Remus woke like he had for the entire week with Sirius touching as much of him as he could. He smiled down at the sweet man. A lot had happened this week. He’d met this total nutter. He’d fallen for this total nutter and agreed to be his boyfriend. He’d run out of a touch of Frost and James had proposed to Lily. 

He wrapped his arms around the sleeping Sirius and drew him nearer. He had a couple of questions about the lonely guy, but he wasn’t going to push him. He’d prodded him last night about seeing his place, and Sirius had clammed up. He’d have to tread carefully as he wheedled more out of him. He made a resolution that by this time next week, he’d know seven new things about Sirius. 

Sirius stirred, cuddling closer to Remus and burying his nose in Remus’s neck. Sirius sniffed his scent a few times before just pushing his nose right up against Remus’s skin. Remus burst out laughing. He couldn’t help it, Sirius was being far too cute. Sirius moaned grumpily and snuggled even closer, turning his head so his face was lost against Remus. 

“Can we just stay here tonight? Do you really have to go to work?” Sirius’s words were muffled by Remus’s shoulder. 

“I’m afraid so,” He said gently, stroking the top of Sirius’s head. “Plus you have a party to go to,” Sirius groaned again. 

“I don’t want to,” He whined like a small child. 

“I know, but you can come back here afterwards if you like,” Sirius pushed up on his arms and he was hovering over Remus. 

“What if it’s late?” Sirius asked, genuine worry in his eyes. 

“You can take the spare key,” Remus suggested. “That way, if I’m not back by the time you get here, you can let yourself in,” Sirius pulled a face. 

“What about Sweeny Kebab?” Remus snorted.

“Run,” He answered. Sirius rolled his eyes before he rolled off Remus. 

“I fancy pancakes. Do you want some?” 

“Pancakes sounds good,” Sirius leant over and kissed Remus sweetly before hurrying around the blanket curtain and into the kitchen, clattering around as he pulled out the ingredients he’d need to make breakfast.

Ok so I will admit I did use @maplesleep's format for this again but I wanted to compile these cakes into one drawing and what better way than one of those cute, fancy cake stands?

And the background was too cut to use, I hope you don't mind...heh

Anyways, I know the prices seem outrageous but my main justification is that you're also getting extra sugar cookies, decorations, cut fruits, sometimes kebabs/tanghulu, sometimes rock candy and extraw sweets on the side. Heck, Wukong's even has a mini stack of pancakes on top so I basically doubled the price and honestly if it was this detailed, I'd hope the price isn't too unreasonable

So what do y'all think? Would you buy a slice?

sorry i always take like several days to answer 💀🙏

Captain Barnacles: Smoothies! Banana flavored with some nutrients stuff mixed in 👍(And yogurt with toppings if he has the time). He cares about nutrition alot and doesn't want anything heavy right before starting his day lol, he also just has a sweet tooth so if he can have something sweet and energizing thats a win for him :> its usually high in fat but he's a polar bear and he needs that

Kwazii: usually doesn't eat breakfast at least half the time because he snacked like like 17 kelp cakes the night before 💀 this guy doesn't have healthy sleeping or eating patterns

Peso: hed usually tries to make something nice for himself (and for the others if they want) which usually consists of something cooked on the stove and stuffed in some kelp <3 or just whatever the vegimals have recently baked :>

Dashi: she and barnacles are twinning with the yogurt with toppings 🥰 berries,granola, nuts, etc etc she also freaking LOVES toast with all sorts of stuff on it, whether its jams or vegemite- she also adores banana bread and muffins as a special treat- but most days she'll make a little yogurt concoction lol

Shellington: bro just eats like bags of trail mix sporadicslly through out the morning.. or if he actually wakes up early enough or just happens to be lucky hell have a bite of whatever someone else has made to share

Tweak: she and shellington are similar in this regard, just randomly snacking throughout the morning, but its literally just carrots and often honey candies in the morning, sometimes she'll just like shove some a handful or two of cereal and call it a morning

