Okay, we all agree he comes off as the type of guy that would burn the world for you.

I don't think he's a terrible boyfriend or anything. In fact, he genuinely does love you.

I believe, me personally, you are the one weakness this man has and he will treat you with care. Is the way he treats you rough around the edges and comes off a little different than most? Yes.

But he won't ever actually hurt you. He watches you from afar like a silent protector to make sure you aren't hurt, even using his Evol to make sure you STAY alive.

I personally think he might actually treat you kinda like one of his men, like an equal in terms of "you can definitely handle yourself and I know you're strong", but he'll still keep an eye on you just because you're that important to him. He trusts you.

...okay, so like, maybe not completely trust you because let's be honest here, you're kiiiinda prone to trying dumb shit on him, but it's funny. He'll forgive it. The smug bastard.

From what I've seen, he comes off cool, suave, knows what he's doing. Cocky.

Bad boy. He's a bad boy in all sense of the word.

He knows what he's doing, he's confident, he's charming. Knows what to say and do. He's also a CEO so dealing with people? Basically easy for him.

When it comes to you? He will flirt. Because he likes getting a reaction out of you.

You know when he gets the upper hand he'll have that signature smirk of his that just screams "kiss me to shut me up and I'll consider this your win".

Sparring sessions with him are very likely. He'd probably be like "alright, but not going easy on you" or something cocky like that with a smug smirk on his face.

Man genuinely treats you as his equal though when training. Teaches you everything he knows and points out some techniques you might be rusty on.

Rizz is off the charts. He's lived in the N109 Zone and breathed it for so long. He's a sweet talker, so be prepared for him to know how to make you melt.

But also, he will actually spoil you. Will he make you work for it? Yes. He will give you an entire runaround (make you say please, make you verbalize it, etc), but he does it because he loves you.

You are genuinely his soft spot, and I CANNOT stress this enough.

The things he does in the dark are things he does FOR YOU. His reason for being REVOLVES around you, you just don't know it yet. Don't let him being the leader of Onichynus get to your head—he has method to his madness.

having Cassandra and Apollo thoughts...

thoughts about how she still calls Apollo "the god I love", even after the curse. how he gifted not just her, but her twin with the gift of prophecy. he loved both of them. they loved him.

I know people claim Athena avenged Cassandra's rape at the hands of Ajax but tbh that wasn't Athena avenging Cassandra - that was Athena punishing Ajax for violating the sanctity of her temple.

if Cassandra hadn't been inside Athena's temple, Ajax would have gotten away with it. and in a way, he did anyway.

and then when you think about Cassandra's death...the one to avenge her is the god she loves. Apollo. he cursed her, yes. but he still loved her too.

because think about it. apollo did not give a flying fuck about Agamemnon. if it was just Agamemnon who died, Apollo would have thrown a party.

but Cassandra was also killed. someone Apollo loves, and a favored priestess.

...remember what happened to Agamemnon when he insulted a priest of Apollo? a plague fell on the Achaeans.

and when Cassandra is killed...Apollo finds a way to make her murders pay the price. He gets Orestes to kill his own mother to avenge Cassandra.

frankly, I love them. I want more of them. This messy, complicated relationship with so much more meaning than "apollo got mad because she wouldn't sleep with him". Even with the cursory view I have, I can see there is so much more there.

Gods, I need to get my hands on those primary sources so I can obsessively read about them in full.

If anybody has recommendations on which primary sources have Cassandra and Apollo please tell me

Headcannon that Octavian never wanted to join Camp Jupiter.

He grew up in the mortal world, carefree and happy. He had dreams of becoming a veterinarian.

But on his 11th birthday, Octavian was sat down and told that he'd be leaving.

Octavian is a legacy of Apollo. His whole family has gone to Camp Jupiter.

He was no exception.

However, usually they waited for their children to reach adulthood before sending them.

But not Octavian, because he was special. He had the gift of prophecy.

He had dreams that were visions and would zone out only to find words on a page describing such horrors.

He could never make sense of them. And he never wanted too, they scared him so much.

But Octavian learned quickly that what he wanted didn't matter.

With his gift he was valuable to the Leigion and needed to be sent out as soon as possible.

He survived the Wolf House and made it to Camp Jupiter, pronounced the Augur and got set to work.

