I think a lot of the people mistake the whole "you complete me" thing.

When you find your soulmate, you do feel more whole, but not because you are a lesser person without them (because being torn down and being told you are a lesser person without them is wrong) but because being with the right person gives you a safe space to truly be yourself in every whole, fully aspect.

You can laugh harder with the right person, you can cry more honestly with the right person, you can be the most brutally honest version of yourself and it makes you feel like a genuine whole person that you weren't before.
