Tattooed “Deadpool Killer” Wade Wilson was sentenced to death Tuesday for the brutal 2019 murders of two Florida women he committed “for the sake of killing.”
The inked maniac, 30, remained stoic as the judge delivered his capital sentence.
“The evidence shows the murders were heinous, atrocious and cruel. and that the second murder was cold, calculated and premeditated,” Circuit Judge Nicholas Thompson told the courtroom.
Wilson was found guilty in June for the murders of Kristine Melton, 35, and Diane Ruiz, 43 during a crazed October night in 2019.
The jury had recommended that Wilson should receive the death penalty.
The slaughters were so egregious that Thompson found “no basis” to overrule the jury’s recommended death sentence.
Wilson first strangled Melton in her home after they had a drug-fueled sexual encounter, prosecutors said.
Wilson — who shares a name with the Marvel anti-hero made famous by Ryan Reynolds — then stole his victim’s car and used her phone to call his girlfriend, Melissa Montanez, 41. He assaulted her, but she refused to get in his car.
That’s when Wilson encountered Ruiz, who was asking for directions in Cape Coral, and invited her into the car.
He later admitted to strangling her before throwing her out of the car — only to get back in and run her over “until she looked like spaghetti,” per according to testimony from the trial.
“This case was about killing for the sake of the killing,” Assistant State Attorney Andreas Gardiner previously told the court. “Strangulation is the epitome of life slipping through someone’s hands.”
Despite his disturbing crime, thousands of lusting sickos sent Wilson love letters and X-rated photos during his five years behind bars.
Several also wrote letters to the judge imploring him to look past Wilson’s tattooed face and swastika etchings, claiming the killer was a different person while on medication.
The maniac’s attorneys tried to argue that Wilson suffered brain damage from drug addiction and had abandonment issues stemming from being given up for adoption by his biological parents.
His adoptive parents pleaded that the court not give him the death penalty, stating in a letter that: “the human is still in there.”
“Please see it in your heart not take our son,” they wrote.
Wilson was also found guilty of grand theft, burglary of a dwelling, battery and petit theft.

Dont let ai ruin human made entertainment for laziness & convenience! Dont let ai & companies alike steal the art real people work hard to make for the world. Anyone using ai should understand that its stealing the art from others. Zero compensation or continued support towards the artists and zero consent have been given! Its sad, because ai has potential to be a good thing, its the humans who are developing & misusing it without care for who they're hurting. STOP USING AI all together until things change, until the law protects artists.

This is a prompt theft that I have used quite a lot in the past. It refers to Peter Mohrbacher. Picture references include the 'Petit Palais' in Paris. It was meant to be the Petit Palais as an orbital space station.

I haven’t seen my art there, but if it is, somebody please lmk!! I don’t sell my art anywhere besides private commissions.
Don’t buy from this site, and don’t steal other people’s art!!
Attention artists, art theft!
Saw this post by rosebloom-arts and decided to check it out. Turns out she is not the only person suffering from art theft by this website, making profit from printing posters of peoples artwork without any premission whatsoever.
I saw i lot of artworks including my own and from a lot of other people!
This is the website. If you search you name you will find some of your artworks they are using. And here is the petition to end this website.
This is affecting a lot of people, not just myself and if you are an artist either by photography or drawing they are most likely stealing from you too.
So check it out and sign the petition, please.

A note: I know annoying Desis are going to see this and go "Oh but Kashmir is Pakistan's because-" and "Kashmir is an integral part of India because-". I must make my stance clear: Kashmir belongs to the Kashmiris, the natives, no matter what religion they belong to. Neither Pakistan nor India get to decide the matter of Kashmiri sovereignty. The reasons given by both parties as to why Kashmir should be a part of either nation are bullshit. The United Nations itself recognises Kashmir as a disputed region, so I will not entertain dumbfuckery. I highly encourage fellow Indians especially to take the time to go through and properly understand the violence the government enacts on Kashmiris. I've also included links to learn more about Kashmiri culture because really, what do the rest of us know about it? Culturally and linguistically Kashmir differs so much from the rest of India and Pakistan (also the amount of fetishization of Kashmiri women...yikes). This is not just a bilateral issue between these two nations over land, this actually affects the people of Kashmir. And if you're still here, thank you for reading

i think what gets me abt these anti ai arguments abt labor theft is the "difference" between Unethical corpos & Ethical small artist jakeys. but its like, is the art program youre using made with ethical work practices? was your drawing tablet made with ethical work practices? if you do traditional art, the paints or the canvas or the paper and pens and pencils. the phone or camera you use to take the photos. the computer you post the art on.
all of these things are made thru overt exploitation, but since it isnt affecting The Artist, it doesnt matter to them.
it is just small business owner shit, you're absolutely right. at the very least, it feels like music communities have a more consistent conception of themselves as being part of the same labor force as anyone else but a certain contingent of visual artists seem to understand art as a specially societally exempt skillset. forgive me but its petit bourgeois as hell