Octavian tried to explain his power didn't work on command or however he pleased.

He didn't even know how it worked, it was a gift but he wasn't an Oracle.

But the centurions wouldn't hear any of it. To them it was just a bunch of excuses from a snot nosed brat comitting treason.

Octavian was isolated and deemed a failure when he couldn't give a prediction.

The than Praetor snatched the teddy bear he was holding, ridiculing him for his weakness and ended up slashing it with a knife.

The anger Octavian felt activated his powers.

He wrote sheets and sheets and resisted the urge to throw them at the Praetor.

"Now, was that so hard?" Was the condescending remark he got in response.

Octavian managed to repair the bear, the gift he'd gotten for his birthday before...all of this.

He held it close and in private cried. He grieved the life he'd lost, grieved what he'd never have.

Augur Octavian would be the most loyal servant of Camp Jupiter.

He would be untouchable, brutal, no one would tread near him and he'd stand tall above the rest.

And no one would ever know how much he hated every second of it.

No one would know that anger was what he held onto everytime he used his gift.

To him it was a curse.

But no one got close enough to him to know that.

Ah, hi, it’s me the anon who wants to write your time loop Ody. You can call me Voli to make things easier. Sorry, I’ve been trying to work out the ins and outs of the story and have been busy with other things too. I hope you’re doing well. I will be posting it on Ao3 if that’s alright and while I’m here I would like to ask a few questions since you are the creator of this au.

Without spoiling things, I have already outlined a plot line for the story and are currently arranging characters, seeing who fits and who needs to sit it out. Tiresias, Artemis, Dionysus, Hephaestus, Hestia and Demeter are the ones still out on debate. What I’m wondering is if there’s any character you feel is important to include to the story or should be better off just mentioned or briefly touched on out of the six? Apollo didn’t fall into this because of his gift of prophecy and he and Aphrodite have cut it very close. Aphrodite is there too due to her connection to Ouranos, though she’s unfortunately not gonna have a big role. That whole thing is still being workshopped so I might update on that later.

Another question is one I’ve honestly been struggling with and that’s concerning Rhea. Since she’s still around on Olympus, she does stand a chance against Kronos even when he’s not really there so if it’s alright, how should I tackle this so that the story doesn’t get cut short without discrediting her? I feel like Kronos will find a loophole around her but I’m not sure how so if you or anyone have any suggestions please let me know.

And that’s all I have to share. I apologise for the wait and it’s going to take some time to create the story but I’m working hard on it and I’ll let you know once it’s out. Thank you so much, have a good day/night.

-hmmm, right off the bat, my first thoughts were that Dionysus also felt unimportant. Which also sucks. idk I just can’t rlly see a way that would fit him in w/ the main,,, THING of the story smoothly, I mean, u got his whole reincarnation aspect + his connection w/ Humanity thru him once being Mortal, so maybe that’s something that could be brought up w/ Odysseus, seeing as reincarnation + Timeloop = kinda similar, but more on that Dionysus could have major sympathy 4 Ody’s’ insane suffering, understanding that a mere Human can’t be put through this sort of thing without lasting consequences bc of his own understanding of Humanity :D.

uhhhhhhh— idk, I think he would work better as a minor character u see Odysseus interact w/ during Loop Moments or maybe as a supporting character helping in the back during some big moments lol I’m not sure, there is probably something that could be done with him either way, who knows :) (Demeter could also work as these 2 things as well <D).

-now Hestia. I can see something. It’s only a lil’ bit more than the previous but I can see. Something. Idk like I said, I’m useless at this most of the time lmaooooo- but not much :’). Maybe comfort related things or maybe a notable place during some big moment idk I’m not sure 😭😭.

-Artemis n Hephaestus r tied w/ each other bc they could both very much have spotlight moments but at the same time, could both easily fade into the background most of the time. I have a clearer image of Artemis’s moment, obviously something 2 do w/ Apollo (bc her bro def has some idea of what’s going on, causing maybe a interaction like: “hey Apollo wtf is going on???????”), Hephaestus is unfortunately blurry, but there is an idea mostly just him being grumpy w/ this bullshit hajdhs <D.

