It's so easy to judge ourselves for feeling jealous or suppress this aspect seeing it as "bad" or "wrong". For example, we may feel jealous of a friend who is an amazing actor and is famous and want the life they have. Instead of suppressing this, if we use jealousy as our teacher, asking it what exactly it is they have that we want, we may find things like: recognition, love, appreciation, freedom, abundance, people cheering for them, people know who they are and value them, etc. There may be many traumas we have related to these things, for example, if we didn't get the love, recognition, approval we needed growing up, etc. In this case jealousy can help us love and heal our inner children by showing us what parts of ourselves need more love. But jealousy can also show us there is a still small voice within trying to get us to be who we truly are, who we are meant to be in this world as the greatest version of ourselves. What if we are jealous of our friend the actor because we feel deep within we also have a longing to perform on stage but never had the courage to foster this talent? What if we have unfulfilled dreams and creativity we are meant to bring out into the world in our own unique way, and jealousy is showing us to bring these dreams out and pursue our passion and talent? What if jealousy is saying stop doing what you hate doing, stop viewing your gifts and talents as some far off pipe dream "out there" for famous people, and start doing what you love? When we do that, jealousy transforms into a powerful catalyst for change, we become our greatest selves & what we judged ourselves for ends up being the light that changes us forever. Wow I guess I have my first self portrait lol. Prints available on my website. This art is based off a picture of me after a symphony orchestra rehearsal when I was in high school. I played so many instruments I definitely have amazing and completely hilarious stories. Like the time I was given a French horn to learn at the drop of a hat, and not even knowing how to hold the instrument, I was put in the most advanced French horn class, the teacher assuming I would just learn it instantly. Unfortunately, French horn is NOT in the same key as the other instruments I play, and I had no clue how to pass the French horn final which was a week later. So I sang into the mouthpiece imitating a French horn sound, moving my fingers not even knowing how to put my hand in the bell, and luckily I was playing at the same time as other people, so the teacher didn’t notice I sang, not played the French horn. Why is French horn such a divine instrument? Because man blows in, and G-D only knows what comes out! Lol!!! Sending everyone so much love. Subconscious Healing Frequency holds crystalized metaphors for deep inner shadow work in the form of art. When we delve into the depths of ourselves, sometimes swallowed by the oceans of life itself, we find subconscious patterns, deeply held beliefs and thought structures that continue to play out and indeed run our lives, begging to be brought to the light of our own consciousness. For whatever cannot be seen, acknowledged, healed, and integrated, rests in the oceans below, the underworld of our imaginations, running it's own circus and creating from fear and trauma. When we are able to bring the light of our awareness and the gift of our unconditional presence to these parts of ourselves stuck in pain and despair, we liberate them from the hell of recreating the same traumas ad nauseam and free ourselves from the same narrative in life that keeps repeating in an endless loop. When we truly love ourselves enough to look at ourselves, and each and every aspect of ourselves face to face, we free ourselves from enslavement, and we become the light we have been looking for all this time. For what is this entire world but a very narrow bridge, a veil of illusion, a dream within a dream, "protecting" us and "guarding" us from the light of our own true divinity. A bridge that like a chess game, makes us play our way through, keeping us from merging with our own infinite light, indeed from merging with ourselves awaiting our return from the other side. What is there to fear but fear itself, when this narrow bridge is the death, is the fear, is the separation and limitation keeping us from our true abundant potential? I received this card with a Message from Archangel Michael I am guided to share, as there may be others experiencing this right now. I was guided to the top most chalice of the 7. When you have awakened to a certain extent, cleared so much of what is no longer needed, and have ascended up the spiral, you may notice all of what is behind you, the people, situations, experiences and old life you left feel completely wrong. You can’t go back. No matter what you do, you see the options and choices in your life just aren’t working. They are behind you, of the old energy. You have worked so hard clearing them, yet as you ascend higher, what else is there? You keep moving forward, taking the next step, and the next step along your path, yet there is nothing in front of you, nothing you are moving towards, no answers in sight, only clearing the old, and infinite space and vastness. You don’t know where you are going, why you keep moving forward, yet you are being pulled higher and higher, out of the old energies. You keep looking back thinking, wait, am I supposed to do something with the stuff behind me? After all, if that is the world, if that is the entirety of known options, where does that leave me if I keep moving? You may feel more and more alone, isolated, like not a soul in the world understands what you are going through. Nothing makes sense. You don’t even know if the stairs on the spiral leading upwards are real, since more and more you are being led towards light, the unknown, universal consciousness. What will become more and more obvious is how much we have grown. How much of the world and our past we have outgrown. As loving beings we keep trying to go back down, help others, yet at a certain point, we see everyone is on their own path, in their own perfect divine timing and there is truly nothing we can do but vibrate at our own truest frequency and let the pieces fall where they may.
