Imagine this:
Hello! Have you ever heard of a "city of the dead"?
It's a place where the living reside, but they're dead! They're doomed to die, either quickly through direct targeting or slowly due to the absence of vitality in their city
Wherever you turn, you find nothing but death, displacement, homelessness, destruction, hunger, thirst, ignorance, disease, and rampant infection.
It's my city! It was fully with life until the butchers passed through it! Since the beginning of the massacres, I've been struggling to save myself and my family.
I am Mohammed from Gaza I’m sharing my story with hope in my heart, because your kindness has already given us so much strength.
a 31-year-old living amidst the war in Gaza, a place deeply affected by conflict and hardship. I hold a Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences , I graduated with very good But Unfortunately, I did not get a job opportunity.
my family

Before the outbreak of war, my family and I had a comfortable life in our beautiful home filled with cherished memories. However, since the conflict began, our lives have been turned upside down. We now find ourselves living in a small tent, exposed to the harsh elements and constant threat of violence.
Our home, which once embraced us, is now destroyed It became a remembrance
👉 Watch the video
A picture of me and my family in front of our destroyed house.

👉Our house was bombed in the 2008 escalation and we built it, and also in the 2014 escalation the house was destroyed again and we rebuilt it, and in this 2023/2024 war the house was also destroyed.
Every time we start again, the Israeli occupation destroys us again
Life is unbearable. It has become hell for us. destruction, no education, no future
We can't stand it anymore
The situation here is dire. Food and basic necessities are scarce, and famine and malnutrition have become rampant. Our lives are hanging by a thread, and we fear for the safety and well-being of our children every single day.
The cost of living here has become extremely high. All of our resources are going towards securing food and trying to escape from disaster, desperately seeking a lifeline.
We are yearning to escape this nightmare and rebuild our lives in a safe place.
However, the cost of traveling to a safer area was beyond our means.
Each ticket cost $5000 per person,
a sum that was impossible for us to bear. Now, the border crossing is closed, and things continue to worsen.
We want to collect donations to leave Gaza if the crossing opens
That's why I am reaching out to you, dear friends. Your generosity and compassion can make all the difference for me and my family. Your donations will enable us to flee this war-torn region and start anew, away from the horrors of conflict and instability.
How You Can Help Us Cross the Finish Line Even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference:
$5 may seem small, but for us, it’s a little relief, a moment of comfort, and a reminder that kindness still exists. ❤️
Can’t donate? Reblog this post to help us reach someone who can. Every share matters more than you know.

Help a Gazan family get to safety!

#111 on the gaza vetters list!
Muhammad and Mona are a young family with two beautiful daughters, 6 year old Iman and 5 year old Toleen. i have been keeping in contact with Mona on whatsapp for a while and the things she tells me are beyond horror. there are rumors of the border crossing opening soon, so they need funds for that (30,000$ for all 4 members of the family), but even more urgently - funds to just survive.
Iman and Toleen, these vibrant, fun-loving little girls are forced to go through WINTER in a thin, nylon tent with a torn roof! the outrageous prices of any clothes at all leave the sisters sharing a single pair of torn slippers. and somehow, their parents still need to buy food.
this campaign is stagnating, and the goal is a very achievable one. even if all of my followers donated 10 dollars, they would be set!
currently they need around a 1500$ for a new tent, and around 1000$ for winter clothes for the girls.
and if you want, please message Mona and Muhammad on their blog, @monamohammed3they feel extremely alone and forgotten by the world. if you could provide them with the support, monetary as well as moral, they would appreciate that immensely.

With deep sorrow, we mourn the passing of Pope Francis—a man of peace, compassion, and unwavering humanity. His voice stood boldly for justice, and his heart was open to the suffering of people around the world, especially in Gaza. He prayed for my child, Qais, after he was injured in the war. Today, I humbly ask our Christian brothers and sisters: in honor of Pope Francis, please Donate to help save Qais. Let your gift be a gesture of love and mercy in his memory.
Pope Francis was a true beacon of solidarity:
1. He repeatedly spoke out against the violence in Gaza, calling for an end to the bloodshed and suffering of innocent civilians.
2. He showed deep empathy for Palestinian women, acknowledging their strength and pain as they endured unbearable conditions.
3. He reminded the world that every child, including those in Gaza, deserves safety, dignity, and care, regardless of borders or politics.
As we say goodbye to a spiritual father who stood with the oppressed, let us carry forward his legacy. I am just a mother trying to save her son. Your donation for Qais is not just charity—it is a tribute to Pope Francis's love for peace and justice. Even a small gift can help Qais get the treatment he needs. May your kindness be a blessing for his soul and a lifeline for my child.
Donate Now Here