-Tiresias in my mind, is quite important, despite Apollo already being there bc I like to think he’s one of the first to notice the Timeloops thanks 2 Prophecy Powers. But he’s also important in my head bc I have this stupid idea of, during one of the Loops, Ody’ kidnapping him from The Underworld & abandoning ship 2 run off & talk w/ them bc they know what’s going on with him + at that point Ody’ needed someone to properly vent to & also. Comedy :) that was such a shitty explanation why.

and as 4 the second question,,,,,

What a fun yet frustrating thing u are to try and tackle.

In my mind for the fifth time this post everytime Ody’ resets, the thing she resets to is sitting in one of the gardens, staring at a massive fractured, rusted & black stained mirror, one of the very few things from Kronos’s rule that stubbornly remains. It looks cursed, & in Rhea’s opinion, yes. Yes it is fucked up on some level. And he can talk to her through it,,,,,

I think Rhea somehow knows that the Timeloops r happening but doesn’t actually remember any of them. All she knows is that Her Husband is up to no good &,,,, she doesn’t rlly want to deal w/ it. She can’t persuade him to stop, she can’t even physically stop him. He’s a ghost, floating invisibly through the air, watching their shattered reality & his champion grow, yet by some cruel joke, only Rhea can constantly see his glitching & writhing form, like oil mixed w/ electricity blobbing around, appearing on that unnerving mirror, grumbling about Olympus & their children’s terrible rule & bla bla bla bla—

Yeah, so her decision to not help is very, very selfish. Uncharacteristic. But she’s so tired. She just can’t bring herself to care about whatever nonsense Kronos is causing.

(On the other side, Kronos likes talking to her, it’s. Nice :). Even if she won’t listen to what he’s trying to get at. It’s annoying, but, at least they can converse. Lol, these two r so fucked in situation yet so funny to think about idk <333)

ACFTL Sneak Peak (Well, now I guess it’s a leak) Chapter Thoughts:

Spoilers below!!

This isn’t proofread if something is confusing please ask me in the replies for clarification

- The dedication to “anyone who ever wanted a second chance” is… almost ominous. On one hand it seems it’s like just a normal dedication but on the other it’s almost as if it’s a warning. Like Stephanie’s trying to warn a person who wants a second that it’s not always gonna end well.

- The story from the beginning about doorknobs was told before I believe and I think emphasizing this again is to allude to her ability to open doors with her blood. Will she figure this out again on her own? The doorknobs to what is rumored (The rumor’s probably true) to be the Valor children’s rooms in Wolf Hall spoke to her.

- Evangeline being absolutely lost is actually so sad to me. While I was reading the second page and it said she was feeling as if she couldn’t breathe I actually started to cry a bit. She’s in an unfamiliar location with no clue how she got there, when she got there, why she’s there.

- Her last memory is her father dying. 😭

- She doesn’t remember anything about Apollo but does remember there was something important she needed to say to someone. She doesn’t remember but it’s that she needs to tell Jacks she loves him. She slightly remembers Jacks even though she’s not able to attach a name to it. (I’m latching onto any hope I can)

- “Your memories were stolen by someone who’s been trying to tear us apart” Apollo if you don’t shut your ass up.

- “…and over his heart was a vibrant tattoo of two swords in the shape of a heart with a name in the center: Evangeline.” I CACKLED. THATS SO BAD 😭 IM DYING FROM SECOND HAND EMBARRASSMENT. She doesn’t really want you Apollo please give up.

- Apollo says that the marks on his back was the price he paid to return from Hell. Also the price Evangeline payed for your stupidity when you decided to get tortured😐 Who even tortured him? Or was it like done on purpose to have a story for why he came back. Doubt it’s the ladder because the curse wasn’t having him thinking right.

I’m not sure about the fairy wing one or wolf head with crown (maybe Aurora??) because we don’t know a lot about the Valor’s besides the basics. I am very excited to learn more though, they have a very interesting story.

- The fact Evangeline’s having to relive the grief she felt over the death of her parent’s because she doesn’t know it wasn’t very recent (thanks to her memories being stolen) is so tragic. I feel terrible for her :( It’s terrible having both your parents die but to have to deal with the grief twice?

