luke fumbling in recruiting percy has to be one of his greatest failures. a beautiful thing the show does regarding luke and percy's relationship is building rapport between them through shared moments like settling into camp, eating meals together, but especially through swordfighting lessons. the swordfighting scene at the beginning of episode 8 not only reveals that percy and luke already share similar beliefs about the fear-based system the gods have cultivated, but it's clear the conversation stays with percy when he fights ares and later calls out zeus on his waning skills as a father and a king. however, luke's plan fell through the moment percy learned that the winged-shoes were meant to drag him to tartarus. not only that, but the shoes nearly killed grover, a friend percy cared for deeply. if nourishing loyalty and trust was the key to ensuring a partnership with percy, then it was luke's faulty planning, arrogance, and impatience that cost him the greatest ally he could ask for.

At first, Timmy was adamantly against the Pixies. He'd tell Jorgen every time he got a notice of their plans to take over Fairyworld, and work to stop it! But it gets a bit harder to resist against your own court the longer you hang out with them.

In the present time, Timmy schedules to be out of FairyWorld during their takeovers. He doesn't try to stop them, but also refuses to be anywhere near when it happens.

He... doesn't like how he's slowly starting to cheer for them. Or how their arguments are becoming more convincing. Or how he's struggling to recall why he was so against them to begin with.

There will come a point where he becomes an active participant. Timmy worries that it's coming sooner than he'd like.

One moment, Gojo Shiki is easily fending off the tall ice statues, and in the next, she falls.

Kamado Tanjiro immediately grips his sword, and turns. But it’s no use. A long bolt of the brilliant pink brocade from the Obi Demon slams down in front of him, blocking off his path and tearing through the rooftop at the same time, destabilizing his footsteps.

He’s too far. Too far away to make it–

Gojo-san can’t die.

She can’t die. Gojo-san is the only demon slayer who’s killed an Upper Moon. She can’t die here, not like this–!

Tanjiro inhales deeply, forcing himself to focus. Use his father’s Hinokami Kagura for explosive strength, and the Breath of Water for restoration; both breathing styles in tandem with each other, just as he’d done to save Hinatsuru-san earlier.

He is not too far and he can make it. Please, please work–!

Tanjiro leaps. His sword cleaves through a snakelike tendril of pink cloth that blocks his way, heedless of any obstructions.

Midway through his leap, arched over the cloud of glittering frost that Gojo-san is fighting in, Tanjiro sees it.

The Ice Demon, Upper Moon Two, standing right in front of her.

Tanjiro’s blood runs cold, and it has nothing to do with the ice crystallizing in the air around him.

… Even so, he doesn’t give up. Tanjiro clenches his fingers around the hilt of his sword, gripping it with all his strength as he roars and brings it down with all his strength upon the demon that’s standing there carelessly with its back to him–

–and there is a sharp, shattering sound, as his blade cleaves into a lotus-shaped block of ice that suddenly materializes out of nowhere in front of him.

“My, my, how hasty” The tall demon turns towards him with a small frown. “It’s rude to interrupt a meal, don’t you know? I’ve been looking forward to this for a while.”

Upper Moon Two. The chilling characters are etched clearly into the demon’s eyes, and unmistakable identifier of its status and strength.

And Tanjiro can feel the way that the air almost seems to solidify around him, sharp and freezing and utterly choking when the demon snaps its fan shut and points it directly towards him.

“You–”

Whatever the demon is about to say is instantly cut off and will remain a mystery forevermore; its head suddenly falls off from its neck with a spray of blood. There’s a small expression of slight shock on its face –an expression that Tanjiro almost feels is mirrored on his own face, too, in this moment.

With a small gulp, Tanjiro lifts his gaze to look behind the demon. Gojo-san stands there impassively, with a bloodstained sword in her hand that’s dripping long crimson rivulets onto the ground as she proceeds to carve the rest of the demon’s body into pieces.