Please stop ✋🚨 Pope Francis died today—you're the only hope to save a child’s life 😔😭

🚨🚨🚨 You can save a life! Act now‼️‼️🍉🍉🍉🍉🍉

My name is Mina, I'm 19 years old from Gaza. On October 7th, we woke up to the sounds of rockets, bombing, and destruction. By October 10th, we were forced to leave our home with nothing—(no clothes, no belongings, nothing)—because our area became a dangerous war zone. A week later, we received the devastating news that our home had been completely destroyed😔😔💔💔.We are now displaced, with no place to call home. We have been forced to move 10 times over the past eleven months of this genocidal war. We currently live in a place barely suitable for three people, while our family of eight struggles to fit. My aunt and her one-year-old daughter were killed by the occupation. My grandfather died due to the lack of medication and the closure of hospitals because of insufficient resources. He was a heart patient who needed regular treatment, but it was cut off due to the blockade and lack of medical supplies.I was in my first week of university, finally enrolling in my dream college (medical school) after achieving one of the highest grades in my city (98.6% in the scientific branch). Now, I lost this academic year, and it seems the second year will be lost as well, with no way to change this dire situation. My elder sister, (Salwa), was supposed to be in her third year of university. She was the top of her class and aspired to participate in student exchange programs and pursue a master's degree. Now, her university is destroyed, and she is unable to do anything. My younger sister, (Abeer), was supposed to be in her final year of school, excelling academically and aiming for a high grade. Unfortunately, her school was destroyed, and she cannot continue her education. My younger siblings, Adel (13), Jana (12), and Ammar (8), also cannot continue their education. They are in crucial stages for their development and future, but everything has been shattered.Basic necessities are almost nonexistent in Gaza: cleaning supplies are scarce, feminine hygiene products are nearly impossible to find and extremely expensive, and essentials like (shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent) are either unavailable or exorbitantly priced. Diseases are spreading alarmingly, particularly skin diseases and, more recently, polio. We are terrified of infection as the health situation deteriorates severely💔💔.We urgently need a safe, healthy, and fear-free life for me, my siblings, and my family. Please help us by donating through the link and sharing our campaign 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

Ugent Appeal – Help Me Continue My University Education
Hello,
I am a university student from Gaza, currently facing extremely difficult living conditions. I’ve been asked to urgently pay around $800 in tuition fees, and without this payment, I may lose my chance to continue my studies this semester.
Education is my only hope for a better future for myself and my family. I’ve launched a donation campaign and I’m kindly asking for your support. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a big difference.
I must pay the fees to be able to register for the new class.
Note: Registration ends in 4 days.
Please consider sharing this post – it might reach someone who can help.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support

Here's a Palestinian that needs your help. Fadel ( @fadel-aldani1 ) is a 23 year old, currently displaced in Gaza with his family. Before the genocide started, he was a student in Advanced Technology, but his studies have come to a stop because of the tragedy happening in Palestine. I'll be sharing in this post some photos Fadel sent me of what his life is like under the genocide

Because of the Israeli occupation's attack on his land, his house has been destroyed from the bombings. Fadel and his family were injured, and there were very few hospitals that could treat them, since most hospitals have also been reduced to rubble. Fadel is in need of surgery, and it cannot be performed in Gaza due to the lack of resources

Fadel lives in pain every day, with shrapnel inside his body. He urgently needs to be evacuated out of Gaza to receive proper treatment, and the cost of this is very high

On September 19th, he set up a gofundme to cover the costs, but his campaign has been going very slowly, so far raising only €775/€10,000. Please, if you are able to, donate to his campaign, and share it even if you can't donate. His time is running out and he urgently needs our help. We must do everything we can to help the people of Palestine
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT EDIT: Fadel's previous campaign was shut down by gofundme!! He had to make a new one and it's severely underfunded, please share the new link:
Fadel's campaign has been verified by gazavetters, line 197 on their spreadsheet

Urgent: Mahmoud needs a new laptop!
Can you imagine taking exams in an active war zone? That is the reality for Mahmoud @ma7moudgaza2. Please take the time to read his story:
Who among us does not remember University Street, the alleys of halls, the park, the cafeteria, and the coffee sellers on the roads.
How can a person forget his home?! His comfort, after returning from university, was to enjoy a cup of coffee, his ritual for completing his tasks, and at the end of the week in front of the television watching a comedy movie.
The house and the road to it were beautiful. Life was lived with sincerity and warmth of moments. It was our happiness to return to our homes.
Happiness became a wish, and a loaf of bread became a miniature happiness.
I am writing to you in extreme pain. My house has been damaged, and I have lost my university laptop. I currently need an MSI laptop to complete my university studies, and its price is $2000 due to the war and the extremely high prices. I ask for a donation as soon as possible so that I can solve the final exams that begin at the end of the week.

