Spreading gossip, being outright malicious, shattering friendships, and all that jazz! Plus, using that fact she looks like a teen against Danny, since unless cornering her, he couldn't fight her without looking like he's attacking a random student.

Considering how popular Qijiu and Liujiu are as a ships, and that a lot of people seem to headcanon Liu Qingge as having at least crushed on Yue Qingyuan for a while, I'm surprised there aren't more throuple/OT3 fics for them.

I mean not actually because it would be such a bad idea. They would have so many problems. There would be so many hurdles, like even just getting two of these guys to hookup usually involves some degree of truth serum or cosmic intervention or fuck-or-die scenarios, but embroiling all three of them in something like that would just let their bizarro brain worms thrive. Each of them is convinced that they are somehow the third wheel. Shen Jiu thinks that the only thing stopping Liu Qingge from plotting to kill him is that he's not clever enough to plot, and that Yue Qingyuan is enduring his inclusion under sufferance of guilt. Liu Qingge thinks that Shen Jiu is definitely actively plotting to kill him to get him out of the way, and that Yue Qingyuan is enduring his inclusion under sufferance of guilt. Yue Qingyuan is sure that any day now Liu Qingge and Shen Jiu are going to figure out that they're actually perfect for one another and then eject him from the polycule. They are all not speaking to each other but also regularly having furniture-shattering sex. Despite everything, the sex improves their dispositions so much that none of the other peak lords dare to intervene.

SCIENCE BUDDIES! THEY ARE FORAGING IN THE DIRT TOGETHER

Bo has never been particularly afraid of the twins, his first impressions landing somewhere between "distrusts" and "potentially dangerous so stay on guard", but they don't set off his anxiety as much as others might speculate. Most of the reason they're intimidating is because half the time they're playing with people while doing odd jobs for Azul, at least in Bo's eyes.

Jade's interest in Bo peaked upon the discovery of his (then) budding insect collection. A fellow nature-lover would surely be a pleasant recruit to his club, right...? Well, not officially, but Bo is a returning honorary member. They sometimes watch over each other's vivariums like a form of pet-sitting and love to chat about what "adventures" they got up to. Usually, if one has mysteriously disappeared off-campus, the other will have as well, and they'll return soon in less than stellar shape with bags full of moss. No need to worry.

Outside of their bond through being absolute fucking nerds, they don't typically hang out together if it isn't situational. Bo will, on occasion, seek out Jade for assistance with potionology or similar homework, but they tend to go their separate ways.

see as a math major dating another math major things are great we have the wildest talks. now shes also a physics double major and apparently those physicists just LOVE to gossip about physics majors dating each other. theres just something about physics ig

hey that's great! dating my physicist is great too! every once in a while we come across some weird claim or question and do a back of the envelope calculation for it. once a family member was gifted oven mitts with magnets inside them (to hang on the fridge when not in use) and we plotted an Experiment to determine what kind of magnet it was, e.g. heat them in the oven to determine their curie point. it's cool to be with someone who Gets It

azulaang in an au where zuko joins the gaang from the start is so funny.  zuko spends the entire time to the north pole telling them to be careful of his sister, one of the most talented firebenders seen for generations, more cunning than any foe they’ve faced so far, and will not hesitate to kill all of them (save for Zuko, perhaps) if they were to meet face-to-face.

And then Aang meets her, and she is exactly like Zuko described, and he just. “I think we should convince her to join.  She can change, I believe in her, and I know she’s strong enough to change for the better by her own choices.”

MEANWHILE Azula, while on her mission to capture Zuko (this time for straight up treason), kill the Avatar and conquer Ba Sing Se, spends most of the time trying to think of why Zuko would betray his nation, betray his family (and her), for the Avatar.  She does end up holding a sort of grudge against the Gaang as a whole because of this, but especially Aang and Zuko.  She hasn’t met them yet.

And when she DOES meet them, after the first few fights against the Gaang (and especially against Aang, when he.... started being nice to her?  After the first fight?  And not out of fear, he was just genuinely kind and complimented her when she wasn’t causing destruction or hurting others), Azula gets Zuko.  Like.  Yeah.  She could see how he’d leave his nation for the Avatar.

Zuko, of course, didn’t join because of Aang, he joined to make the world a better place, but Azula doesn’t know that, so when she goes to confront him about this, “I understand why you joined them, now.  The Avatar is as charming as he is deadly.” and Zuko just. “I... I joined to stop the war because I couldn’t stand to see the suffering anymore.  Aang had nothing to do with it.”

Then, after a moment: “Did you just say Aang was charming?”

“No.”

“You blush whenever he says something nice about you, and you keep asking him to fight one-on-one.”

“Your vision sucks.  And yes, dumdum, because he’s the only person in your little group that can give me a challenge.”

“....Oh Agni, you like him.”

“I will set you on fire.”
