Also how many of the characters have to die for it to be a tragedy in the Shakespearean sense. Can it be just the protagonist or does a significant chunk of the cast have to die. I don't want to go the route of having most of the characters die by the end but I do like the idea that Terzo's decision to have/continue an incestuous relationship with Copia is the thing that removes him from his position of esteem and leads to his ultimate downfall.

This is what I'm talking about when I say "fandom and media are not for everyone" BTW. The inability to tell fiction from reality is so widespread that large numbers of people simply do not have the critical thinking skills to genuinely enjoy fiction, let alone navigate communities that are dedicated to discussing fiction.