His fundraiser only has $3,475 donations so far, and much of the money has already been spent just to survive. We have to raise $1525 as quickly as possible! Please share and donate!

URGENT!! EMERGENCY SUPPORT NEEDED!!
This is Lina Zeyad, an attorney from north Gaza. She and her family have been displaced from their home by occupation bombing, and were forced to flee various shelters under threat of lOF assault numerous times before finding space in Nuseirat refugee camp. Sadly, she was displaced AGAIN about a week ago. Every displacement costs money for transport, accommodations, and basic necessities. Lina’s family is running out of money. If they are forced to flee again, they will have no way to travel and nowhere to go!
In addition to the danger, exhaustion, and expense of repeated displacement, Lina has another problem: **her youngest son has contracted Hepatitis C after having to drink contaminated water**. His illness is worsened by malnutrition, and he is very sick. He needs clean water, nutritious food, medical care, and stable shelter in order to recover, all of which are extremely expensive and difficult to find in Gaza right now.
Please support Lina so she has a chance to find accommodations, food, and medicine for her family! Reblog this post and repost the link (https://gofund.me/de10f8c6) below to share her campaign. Donations have all but stopped, and Lina is extremely desperate! Please help her family survive!

Urgent help is needed for my family🚨
✅ Verified campaign – please check the end of the story 🔍📌
I appeal to you from the bottom of my heart to support my family during this harsh ordeal amidst the war in Gaza. The situation here is extremely tragic; we are suffering from severe food shortages, life-threatening malnutrition, contaminated water that is unsafe to drink, and a frightening spread of diseases.

The head of the family has been injured in the war and has become disabled, needing an urgent operation abroad.
Any assistance, no matter how small, can save a life. You can contribute by donating or even by sharing this message so that it reaches those who can help. Please, do not hesitate to give a helping hand. Your humanity is our only source of strength.♥♥️♥️

Samir (@samirahmed125) is terrified that he will lose his leg. His leg is severely injured and he needs several surgeries to save it. Every delay means a higher chance that his leg will have to be amputated!
Due to the destruction of medical facilities, hospitals in Gaza cannot perform such a complex operation. He needs to travel to Egypt for the operation.
His little brother Saeed is being imprisoned by the occupation forces. For a long time Samir and his family had thought Saeed when they lost him in a bombing. They are thankful that he is alive, but they are extremely worried. They do not know when he will be released, they do not know what he has endured in prison.
Samir is worried about losing his leg, he is worried about his younger brother Saeed. He is enduring so much. Please help him save his leg and donate if you are able to!

Imagine the pain and fear of giving birth in a tent without medication or proper medical supplies. Imagine your infant son taking his first breaths under skies haunted by drones and warplanes, each rumble overhead a cruel lullaby that keeps you awake, heart pounding in the dark. When the ordeal is over, your beautiful newborn swaddled in the only blanket you can find, you struggle through rubble-strewn streets to reach a crowded, poorly equipped hospital, praying it hasn't already been bombed.

Story written by @rumiandroses
Samah is a mother of three—two young daughters, aged nine and two, and a baby boy just six months old, whose world so far has been nothing but tents, ruins, and the ceaseless thunder of shelling. Her husband now carries the weight of not only his own family but also his three siblings—one has a child of their own, and another who dreamed of studying medicine abroad. Those dreams, like their home, have crumbled into the dust of Jabalia camp, destroyed by war.
The devastation is absolute. Their home in northern Gaza, a sanctuary built with years of hard work and sacrifice, was leveled in an instant, leaving behind only debris and memories. Every attempt to find safety leads them to new dangers: from Khan Younis, to Rafah, back to Khan Younis—a relentless cycle of displacement where each new camp is promised to be safer than the last but never is. Airstrikes and snipers are not the only threats; the tents themselves are prisons of misery, offering no protection from the elements or the nightmares that lurk beyond the canvas walls.
Essentials are scarce. Food, when it can be found, is a bitter triumph, and clean drinking water is a rare luxury. Bathing has become a memory, and baby formula is almost impossible to obtain. Each time Samah leaves in search of supplies, she knows it might be the last time her children see her. But what choice does she have? Hunger and thirst do not wait, and neither do the relentless drones that circle above, hungry for new targets.
In winter, they endured the biting cold inside the tent, their breath misting in the dark. As the summer approaches, the summer heat will become a merciless oppressor.
Sweat and grime cling to their skin. The children cry, their voices hoarse from thirst. Rashes spread from the unsanitary conditions. Mosquitoes carry diseases through the stagnant air, and the risk of polio is a shadow that haunts every drop of water. Medical care is a distant dream.
Samah was forced to give birth to her son in a field hospital without medicine or supplies, and even then, reaching the overcrowded, poorly equipped hospital afterward was a battle of its own.
In spite of all the pain and loss, her faith has not been shattered. Despite everything, Samah clings to her belief in God’s mercy and the hope that someone, somewhere, will hear their cries.
But hope alone cannot open borders. To escape this nightmare, Samah’s family needs $86,500—to cover evacuation permits, living expenses in Egypt, medical care, and education for the children. Time is running out, and every moment they remain is another chance for danger to find them.
Samah’s plea is simple: to save her children from a future in a war zone where every breath is borrowed and every sunrise could be their last. She needs the world to see, to care, and to help.
Their survival depends on the kindness of those who refuse to look away.