- The door handles speaking to her is crazy because if I remember right known of the others ever did. I wonder why they do that. Probably because they’re old and from a family of people with magical gifts lmao. Plus Eva is literally a part of a prophecy connected to them. It’s gonna have some importance (hopefully)

- Really looking forward to learning again (or hopefully remembering) that she can open doors with her blood.

- Wait crazy theory, what if Stephanie’s making references to things from ouabh and tbona throughout the whole book? Like important things Evangeline forgot? That’s a bit of a stretch but I am writing this at 1 am so

- A few things have happened that are almost like deja vu/repeating history moments. If you think about it, it’s happened a lot throughout the books too. I’ll make a more in depth post on this at a later point.

- The maid Martine seems important. I don’t know what yet but there’s something. How could he just have moved so quickly from the Meridian Empire?? Something isn’t adding up especially her pause in speaking.

Good question. The players are technically on even ground it's all about strategy and using what strengths they have to their advantage.

If you want brute strength and tactical planning it's probably Poseidon. He's very fucked up. Thinks a lot about things but if pushed he is very prone to just brute forcing it if he hasn't much time. Warden blood makes him a bit. quick to snap. He's HARD to take down, and it's best never to fight him on his level.

Sisyphus is agile as fuck. Super persistent and does so many quick mundane or tough tasks that he's kind of hard to land proper hits on. His downside though is once you do he's honestly quite fragile. Persistent but more glass cannon than anything.

Apollo is very close to still being. Human. His strengths and weaknesses lay in the realm of a typical player. Nothing extravagant, but he's proficient with a bow. He has the gift of random prophecy, and thus can sometimes plan around that, but the future is ever changing.

Helios is kind of a wildcard. He's quick to judgement and fights on a whim against injustice. There's fire power behind him that's very, very hard to control. Fox-like agility and superb hearing, he's excellent at quick damage but it's very hard to get him to back down, leading to him getting more hurt than he'd get if he thought things through more.

Hermes is...Doing his best. He's got some fox senses, but his battle wits and ability are very low. He's not learned much, as he's a skittish creature by nature. His twin (Helios) does all the protecting for him.

Fwuffy's a dog lady and is very tough. She can respawn, so she's very fearless and just does whatever works and doesn't really. give up. Don't provoke her please.

So… he was a demigod. Son of Apollo, with the gift to foresee other’s future. He wished to use this power to help others, just like you do. So, when he met a girl who whose fate was to die in an accident, he chose to disobey his father’s laws and save her by telling her about her future. And how did the gods prize him for his good deed, for his braveness, for his kindness? Apollo punished him. He cursed him to wear clothes made out of Python’s skin, took away his voice and locked him in his boyhood home, which became his prison for years and years. He was guarded by terrible monsters called leukrotae, which mimicked his voice, stole his thoughts and used them to lure demigods into their lair, only to devour them right in front of his eyes. He would survive on whatever supplies the victims kept with them. And, I’m using past tense because… Hal Green is no longer alive. He died the death of a hero, sacrificed his life to save two demigods who were about to have the same fate as so many others.

It’s terribly unfair. And I can’t stand the ignorance of the gods making you suffer too, the same way he did. I’m telling you this to make sure that you never forget what your father did to you, how he can never be trusted. Maybe you can find the tinniest bit of comfort in the thought that you are not the first one to suffer like this, and the motivation to make sure that you are the last one to endure the god’s mercylesss pride… I hope, least.

I sincerely sympathize with him. He never wanted anything bad and he didn't deserve anything bad. And it wasn't just a random girl, it was his little mortal sister. And she died anyway, only this time Apollo helped her - she got an acute form of lung disease, she was too young.

And it wasn't just me and Hal, the gods have been living for decades and producing hundreds of children, the children of Apollo who could see the future and who were punished for it, there were many more... I think the bill could run into billions.

Dying wasn’t as painful as he feared it would be. After fighting all his life, Jason was sure his death would be long and drawn out on the battlefield alongside enemies and allies. Jason could envision so many battles that should have ended him. The battle with Krios, the prophecy of 7, talking to Frank in the morning before he brushed his teeth; anything but traveling on the back of a venti pushing 30 m/ph in a duel to inevitable death, not to mention while on a Yacht with at least one arrow in each limb hundreds of miles away from New Rome

 Anything but dying alone.

