This is the reference photo for a possible painting I may create in the coming weeks. please mind the bad quality because I literally took this with the front facing camera on my Iphone, and I don't need it to be great, I just need something usable for a reference photo. I want to make a piece about Hellenism, about my identity, about everything I am and everything I believe in. I came up with the idea for this last night and desperately needed to at least take photos for it. It's hard to see however i am wearing a keffiyeh on my head as well. I am a Queer Palestinian Hellenist and no one can take that from me. I will not shy away from who I am and I will continue to bear my teeth through my art and create pieces for our joy.

24 Hours in Purgatory

Yesterday morning my blog was suddenly terminated by Tumblr. I emailed them right away and asked if they could explain why, and if they would please reinstate it. Then suddenly this morning my blog reappeared. That was very weird. I’ve put so much work into this blog, representing an under-represented community of queer witches, and I’ve made a lot of friends doing it. Thanks, Tumblr, for bringing me back. That was traumatic! Jeez, right before Samhain!
