brush a finger along his jawline. & he SMILES at her #it's a quick little thing blink & you miss it but meanwhile shadowheart & gale who are hovering right behind them are like 👀👀❓❓❓#meridian on the other hand is still in her era of a terse discreet tap on his arm or between the shoulder blades #almost like she doesn't want him to notice (even though of course he does) (i think meridian's guidance feels something like sunlight)#only now. since the night she read his scars. & the night before that. maybe she lingers the sliiiiiightest bit longer than she once did #like there's more of a comfort in touching him & that unsettles her somewhat #THE ROMANCE!!!!!!!!!#tav: lark #tav: meridian

I wanna go back.