 But Jason knew he had to keep going. It was him or Piper; he wouldn’t let her die on this ship. Jason lifted his sword and prepared for another lap around the too-small jousting grounds. The lack of space made Tempest even more stressed and the metallic scent of blood clogged Jason’s senses. With his gladius raised to the mighty heavens of his father Jason made one last oath as Tempest reared up for another challenge, ‘Let it be known that neither Piper nor Apollo will die on this ship.’ A crack of lighting broke the sky.

 Tempest and Incitatus galloped past one another once more. Incitatus kicked at Tempest with his golden front hooves jostling Jason’s heavily injured body. Tempest responded with bursts of electricity that left a battery tased in Jason’s mouth and scorched the evil stallion's white flanks.

 As Jason and Caligula passed by each other Jason turned and caught the fallen god's eye from across the ruined throne room. “Go!” He screamed at his ex-girlfriend and God. “Remember!” Jason desperately pleaded. It may be selfish but he needed Apollo to pull himself together and save not only himself but Piper too. He was willing to end his life for them earlier, hopefully, he was still holding on to that hero mentality.

 ‘Just one more round,’ he thought, holding Apollo’s gaze. ‘If I can make it through one more round then they should be able to’

 Caligula threw his spear.

 The weapon landed in between Jason’s shoulders shoving Jason’s body into Tempest's neck. From what felt like a much further distance Jason heard the sound of Piper's scream of terror. Jason’s eyes widened.

 5 pounds of gold made itself home in the ex-praetor's rhomboid muscles. Jason slumped forward into his stead and wrapped his arms around Tempest's neck to keep balance. “Get them out of here. Please, Tempest, save my friends.”

 The spirit did not owe him anything, but Jason prayed Tempest would give him this.

 Jason felt his vision swim. It was like his life was falling through his fingers like sand on the beach. ‘How embarrassing,’ he thought. ‘I used to wrestle with wolves and now I’m going to die on the yacht of a lunatic nicknamed Little Boots.’

Jason began to lose strength as his body fell off the wild Venti.

Jason Grace died before his body even hit the floor.

When Jason came back to himself, he was face to face with a beautiful man.

“Hello, Jason Grace. How are you feeling?”

How was he feeling? That was the issue, that Jason couldn't feel anything. He tried to wiggle his fingers and toes the way the nurses at his school told him to when he passed out after a long day, but he wasn’t even sure if he had them anymore.

Was Caligula known for taking the toes of his enemies?

“The correct answer, Mr. Grace, should be nothing.” The man straightened up from his bowed position and pulled out an iPad. The man wore a dark toga layered with various sashes, and on the man's back grew two mighty wings as black as night. He was dark-skinned with meticulously kept dreads that were pulled into a bun against his nape.

“You’re lord Mors, aren’t you.” The god stopped what he was doing on the iPad and returned to Jason.

“Yes, I am Mors. I will admit I did not know how to approach you at first. My other half and I were in disagreement for a while, trying to figure out what form was the most appropriate to appear in. After all, nowadays you're neither fully Greek nor Roman.”

Jason almost felt like he should apologize to the Death God because not even he knew what he was.

Mors put the iPad back in his messenger bag and pulled out an envelope that read, ‘Jason Grace, express shipping to the Underworld, first-class packaging’. Jason was feeling more and more important by the minute.

“If you want I can change the color, but we must get going.”

“The color is fine, you're right, let's get going.” Jason didn't know why the color of the envelope mattered- well he didn't know until Mors pinched at his shoulder the way someone would with a dirty sheet. There was a loud ripping sound, and then everything went dark.

Jason was in an airport.

Sure the airport had horrible lighting, was crawling with ghosts and ghouls alike and the only security dog onsite was a giant three-headed hellhound. Still, it was most definitely an airport security station. Jason watched as once-living men and women were guided through the velvet rope lanes. Children who died with their parents were ripped from the screaming arms of their mothers and carried down a separate path. A skeleton wearing a dark gray jumpsuit with the words, ‘Dog walker’, in bold black lettering held at least ten leashes in each hand. Golden retrievers, Dobermans, Pinchers, and Poodles dragged the poor man of bones through a gate marked as, ‘Easy Elysium’.

