Grosse découverte pour moi de cette liqueur de prune de Chine, savoureuse et gourmande. Je l'ai dégusté avec un canard à l'orange. Un accord très sympa avec le sucré salé. J'ai beaucoup aimé ce côté acidulé. Une liqueur très dépaysante.

Big discovery for me of this Chinese plum liqueur, tasty and gourmet.  I tasted it with a duck à l'orange.  A very nice pairing with sweet and salty.  I really liked this tangy side.  A very exotic liqueur.
