Freshville She Wellness Tea
In the realm of women's health, conditions such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Polycystic Ovary Disease (PCOD) are becoming increasingly common, affecting millions of women worldwide. These conditions often disrupt hormonal balance, leading to symptoms like irregular periods, unwanted facial hair growth, acne, and weight gain. While traditional treatments can offer relief, many women seek holistic solutions that address the root causes of these symptoms. Freshville She Wellness Tea stands out as a powerful, natural remedy designed to help women manage these health challenges and restore balance to their bodies.
Crafted with a blend of time-honored herbs, Freshville She Wellness Tea combines the power of nature’s most effective ingredients to support hormonal health, improve metabolism, and relieve discomfort associated with PCOS and PCOD. Let’s take a closer look at the key ingredients that make this tea a truly holistic solution.
Key Ingredients and Their Benefits
GingerGinger has long been known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. When it comes to women's health, ginger plays a vital role in reducing inflammation, which is often a contributing factor in conditions like PCOS and PCOD. By helping to soothe the digestive system and reduce bloating, ginger also aids in alleviating menstrual cramps and discomfort associated with irregular periods. Additionally, ginger helps balance hormones and can promote improved circulation, which supports overall reproductive health.
FenugreekFenugreek, a staple in traditional medicine, is another powerhouse ingredient in Freshville She Wellness Tea. This herb is particularly beneficial for women struggling with hormonal imbalances. Fenugreek helps regulate insulin levels, which is crucial for women with PCOS, as insulin resistance is a common underlying issue. By improving insulin sensitivity, fenugreek can help manage weight gain, a common symptom of PCOS/PCOD, and support the reduction of elevated blood sugar levels. Furthermore, fenugreek has been shown to improve menstrual regularity, offering a natural solution for women with irregular periods.
Holy Basil (Tulsi)Known for its adaptogenic properties, Holy Basil is renowned for its ability to help the body cope with stress. Chronic stress can exacerbate hormonal imbalances, particularly in conditions like PCOS. Holy Basil works by regulating cortisol levels, which in turn helps to balance other hormones in the body. It also supports the immune system and helps reduce inflammation, which makes it a great ally in managing the symptoms of PCOS/PCOD.
CinnamonCinnamon is not just a tasty spice – it also boasts several health benefits, especially for women dealing with hormonal imbalances. Studies suggest that cinnamon can help lower insulin resistance, making it a valuable addition to any treatment plan for PCOS. By promoting better insulin function, cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar levels and reduce the risk of weight gain. Additionally, it has anti-inflammatory properties that can aid in reducing the bloating and discomfort often experienced by women with PCOS.
PeppermintPeppermint is often used for its digestive benefits, but it also plays a significant role in balancing hormones. For women with PCOS/PCOD, peppermint can help alleviate the digestive distress that often accompanies the condition, such as bloating and indigestion. Additionally, peppermint has been shown to reduce symptoms of excess facial hair growth (hirsutism), a common issue for women with PCOS, by helping to regulate and balance androgen levels.
The Holistic Approach to Women's Health
What sets Freshville She Wellness Tea apart from other wellness teas on the market is its holistic approach. Instead of focusing on just one symptom or aspect of PCOS and PCOD, Freshville She Wellness Tea addresses multiple facets of women’s health. From hormonal balance and menstrual health to improved digestion and stress reduction, this carefully crafted tea supports the body in its entirety, working to restore harmony and alleviate the root causes of these conditions.
How Freshville She Wellness Tea Supports Your Health Journey
Drinking a warm cup of Freshville She Wellness Tea daily provides more than just a calming ritual. By incorporating natural ingredients that have been shown to support hormonal health and improve symptoms of PCOS and PCOD, this tea becomes an integral part of your self-care routine. Over time, you may notice improvements in your menstrual cycle regularity, a reduction in acne or facial hair growth, and a boost in your energy levels.

From the behalf of all the PCOS girly
I want to take a moment to share what it’s like to live with PCOS, because I feel like so many people don’t truly understand. Every day is a struggle, and it feels like I’m fighting a battle that no one else can see. I hear the same advice over and over: “You just need to lose weight.” But what people don’t realize is that I’m already trying my hardest. I’m watching what I eat, exercising regularly, and doing everything I can to feel good about myself. Yet, despite all my efforts, the changes I want just don’t seem to come. PCOS has a way of making everything feel impossible. It’s not just about weight; it’s about the symptoms that come with this condition. The hair thinning is disheartening—I used to love my hair, but now I constantly worry about how it looks. And then there’s the unwanted body and facial hair. I find myself spending so much time trying to hide it, trying to fit an image that society expects of me. It feels suffocating. The pain can be unbearable. There are days when I can hardly get out of bed because of the cramps and fatigue. I feel like I’m dragging myself through life, and even when I’m doing my best, I’m met with judgment instead of compassion. The moon face, the fatigue, it all contributes to a feeling of hopelessness. When I share my struggles, I often get responses that make me feel worse. I’m not looking for sympathy; I’m looking for understanding. When I mention that I don’t feel good in certain clothes, I don’t need someone to remind me to just lose weight. I need support. I need people to listen, to acknowledge what I’m going through, and to just be there for me. Every time someone brings up my weight or suggests a simple solution, it adds to my stress. Stress makes everything worse; it raises my cortisol levels and triggers more symptoms. I’m already feeling overwhelmed; I don’t need more negativity in my life. I just want to feel human. I want to be seen for who I am, not just my weight or my appearance. I’m trying my best to cope with a condition that I didn’t choose. If you can’t offer support, please be kind. Understand that every judgment, every comment adds to my pain. I’m asking for a little empathy. A little kindness can go a long way. It’s not easy living with PCOS, but with understanding and compassion, it can be a bit more bearable. Please, just be there for me. That’s all I need.

