Photo comparison! 2 years apart!
Top photo was taken November 2020. I had almost had my camera for a year at the time, I was still pretty inexperienced
Bottom photo was taken on almost the exact same day in 2022. I am a lot more experienced with how to use the camera's settings now so I think this one turned out with much nicer looking colors. I also got an airplane flying in the background which looks really cool.

The debut April 1976 issue of the Italian sci-fi magazine Robot re-used one of my favorite John Schoenherr illustrations, originally done as the 1963 cover to Mark Phillips' The Impossibles, a story about a detective tracking a teleporting criminal.
The magazine stopped publication in 1979 and returned for a second series in 2003, with a cover by long-time Robot illustrator Giuseppe Festino, doing a robot-themed homage to the debut cover.
I'm writing more about Festino's cover art in my sci-fi art newsletter, out tomorrow! Check it out and sign up here if you like my blog.

The quail drama is popcorn worthy, thanks for sharing. I also love how you hold them like an ice cream cone.
I spent years not even LOOKING at the quail drama because it is apparently rampant, a fact of which I was blissfully ignorant for three years, but to get what I wanted, I had to sacrifice my ignorance upon the altar of knowing some shit. I'm just really hoping that I can get what I need and get back to my hole in the ground lol
and sometimes you just have to hold a bird like an ice cream cone. it's the only way.

[he/him] This week was my EIGHT years on T!! The older I get, the more taking hormones is pure maintenance, and the changes to my body are the typical T-dominant effects of aging. I rarely see transition timelines of what that looks like, so I wanted to do one!
Left to right is age 19, 21, 23, and 27 respectively. I look a bit older, I have a bit less hair, but I am 1000% happier and more comfortable with each photo. Every year I learn how to be even more comfortable with myself <3