31 July: Update on Mohammed Iwais
Hey everyone, a lot of you have seen my posts about Mohammed @mohdiwais in Gaza. Since October 7, Mohammed has lost his house and his company to the IOF bombing, and he is struggling to access clean water, food, and necessary medical care. He has 9 brothers, all of whom are married and have children, and he's fundraising to help all of them get to safety and eventually rebuild their lives.
In my last post I told you about his sister, who got shot and had a massive bullet embedded in her leg:
Luckily, the operation to remove it was successful, and she is still alive. However, today Mohammed told me that her condition is getting worse due to pollution and lack of access to medications she needs. Caring for someone after surgery is hard enough without enduring a horrific genocide at the same time. Her family are desperately hoping she recovers, but they are stuck in unsafe conditions, being bombed and deprived of basic necessities by the IOF.
That's where you come in. Mohammed and his family are in an ongoing crisis, and they need your help. Since I started boosting his campaign, he's raised a few thousand more SEK, and he's extremely grateful to everyone who has donated and helped share his campaign.
However, he still has a long way to go before he reaches his goal of kr500,000 SEK, or $46,679 USD.
This is an attainable goal! But he desperately needs your help to get there.
Before October 7, his family had 37 people, including his brothers and sisters and their children. They lost more than 10 people when their house was bombed, and even laying their bodies to rest properly was not possible in the rubble. Please don't let the Iwais family lose another member. They are still here with us, and they need help urgently.
The support you have given already is amazing, both by donating and by sharing Mohammed's campaign when you can't give anything. Please keep that up. Don't look away, and don't forget about Mohammed, his family, and the horrific abuses they are enduring.
This is an ongoing crisis, and your help can make a tangible difference. Any amount helps; nothing is too small. If you've been waiting to donate to a Gazan campaign, consider this a sign and help Mohammed. Everyone deserves a decent life, and right now Mohammed is still praying just to survive.
kr31,010 SEK / 500,000

Urgent: Extremely low funds!!
I am writing to you on behalf of Abdulsalam Al-Anqur ( @aboodanqar20 ), whose family has managed to raise a mere 3% of evacuation/survival funds. At this point, it would soon be one year of bombing and destruction of Gaza and I request you to take this in consideration while reading the post. For almost one year, the family has tried to get by, before finally reaching out to all of us for help. I am going to keep this short in hopes that this would be an easier read and would take only a few minutes of your day.
Abdulsalam is only 26 years old and is father to one year old Iman. He hopes to save his daughter who is currently suffering from malnutrition and offer her a better life by evacuating to Egypt.
However as the borders are currently closed, the Al-Anqur family needs your help to collect funds for survival. There are 7 members in total, including an elderly couple.
Abdulsalam’s father (Ahmed Al-Anqur), is 54 years old and has recently been diagnosed with cancer. He has been advised to undergo surgery every three months, but with how things are in Gaza, the family isn't sure if it is possible. They are also worried that even if by some miracle it becomes so, they might not be able to bear the cost of it
What Ahmed, hence needs is access to medicines to get by. He also has a weak heart and already has 4 stents in place.
The Al-Anqur family has been displaced several times and because they couldn't bear the cost of transportation, they once had to travel from the North to Deir Al-Balah in the South ON FOOT ! They have also been subjected to terror and humiliation when they crossed military checkpoints.
Currently the family is living in a camp surrounded by waste and garbage and would like access to a decent tent before winter sets in.
For a long time, Abdulsalam refused to share his burden with anyone. But after almost a year of surviving through this genocide, he has grown tired and now fears for his daughter’s life. He is also close to tears about his father’s condition and requests your help in raising funds for survival. Please help him in whatever way you can. He has come onto tumblr with a lot of hope. Please donate if you can. Boost and share if you can't.
Currently at €1,703 / €50,000. Only €797 till €2,500.
Vetting #4 by @gazavetters ( this blog is run by Gazans themselves whom you have helped and still continue to help. Please, a lot of hope is riding on your participation).
