It's Friday, Friday~ and today's featured is a place that I am so happy I've found! Cinnaholic over on Teaster in Pigeon Forge is a one of a kind business that, since appearing on "Shark Tank" in 2014, has absolutely blown up and expanded all over the country! This company strives to provide amazing sweets but with a little twist. Y'all, their products are 100% plant-based, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free! How incredible is that! Finally, something my Mama can eat and enjoy!  And let me tell you, their cinnacakes and party platters really turn heads at the company christmas party or family get together! Now the Cinnaholic company overall is very impressive of course but I want to shout out our local location just because Ms. Madison has been an amazing person to talk to and I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile (even if I can't see it behind those masks) The staff at the Pigeon Forge location are so nice and make my experience all the better. Don't get me wrong, the cinnamon rolls are to die for! But y'all know what I mean when I say service makes a difference. I look forward to seeing this particular location make great strides!

A pan of baked macaroni and cheese. One of the best comfort foods! Like and follow to get the latest recipes as they are added.
Macaroni and Cheese
1/4 cup corn starch
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
5 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
16 oz macaroni noodles
7 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided - 4 cups for sauce and 3 cups to top it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare macaroni noodles according to package directions, except boil noodles for 7 minutes and drain. Set aside cooked noodles.
In a large pot, add dry ingredients. Whisk milk into dry ingredients until smooth. Add butter and cook over medium to medium high heat, whisking constantly until it comes to a boil. Continue to boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Add 4 cups shredded cheddar and whisk until cheese is completely melted and sauce is smooth.
Add noodles into sauce and mix well. Pour noodles and sauce into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Then, increase oven temperature to 400 degrees and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

This dip goes GREAT with hint of lime chips or nacho chips. It makes a fairly large batch, so store remaining dip in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Cheesy Bean Dip
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 16 oz can refried beans
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup salsa
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Whisk until completely blended. Cook over low to medium low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. May be served warm or cold.