Jason looked at the ghouls in front and behind him searching for the young faces of Meg and Apollo, he was relieved when he couldn’t find either of them haunting the line. His heart grew lighter when he also failed to see Piper anywhere in the line.

The prophecy had come true. Jason was dead, but Piper had been saved.

“Next in line please.”

Jason had unknowingly made it to the front of the line. How long had he been standing here? Two minutes, an hour, a week? Stepping forward with his chin held high Jason tried to look more confident than he felt.

“Hello dear. If you could give me your name and godly parents I’ll get you sent off to where you need to go.” The woman had a strong Jersey accent and a high pouf. If she had solid flesh it would probably be coated in an ugly orange spray tan, but wisely Jason kept those very personal thoughts to himself. The last thing he wanted was to be sent to the fields of punishment or worse, the back of the line.

“My name is Jason Grace, Son of Jupiter.”

The receptionist began scrolling through her screen without a care in the world. She’s probably gotten far used to greeting sons and daughters of various Olympian and minor gods.

“Ok, here you are dear; Jason Grace, you have been scheduled for our express shipping.”

The Dead Jersey woman printed out what looked like a train ticket and stamped a red express seal of authenticity on it.

“Take this and go down that path,” She pointed off towards Jason’s right where the earthy ground of the underworld turned into a red carpet. “Give this ticket to the conductor and he’ll take you to meet the judges.”

Unlike Jason's walk to the kiosk, his walk to the train was devoid of others. Looked like not many people were able to get express shipping to meet the Council of the Dead.

When Jason made it to the station he was taken aback. The platform was made of carborundum that had been ground down into a flat and polished flooring. Four 20-foot columns of neptunite worked together to form a pavilion of pink ivory and diamonds, most of the architecture was marked with a Delta symbol like the one on Annabeth’s laptop.

None of the history books in Camp Jupiter talked about a train station in the afterlife.

“Ticket please.”

Jason embarrassingly tripped over himself. He hadn’t heard the conductor approach until he stood over Jason’s shoulder. The train driver wore a uniform that reminded him of ‘The Polar Express’. His name tag identified him as, ‘Jeff’, and Jeff was made entirely from bone.

The underworld truly was an interesting place.

Giving the skeleton his ticket Jason watched with rather childish amusement as the conductor punched several holes into it with his teeth.

“Stand back please.”

Jason backed into one of the back columns as the ground began to shake. A loud train whistle broke through the underground silence announcing the arrival of his travel vehicle.

The train was gorgeous. It was an all-black steam locomotive with golden wheels and doors, hooked to the back of the coal cart were eight passenger cars. It was the type of vehicle that you would see rich people in the UK ride on to get from one side of the country to the other.

“All aboard.” Even though Jason was visibly the only passenger waiting at the station the skeleton waved its arm in an urgent arc as if to say. ‘One at a time now and no pushing’.

The inside was just as expensive looking as the outside. The booths were either covered in black velvet or leather. The tables were numbered 1-20 events on the right and odds to the left. Lining the path were lanterns full of hackmanite. Jason sat down as the train began to speed through the underworld. During the trip the train made no stops, they were moving so fast that the long almost still-standing lines of ghosts blurred by like pavement markings.

In under five minutes, the train managed to cut across the underworld and stopped at the only other station lining the railroad.

“Now arriving at your final destination. The judges await you.” The doors opened with an ominous hiss. Jason walked through the doors and entered a room that looked like the courtroom on SVU.

In the judge's seat sat three men—the three judges of Pluto's court.

The three kings of the past, Minos, Rhadamanthus, and Aeacus sat on elevated thrones carved from black cassiterite. To Jason’s right sat an empty jury and to the side of the three kings sat a court reporter. The witness stands were composed of men and women wearing Nobel clothing from various periods. There wasn’t a bailiff present for the trial because once a person died they couldn’t be harmed until after they’ve been sentenced to an afterlife. Nothing Jason said or did in here mattered, nothing in his life would change. He’d either land someplace or the other and that was that.

Judge Aeacus slammed his gavel against his sandalwood sound block. “May the court rise for the judgment of one Jason Grace, son of Lord Jupiter and the deceased mortal Beryl Grace.” Around him, several undead witnesses rose to their feet awaiting the judge's next orders.

“Mr. Grace steps forward and enters the witness stand.”

