These Coconut Chocolate Chip Macaroons are a delightful and easy dessert, perfect for Passover celebrations. The combination of sweet shredded coconut, creamy condensed milk, and mini chocolate chips creates a chewy, flavorful treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients: 4 cups shredded coconut. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325F 165C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, mini chocolate chips, and salt until well combined. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form small balls of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the macaroons turn golden brown on the edges. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, enjoy your delicious Coconut Chocolate Chip Macaroons!

I made so many egg-yolk-only Passover butter cookies that I had a zillion egg whites left. So? I made Pavlovas (among other things) so I wouldn’t have to waste the whites! I hate food waste!!
