Again, is about priority for fandom fun for self-shippers and shippers. Giving shippers (who some don't care for canon sexualities and do whatever anyway with shipping and fan art) priority over aromantic and aroace representation. If she just said that "Alastor is also aromantic" many people still would ship him and shit, so???? Again even if people stopped shipping Alastor why is that more important?

Many people I see only say he is Ace, cause this is never really said half as much as it is mentioned him being Asexual. +this is also fully with the idea that Alastor would be a "No sex/sexual attraction whatsoever" and "No romantic attraction whatsoever". Meaning no "asexual but has sex" or any Demi-romantic and like wise. If him being aro "ruins ships" she means that he is fully "No romantic attraction whatsoever". THERE IS NO WAY SHE MEANT IT OTHERWISE. (Also in case she changes that about the character in the series remember this post, She deleted Aromantic representation she once claimed to exist under her breath...)

She has put Alastor into this position being a Psychopath/Sociopath, and therefore he is also asexual and aromantic, cause Psychopath/Sociopath = no emotions. (???). She has also put Alastor into the "I don't know what sex is" box, girl... he is 40. "He only loves himself, and he is selfish" = aroace... blablabla. A bland, shitty representation of asexuality and aromanticism... :/

Also, he is mixed creole apparently? Like where LMAO? Non, a single feature on that man right there. Take this redesign from: "bigrowdydemon" on Twitter! Overall better design and gives him black features. Even with all gray and red color scheme, does not delete his features. (Will talk about this later! In another post).

Present Mic, Edgeshot, and Nighteye are neurodivergent (ADHD, ADD, and Autistic respectively).

The Lurkers have a groupchat that was supposed to be for professional uses only, however it soon became so much more chaotic in a matter of minutes. People think Edgeshot, being the leader and all, created it, but it was actually Kamui (bless his heart by thinking it was gonna be professional). Edgeshot and Mount Lady quickly filled the chat with as much chaos as they could muster in 5 minutes.

Present Mic remembers every pro hero’s birthday, and you bet your ass he throws them the most spectacular birthday party ever (and by spectacular I mean the party fits what that hero is most comfortable with. If the hero in question doesn’t like huge elaborate parties, the party is more quiet and private. If the hero is a known party animal, then the room quickly becomes an elaborate house party)

Ok, possibly the weirdest one yet: Yoroi Musha (the elderly hero, former number 9 hero) is Edgeshot’s adopted dad. (I saw it in a fic once and fell in love with it).

- The story (in my head) goes that Edgeshot was born and raised in a cult in rural Japan, and then one day when they were like 10 the comune gets raided after a tip was given, and Yoroi Musha led the raid. His eyes fell into a young, malnourished, and terrified Edgeshot and was like “they’re my child now” (This is the super simplified version, and Im super intrested in writing this!)

All Might considers Gran Torino to be his father figure. As a result, Nighteye considered him to be his father in law. Gran Torino wishes he can deny this, but at this point he cannot.

Last but not least! Eri, once she gets comfortable enough, considers every pro hero to be her aunt/uncle/somewhere in between.

The Rising Son sexuality and gender headcanons

Apollo - bisexual with a preference for men. Apollo is a romantic who dotes on all his lovers. He definitely can connect with both men and women very very easily. He's a feminine guy which lands him in a weird area when he's perceived, but he is cis.

Artemis - butch lesbian. honestly, don't think Artemis ever thought there were options outside of lesbianism. she definitely leans into dressing more masc and enjoys presenting as more masc, however she is cis and has her moments where she wants to wear dresses and put on makeup (Apollo helps her)

Dionysus - bisexual with a preference for women. Dionysus has an easier time connecting with women and also tends to have more romantic relationships with women. His relationships with men, while some are romantic, tend to be mostly about physicality. Gender-wise, he's trans and uses he/him pronouns.

Hermes - bicurious to bisexual to pansexual. he didn't have a whole crisis, he kinda just wondered what it would be like to date men. started dating men, enjoyed it and it kinda spiraled from there. he's gender neutral, still uses he/him pronouns because that's what everyone assumes and he doesn't really bother with pronouns. it's all just meh to him. he's a guy in the same way a group of people are a guy.

