PEPPERONI PIZZA, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! 🍕🍕🍕

Hiiii hellooo everyone! ♡ it is me again. I just came on to say that my day was eventful. I did some shopping at the mall and tried eating something new-ish. I tried Pepperoni Pizza for the first time ever in my life !!! And it was so amazingly delicious !!! I believe it was New York style pizza. A new pizza place had recently opened at the mall, and it is called "New York Slice" the prices aren't all too bad. Some menu items are a bit overpriced though but hey, it's pretty much new and has only been opened for a little while but it is pretty great. Loveeee the decor of the place ! <3 it's very nice and comfortable for family, friends to enjoy a slice of pizza and mingle. I have never had pepperoni topping before in my life so it was a very new experience for me but it really tasted soooo goood and so worth it ! It was incredibly yummy. Sucks that I have been missing out on this for practically the whole of my life. Wished I could have had it sooner. Like for the majority of my life I was so against pepperoni on a whole and never imagined myself ever letting it come close to me, much less having a taste of it. But today my mindset on pepperoni has totally changed and for the better. I fully enjoyed it whole-heartedly. I will be going back for more sooon, hehe ♡♡♡. Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. During the last few minutes of grilling, top each chicken breast with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and diced vegetables. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Place each chicken breast on a burger bun, garnish with more sauce and vegetables if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Då det kommit både pizzadeg och pizzatopping i lådan från @smakbox så var det rätt enkelt vad som skulle lagas 😋 Så idag blev det snabb comfort food i form av pizza med lite sköna tillbehör 🤩 1 paket pizzadeg från @popbakerysverige 1 burk tomatsås Valfri god ost 100 g salami från @tulipsverige 1 gul lök 1 paprika 1 tsk oregano Salt och peppar Börja med att förbereda pizzadegen enligt anvisningarna på paketet Lägg degen på en pizzasten/pizzaplåt eller på en bakplåt med bakpapper Bred ut tomatsåsen över degen Ös på med ost ( jag använde cheddarsås från @vaddogardsmejeri ) Lägg salamin på pizzan Skär löken i tunna skivor och lägg på pizzan Grädda pizzan i ugnen i ca 15 minuter, eller tills osten är smält När pizzan är klar, ta ut den ur ugnen och låt den svalna något innan du serverar.