A PCOD and PCOS diet plan emphasizes balanced nutrition to manage symptoms and improve hormonal health. It includes high-fiber foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, along with lean proteins and healthy fats. Reducing processed foods and refined sugars helps control insulin levels, while anti-inflammatory foods, such as berries and fatty fish, support overall health and weight management.

Some things about PCOS/PCOD nobody talks about :-
When others think that you are just lazy and overweight but you put in your everything to lose weight you get no results. When you have no control over your anger and others think that you are crazy. When others give suggestions like eating clean, workout but PCOD/PCOS is much more than eating clean....it's definitely about mood swings, hormonal imbalance, no hunger at all or overeating, sleeping all day, or no sleep at all....
So if you know somebody who's suffering from this...I hope you know that they are not bad or crazy....they are just suffering alone and have no control over themselves.

My PCOS journey:
Vulnerabilities and all.
The biggest problem with new age women's health issues is that even many women fail to empathize with them. How can we expect men to empathize with women's health?
When I talk about women's health I don't mean "PERIODS" or "PTSD Post pregnancy" or "MENOPAUSE".. There are so many health issues that are not being talked about enough (at least from where I'm from 😒). Starting with a few - PCOS, PCOD, Thyroid, Hormonal imbalance and other lifestyle diseases. Not to mention that they have no cure and the only solution we have is to manage it and its symptoms.
While fighting with its symptoms.. one of the biggest things that helped me overcome my PCOS and Hormonal imbalance is some much needed moral support. Of course strength training, diet, 8 hours of sleep, managing stress and having a positive mind too.. but being surrounded by those who make an effort to understand ur health is a blessing.
I suffered excessive hair loss and weight gain and as a woman I've been constantly reminded that those "Assets" (Head full of hair and a slim figure) are the only things that add value to me and my existence.. and it's messed up how even the most educated are unaware about women's health.
Truth be told, I've spent years of my life picking up my pieces and reconstructing myself emotionally, mentally and physically. The sleepless nights I had were consumed by me obsessing about my body, its image and how it was perceived by everyone around me. The world has successfully convinced me that I am nothing without this so called "Perfect body". I lost many opportunities because of my negative body image. Deep down I knew that I am smart, creative, funny, kind and I am also known to be a good friend. But people succeeded in making me feel less than what I am.
As I write this, I want to convey that you are not alone. I believe that I am not the only one feeling this way.
Being surrounded by people who truly make an effort to understand ur health and ur erratic mood swings (because of ur health) is a huge blessing.. God knows that I want that in my life. Everyone wants to feel empathised and if u don't have someone that empathises with ur health.. I hope my empathy towards women's health helped u.
I am now 27 years old and I have finally succeeded in managing my PCOS symptoms (Physical and mental symptoms) after struggling with them for the past 9 years. Yup.. I lost most of my 20s to PCOS and I am cautiously optimistic that the struggle is over now. And even if it comes back.. at least I know how to deal with it.

Rant cuz not all three of them are neurodivergent but one of them is .
A lot of scandalous posts on how mental disorders makes u this weird cool and undergoing treatment for it might make you less interesting has successfully trapped a lot of the young gen minds . I know it because I have seen it in people around me , talking as if ADHD is a silly lil thing that makes u an interesting internet figure while you proudly rant about how you skipped your meals and u r just surviving on coffee, that too three cups and it's 9 pm *giggles* , expecting us to say slayy ???. I mean that's an eating disorder sister and ADHD is a neurological condition, both of which needs awareness , treatment and a whole lot of self care and understanding.
I hate mockery on this . I hate posts that makes it any less painful than it is . You might not like the taste of it but I want the horrors of being a cognitively diverse individual screaming volumes rather than getting diluted for idk which mass getting entertained by it . People unaware of what rumination even means saying "I am depressed" " i am depressed" twenty seven times w absolutely no relevance to the context we are talking about is not funny or even entertaining because what could possibly be funny here ? You twirling your hair and saying "lol I am so depressed" while posting one mitski song to your story ?
This physically makes me sick and hate you . Feels like an insult to my injury and I feel guilty for feeling this way as 'I never know what one must be going through' - my cerebral cortex will jump in stating . But the thing is I always know what you are going through cuz your 'going throughs' are always on my face , with or without my consent when I myself couldn't get anything else but sarcasm followed up with ' we are just girls ' when I talk about how my hypothyroidism is not getting treated and neither is my iron on track. I was constantly pushed down to my seat as a listener when I was everyday facing problems I couldn't sit still with and these are the moments that questions me if I was right to put my foot forward in your life as friends , actively choosing to listen to your issues and help out while I couldn't open up myself cuz I didn't trust you enough with my most vulnerable pieces of grief and pain , but when I was the most desperate and felt like there was nothing to lose and I tried opening up I was pushed back close which is humiliating every time I replay it in my mind.
This is not friendship . And mocking a mental disorder , physical disability, reproductive health issues in the name of being humourous and introducing light humour is just saying you are not educated enough and on top of that arrogantly ignorant of what your encephalopathic friend might feel about your silly lil jokes . I totally see you making fun of people's ancestral customs when bacteria is the only culture you have .

We really think my ovarian cysts are the cause of it, so we're gonna get me a gyno appointment. Kind of thinking of seeing about yeeting the whole damn thing but I know that's hard. But since im more prone to cysts in general, I may be able to convince them.