Jason approached the stand on light feet. He did not fear what awaited him once he left this courtroom he was a soldier and a good one at that. He’s done plenty of amazing things that others would have crumbled under. Jason had nothing to fear.

The witness stand, rather than being to the left of the three judges, was built in front of them allowing the three kings to stare down at Jason like he was a bug under a microscope.

“May the plaintiff present all the evidence the court will acquire for today's hearing.”

A shawled figure crept into the room holding a black briefcase. Long purple chains dragged behind the plaintiff's legs and made a sound equivalent to a sword scraping against a stone.

Jason recognized the metal as Stygian Iron. It was the same material his young friend Nico Di Angelo’s sword was forged from. The people in the witness stand hissed at the glowing chains. Jason personally felt incredibly lucky that he was guarded on the witness stand.

The plaintiff presented the metal box on the judge's table, handing Aeacus the key before leaving the courtroom just as silently as they got in. Inserting the key into its designated slot Jason waited with bated breath at what he knew the kings were about to pull out.

A golden light bright enough to rival that of Apollo’s sun illuminated the room. When the light died down enough for Jason to gaze upon the judges again his breath caught in his throat. Lying in the palms of Judge Aeacus was a golden thread the size of Jason's 

“I present to the court the unbiased life of Jason Grace.”

I KNOW SOME OF UR OCS, but idk the ships they go with. So I'll just ask the name of one and you can choose whoever you pair them with or lakfjwer you get it B) SO HARU!! and 3-4, 11, 17, 19, 24, and 30!

Lol well Haru and Vince are the few ocs that don't really have a permanent/fleshed out love interest. Haru I may draw self indulgent stuff with Apollo actually would not be interested in him more than a just a good ol buddy ol pal. He is however in love with the goddess of dawn, Eos who is his basically mentor's sister. For funsies though I'll answer for Apollo/Haru.

3. What was their first impression of each other? Haru was sent to Apollo by Helios to learn archery and his first impression of Apollo was he was very bright and if it weren't for his affinity to light he'd probably be blinded. Haru being a brand new god he gained some notoriety so Apollo thought he was very small and intriguing.

4. Who initiates affection? Why does the other not initiate affection as much? Apollo always. Haru is a very bashful guy, he would have to very comfortable to find the courage to be able to.

11. How do they feel about nicknames/pet names? If they like them, what pet names do they use? If they hate them, why do they feel that way? Haru doesn't mind but he wouldn't give Apollo a pet name or nickname as he'd think it would be extremely rude for him to. Apollo calls Haru many things from, my little godling/dear godling, ect ect.

17. How well do they communicate? Are they open with their feelings/thoughts or more reserved? Why? Yes and no. lol well Haru is naturally open and genuine with is feelings for the most part and wouldn't feel the need to hide anything from the god of prophecies. Apollo however very reserved about certain things. He simply feels Haru doesn't need to know the things he's done in his past. They do communicate well enough but if Haru accidentally digs into something Apollo doesn't wish to speak about he'll be quick to change the subject & Haru is never one to pry. He’s patient enough to wait for Apollo to open up on his own time.

19. Do they wear each other’s clothes/jewelry? Since jewelry is a huge thing in this whole storyline ( their souls/powers and shit being tied to gems ) it would be a huge sign of trust to share. As for clothes no way lol haru is much to small and would drown in Apollo's robes.

24. How do their personalities affect their relationship? Do their characteristics compliment each other, or clash often? They are very similar in some regards, sharing the power of light, healing, and fiery heat. They are bubbly optimists who quite literally light up a room. However Apollo holds a very cruel side to him that Haru would never get or understand. They get along well until those other traits of Apollo’s rear their ugly head. The petty, arrogant, cruelness to him that Haru would boldly claim he dislikes.

30. What are their respective love languages? Do their love languages work well together? Haru's love language is probably a mixture of acts of service and physical touch. He thrives of being physical and doing anything for a loved one. While Apollo gives gifts as his main show of love while in return he loves words of affirmation. praise cuz ofc a god has a worship/praise kink. For the most part their love languages work. Haru does not mind giving compliments or lovely words to please Apollo, but he does get very modest and humble when it comes to accepting Apollo's gifts which sometimes upsets Apollo.