Ariadne - femme lesbian. her issue is that she didn't think lesbianism is an option. with theseus and dionysus, she thought she was on the aspec or the arospec, because she didn't have any of the firework, heart leaping into the sky type of excitement. but, when she ended up dating women, she knew she was a femme lesbian. she is pretty sure she's cis, but she isn't against exploring her gender if that ever comes up. and, she has used she/they pronouns before

Ares - unlabeled. he hates labels, he hates when people ask him what his label is. he hates when people assume his sexuality. he hates when people try to push labels on him. he hates all the discourse. he hates all of it. to him, all that matters is that he likes the person and the person likes him back. nothing else is important to him. this has led people to assume he's pan online and those people have become public enemy number one to him. ares appears to be a macho buff cis dude, but honestly he's a softie. he is cis though. he's also definitely experimented.

Aphrodite - pansexual and nonbinary. they also hates labels and they don't really appreciate what they deem a simplistic way of perceiving a person and their capabilities of love. the reason they chose their labels is because, unlike ares, they wanted to end all discourse around their sexuality and gender identity. however, they are also just a person. they're femme and they're attracted to all things that are feminine.

Persephone - thought she was a lesbian, is actually a bisexual with a strong attraction to women. she never really considered dating men until she met Hades. Hades was where she started exploring her sexuality more. not in a "turned her straight" way but in a "oh, i thought i only liked x turns out i also like z" way.

Hades - straight (non-derogatory)

Poseidon - straight (derogatory)

Zeus - sexually fluid, biromatic and cis. listen, you don't sleep with that many people and not be sexually fluid /lh.

Hera - demiromantic, demisexual, cis. Zeus is the only person she has ever felt romatically and sexually attracted to.

Athena - aroace, uses she/they pronouns. thought she was a lesbian asexual at one point, but she realised that she did not feel any romantic feelings either.

Lex - lesbian and asexual. she always hated sex and sexual relationships were never something she ever wanted to explore. she is happy in romantic relationships.

(Bonus because I love her) Peitho - bisexual. she thought she was straight for the longest time, but after befriending Aphrodite, she decided to experiment and found out she actually did like girls. She and Aphrodite had a thing for a bit, but they decided staying as friends was a better option for them.

GENERAL HEADCANONS FOR THE BLOODY TRIO

Allan Crowell, the poet.

-Allan, like most children of hispanic parents, has a middle name and two last names, his full name is Allan Graham Crowell Ramírez.

-His father is English and his mother is Spanish, but being born and raised in Spain he is Spanish too.

-His Birthday is the 5th of January.

-He was a lonesome kid, not having many friends.

-Started writing poems at 10 years old, previously only writing short stories.

-Allan's a romatic, loves romanticism and romance histories.

-He has anxiety and has anxious attachment, leading him to seem clingy and overbearing, but really he's just scared that those who he loves will leave him.

-He loves red roses.

-Often falls asleep while working, a trait he shares with his best friend.

-He met Gabriel when he was 6, when he still went by his original name.

-He uses poems to express himself and his feelings, using them to vent.

-Allan fidgets a lot with his gloves when he's nervous, when he doesn't have them he picks at his fingernails, a bad habit from his childhood.

-He blushes very easily, not always because of romance but when he is embarrased, angry, cries, etc.

-He cares deeply for his loved ones, wanting to support them all he can.

-John's left arm is also not really stiff, not helping with the previous problem.

-His english isn't the best, greatly preffering to speak spanish, so when he does have to speak english he has an accent and is often very broken.

-He really appreciates those he calls friends, like Jane Doe and Giovanni, especially Giovanni.

-He's very sweet despite how he looks, wich leads to him being extremely insecure about his actual appearence,

-He loves tea and sweets, having a really sweet tooth.,

-He doesn't remember his birthday, so he decided for it to be in the date that's engraved in his engagement ring, 9th of April.

-He tries very hard to remember who he was, but it seems the harder he digs the more confusing it becomes, afterall he was shot in the head.