Inkling: raw non-sapient snails with sauce 👍different species do have different taste preferences but inkling is the most out there, hes been seen putting mustard onto blueberry pancakes at least 8 times

Vegimals: hobestly these lil guys are the ones making the kelp cakes- and btw they use kelp flour for like everything, so all the muffins, banana bread, tortillas, whatever else is all just.. kelp cake, so yeah there's always something baked in thr kitchen and usually its just whatever the vegimals voted on between themselves. They often try variations of recipes and their tastes can be pretty different, they're very partial to fruit and (non sapient) clams as a group tho 🤷‍♀️

Also they have fcking kelp everything, "kelp kebabs" "kelp marshmellows" " kelp soup" " kelp cake" " kelp banana pudding" like I'm pretty sure if the octonauts stopped eating kelp based foods or foods where one of the main ingredients/fillers is kelp they would actually get sick 💀🙏

DBD killers’ favourite food… including nonhuman killers like Dredge and HUX

The Wraith: Phillip doesn’t have many coherent, happy memories from his childhood, but the one he does have is when his older brother and him would hang around a local pub where their dad drank. The bartender who knew their parents would take pity on them and got the check to cook them up some of his famous nkwobi (which is made of cuts from cows feet, potash, nutmeg, utazi leaves, pepper, onions, etc.) It’s one of the few times in his childhood where he didn’t have anything else eating away at him, where he was happy.

The Legion:

Frank avoided going home as much as he physically could, so he mostly got food from street food vendors and fast food chains. His particular favourite was poutine (chips, cheese curds, gravy) and he would wolf it down whenever he got a chance.

Jules’ was always partial to a butter tart ever since they were a small child, they hate to admit it but their mom made the best butter tarts they ever tasted. They’d bitterly say that was the only good part of being a doormat housewife, having amazing cooking.

Joe’s is Hawaiian pizza, his mom couldn’t afford to get them takeout very often, limiting it to twice a month. Normally it was something cheap and not very appetising so it wasn’t much to look forward to. When it was Joe’s birthday however that was when he actually got to have pizza. Hawaiian pizza was his favourite and when he actually got a job of his own he bought it for himself at least once a week.

Susie used to go visit her grandparents in Nova Scotia once a year, they sucked about as much as her parents did - after all her abusive dad and creepy uncle were their two boys who could do no wrong. However, when she’d sneak out of the house she’d go hang out at a long kebab shop with her sketch book and have the best donairs she’d ever tasted. It actually became one of her favourite things to do, and she couldn’t wait to take the rest of Legion on a road trip there just to try them.

The Pig: Amanda’s mom was a waitress at a diner in town, so after school every day she’d sit there with a stack of Goosebumps and Point Horror books from the library and read. Of course, she couldn’t go hungry until her mom got off work so the manager gave her free milkshakes and the best food the diner did: pancakes. Amanda inhaled them, she was dangerously skinny even then and her mom’s breath told the manager why. Plus, there was nothing Amanda loved more than pancakes. Chocolate pancakes, blueberry pancakes, bacon and maple syrup pancakes… As long as it was on a pancake she was happy.

The Ghostface: Jed didn’t have any loyalty to any particular newspaper in his reporter days. The only one he particularly liked working for was the Roseville Gazette because the headquarters had this deli opposite that made the best Cuban sandwiches he had ever tasted. He basically lived off of street food and takeout, the wrappers permanently covering the floor of his car.

Dredge: the way adrenaline and cortisol soaked the stomach and mixed with the acid on a victim who has particularly bad anxiety so their stomach has been marinating in it for a long time. Finding people who’ve had more severe and long lasting anxiety is like finding an old, fine wine.

Hux: It’s strange, but overtime he’s actually found himself almost longing to taste what humans can taste. He often watches the clones eat, and sometimes forces them to tell him what the food tastes like. He is particularly curious about eggs, they come in so many forms and it makes no sense to him that they’d be delicious given where they come from and how humans are so strange about that are of an animal’s body. In terms of what he is likely to actually enjoy consuming, he enjoys the oil he makes himself by caramelising human muscles.