Outwardly, she doesn’t look to be injured too badly, but… there is still blood trickling down from her mouth, and she had literally coughed up blood earlier. Internal injuries? Oh, that wasn’t good.

“A-are you alright, Gojo-san?”

The girl does not respond. Instead, she silently wipes away a stark trail of blood from her lips, and tilts her head to glance backwards over her shoulder –directly towards where the fighting has ceased for a brief moment, where Upper Moon Six is staring with disbelief at the death of the higher-ranked demon.

“Next,” she says softly.

Garage Sale

Well, when the Fentons decided to have a garage sale Danny didn't expect many to be interested. His parents were looking for a way to get money quickly to build more stuff, and he jokingly suggested they could sell some inventions, they took it seriously (Jazz made sure to remove all the lethal inventions, she tried with the ones that might be risky but then they wouldn't sell anything).

Danny knew his parents were strange yes, but he wasn't sure that justified millionaires in his backyard. Millionaires, he'd like to clarify, had never set foot in Amity Park before. He raised an eyebrow at the sight of Bruce Wayne and his sons checking out the appliances. None of them seemed to be interested in the "ghosts" but they hadn't backed down from taking some things either.

So yes, Danny was suspicious. Of course he had made sure the inventions in the sale were safe (although unlike Jazz, he simply decided to make them safe, a few modifications here and there), but the fact that they looked genuinely interested made him uneasy.

Were the Waynes interested in hunting ghosts?

He decided to try something, he crossed eyes with one of them and let his green eyes show before looking away, the boy looked alarmed. He approached him and asked, but Danny feigned ignorance, commenting that all the inventions were green and maybe he had been confused by the reflection (to be fair, most of his parents' inventions were green because of the ecto).

For his part, Bruce had received an alert from Justice League Dark, it seemed they had detected a strange energy, similar to magic, so the bats set out to investigate. They didn't expect to find a garage sale in a house in the middle of nowhere (Amity Park wasn't even marked on the fucking map). Nor did they expect advanced technology or mad scientists.

Bruce decided to pretend he had stumbled into town as "Brucie Wayne" and buy a few things. He shuddered to see that many inventions worked with Lazarus water. Jason, who had strangely agreed to come along, was also upset about the son of the scientists.

Bruce questioned whether he had found a family of villains in the making.

The life as a family head can become quite frustrating, especially having to work in a high stress environment everyday, countless responsibilities weighing down on his shoulders and his own 'family' to take care of, while keeping up with the appearances and his reputation . It's used be a frustrating routine, but now Sunday had his salvation, his beloved, you.

Now everyday was exciting, as after long hours work, instead of going back to an empty cold house, he gets to be in your arms. His once empty and soulless abode, now filled with clitters of decor, and having a personality, making the mansion feel like a real home.

And recently, his staff has started noticing the way he had started to impatiently tap his feet whenever he had to stay even 1 minute overtime, or how on every break he would always on a call talking in a loving concerned voice.

Everyday Sunday rush back home, hurriedly changing his clothes, and getting himself cleaned up before entering in your shared bedroom with a big smile on the sight he was daily greeted with.

Leaning on the doorframe, just staring at the bed and just how much he cherishes to be able to see his mate, all curled up bed, arms wrapped around a big gold tinted egg, napping, nesting.

For him it's the cutest sight, sneaking in few pics of you and your egg ever so often, his little treasure.

You are the light of his world, and he likes to show his affection by actress of services, taking care of you and letting you take break from taking care of the egg, whenever he's home. Love giving you massages, knowing how much it helps your strained body and holding you in his lap while you hold the egg.

And he never forget the day he woke up, at the tiny cracking noises, being a light sleeper he was first to wake up, his calm demeanor nowhere to be found, as he hurriedly woke you up, his voice loud in excitement.

You were just half awake, when suddenly there was your egg in your arms, and a tiny feet peeking out.
