I’m finally nearing the end of my ✨first✨ playthrough of BG3 and I’m trying to decide who to have in my party for the big fight. From what I read there’s no switching people around. I mainly torn from choosing the best or all-around combat based group OR story based.

I feel like L’zael should have a spot (also bc she been gone like my entire act 3 so I want to use her plus). Then I feel my li, Halsin is automatic (want that angst/romance cut scene), that leaves one spot, Karlach is like always one of my go-tos who I feel should be included but then there’s Gale who I’ve sideline most of this game BUT recently realize how great he his as defense and decent AOE spell casting.

However my Mc, Fiora (Tav) is a sorcerer so I mean do I need two magic welders , it be nice. Then comes in Wyll. I love using Wyll bc his offense and spells are so damn strong and lands hard hits.

But then I’m gonna need a healer and someone to give us some defense and breathing room and Shadowheart is the smart option for that.

Also I know I’m set on my man being my Druid but damn I love using Jaheira too. Like it’s be dope but she ain’t really an option for real and neither is Minsc or Astarion for me. I’ve used Astarion for hell but for this one he gonna be in the back up bench LOL.

So I’m really torn between Gale, Shadowheart, and Karlach or Wyll.
