Six months, three weeks, and two days since a major fuck up landed them in a almost as fucked up situation. Red, as had taken to be called, finds him and his so called 'partner in crime' dropped into another universe.

With other versions of himself... You would think with so much in common it must be a easy introduction, but as it would seem, of course it wasn't.

Then again, these 'soft' versions of himself didn't really seem to have so much in common with him.

Didn't matter though, unlike them in their own happy little ending, they both needed to find a way to get the hell back to their own set of problems.

Nothing but the overwhelming taste of iron filled the mouth. Gushing down her throat like she was drinking a far from pleasant beverage. Something that was nauseating, or at least had been when the growingly common situation of a cut or overall wound was novel. Yet, under the dim light of a bathroom vanity, she dug bruised fingers into the base of aching gums. Pushing at loose edges of false teeth, the wires that kept the metal replacements on and had once again failed. Though failure was less by design and more by the increased amount of jaw clenching correlated with newfound house guests-

No… No not just guests, but the situation in general. Fuck it, the world itself in all its cliché glory was baring down like bags of sand on her shoulder. Except for bags of sand, the weight was felt in the pressure fingers dug into one’s palm or, teeth grinding into each other-......
