#at one point it was 5'5 point 5 inches #i have probably shrunk #Glasses!#do not like the idea of contacts #i get warm at work #which is also the reason for loose clothing #i ripped a pair of mens pants in the thigh #and women's have been rubbed through at the crotch #pair of ears pierced #i have fat lobes so only one pair #im still wearing a mask and i sweat at work #and my nails break at work #ehh #the smile stuff depends on the day #no time for sports #never got to do instruments living in apartments #i got through french 2 #in hs #i like cooking and baking #i currently dont have an oven #obv on the writing and reading #i now have 6+ books waiting for me #apparently one cannot truly multitask #but i write while watching tv and have played games while doing the same #enough to match memories up with game play #don't wanna date the people in my county and i cant travel #also likely autistic #we dont meet in person a lot anymore but we still do the nicknames #i might have had a sibling if asshole didnt make mom miscarry #personal

finally at that age where i'm thinking i should get a tattoo. not bc i feel strongly about it, just seems like a waste not to. i've got so much skin i'm not using

#feels so selfish like. all this skin what am i saving it for?#open to design suggestions! (please make me regret this offer)#maybe some deep sea horrors. a pretty watercolor of a gulper eel #once saw a person on the subway with various Skeleton Tattoos on all their limbs #i respected their commitment to the theme #but more than that i respected how all the skeletons were engaged in Activities #dancing in a ballgown. juggling its own (and two other???) skulls. swordfighting. being a mermaid skeleton #ANYWAY. the only reason i haven't already gotten tattoos is i just couldn't be bothered #i'm old enough to know i don't have any strong-but-potentially-temporary feelings driving me towards it #aesthetically i prefer decorated to non-decorated surfaces. but i'm not artistic or thrilled with commitment #honestly it feels like sheer laziness. indecisiveness--nay. immaturity!--that i HAVEN'T gotten a tattoo yet #letting all this blank canvas go to waste. tut tut i need to grow up and be an adult and get a tattoo sleeve already.#really i've put off my responsibilities long enough #(in fairness i DID at one time have 18 different piercings)#(but i took most of them out bc they interfere with wearing headphones and/or shoving my face in my pillow during Sleep Time)#(i only kept the nape piercing bc oddly enough it ended up being the most convenient. and the least painful to get now i think about it.)#(neck piercing? no problem. normal pair of earrings? Tribulations And Suffering. i don't make the rules i just poke them with a stick.)

I still think it's so funny how this card belonged to a Tori event. A kind-of Tori centric story that was about Tori having to come up with a dance for his class project and who gets the 5* card? Wataru.

Hubs is just telling me about how the kids' hockey coach (a young man in his early 20s) got both his ears pierced and how the kids in the team were reacting. This is a team of 15 teenage boys (aged 13-15) who go to an all-boys school.

For a start, one of the kids noticed that Coach has new earrings (the little sleeper hoops), and ask if they're new. Yes they are. Another kid asks WHY? (in the tone of disbelief apparently because they just can't fathom why someone would want this). And the Coach just calmly replied that it was something he'd always wanted, so he went and got them done.

All the kids just then nodded, accepted it, and moved on.

Am stoked to have a guy like this as an additional role model for my kids, but also gives me hope that future generations are going to be better.

Edited to add: stoked = happy/pleased to a greater extent than just happy/pleased. Like VERY happy. 🤣

#gender #it's only a pair of earrings but it would have rocked some of those kids worlds to see a man with his ears pierced and only be 13 years old #pack mentality is a thing and I'm so glad this was a positive response #parenting