-He doesn't really need glasses, mostly uses them because he thinks he looks hot.

-Gabriel cares a lot about his appearence, his tired, messy look often reserved to his closest peers.

-Is really good at drawing, loves to sketch buildings and people.

-Is very anxious and kind of paranoic, plays it off as just nerves from not sleeping well.

-Despite all the bickering, he really loves and cares for Anna, she's his sister above all things.

-His birthday is the 30th of August.

-He loves coffee, but he loves sugar more, puts life 10 spoonfulls in his coffee because he refuses to taste it in it's prime.

-Gabriel despite not being the tallest out there is actually quite strong, having to carry uhm, human sized bags.

-He's not of a much a romantic like Allan but he doesn enjoy courting his s/o, thinks it's necessary before the dating dating.

Anyone else think its weird that aspec identities (asexual, aromantic, demisexual, etc.) are often considered seperate identities from bi, gay, lesbian, pan, etc.?? like. someone can be attracted (romatically and/or sexually) to a certain type of person exclusively (masc/fem/etc.) and still be on the ace spectrum.

"attraction" can mean so many different things. its wild to me that whether or not you would fuck a person you think is attractive seems so integral

A random headcanon:

Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani: Khalisah is a reporter who wants to report what the Alliance is doing regardless of if it makes the Alliance look bad or not which has her blacklisted by Pro-Alliance news networks. As a result, she's fallen in with the more of a pro-human news agency which she doesn't personally believe in but they give her the resources to investigate the Alliance so she's using it for her own ends. Zaeed Massani: Him and Vido did the horizontal tango together. Don't think it was romantic just something to do Shiala: @spookyvalentine 's headcanon about Shiala gardening flowers on Zhu's Hope is a beautiful image and I like about that too.

General Opinion over said character:

Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani: I want better for her so much. The fact there are people who still think it's hilarious that the game treats the most prominent Arab character in the franchise as a punching bag for questioning the military is just gross. Zaeed Massani: War crimes grandpa. Great voice actor but I do feel being a me2 style dlc character hampers my ability to connect with him. I feel Kasumi was more successful with the formula. Shiala: I have found her interesting since encountering her again on Illium during ME2. I think it's one of those times that Mass Effect really pulls off having a NPC who feels like they're living this very complicated and rich life while Shepard is doing what they're doing.

I've only ever had one person tell me that they love me and it was the most awkward moment of my life bc the guy was someone I considered to possibly become my friend and not to be interested romatically in me. and ig I broke his heart and I didn't feel any bad about it, but all of my "friends" told me I was cruel and I should give him a chance bc "at least he's interested in you" in retrospect I should definitely have cut ties with my friends that second and it just shows how little these ppl thought of me. just bc I'm a bigger girl doesn't mean I have to settle for the first guy who shows interest, and even worse bc he later turned out to be one of the most toxic ppl I was ever friends with

I got really drunk, like blackout drunk, bc I drank a whole bottle of vodka and had nothing to eat all day (2.3‰ by the end as it turned out) and the ambulance that was to take me to the ER took a detour and idk what happened in those missing 20 minutes... so ig that

🔥 craziest thing that’s ever happened to you

on the one school ski trip (the only time I ever went skiing in my life) on the last day I literally went head over heals when going down the mountain and my ski flew a few feet away from me and my teachers all thought I just killed myself or broke something to the very least, but I just got up and kept going. but maybe this accident is the reason for my chronic back pain that no one ever checked up on. (srsly fuck those old white men doctors)

actually genuinely, in March 2023 bc the third season of OBX fucked me up big time and I needed to fix it (I'm still working on that one)

but my first fanfic, that I never finished, was in 2014 I believe and it was Hunger Games fic that I wrote in german on Instagram

📚 how do you come up with the fics you write

a lot of times I get inspired by songs or something I read sparks an idea. other times I just get a scene stuck in my head. or (which happens rarely) I dream something vaguely specific and then I try and put the characters in that scenario or something, that one gave me way to write one of my most favorite chapters I've ever written for my Lovebirds fic, which will be posted this year, I hope...
