One of my favorite scenes from A Curse For True Love! I always think that maybe Jacks gave Evangeline his dagger, the SAME one Tella used to stab him, to see whether she would stab him with it, just like Tella did when they kissed.

It’s like his test - does she love me or will she stab me? And that's also why he’s so gleeful and always brings up how Eva DIDN’T stab him when he became a vampire, because it’s like “Oh. She doesn’t want me dead. So she basically wants me”
