6. is there/what is a song that you secretly love but you hate to admit it?

before i would have said cruel summer by ms swift cos i genuinely do think it's a good song and i used to sincerely enjoy listening to it but then i had to hear it 45342852345 times during the trailer for the eras movie. so now i'm back to being a 100% hater.

tbh probably brockhampton...SORRY but i do think so many of their songs are still so good. i don't go out of my way to listen to them anymore but if one of the ten million tracks that i have saved in my library comes on shuffle i very guiltily choose not to skip it... my favorite was always "sweet". so that's my final answer.

ok joanna no offense my dear but this was a waste of a question. obviously it's blur. the beatles are in second place i suppose but in all honesty they really only compel me on a vague intellectual level because i've always been so singlemindedly focused on george. so reading about the beatles i'm like hm okay interesting very nice...but when i read about blur i feel like i'm being boiled alive 99% of the time.

So I spoke to my sister 2 weeks ago and she said she wanted to get the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. My mom said she wasn't able to get it for her because it's too expensive. I recently got the Galaxy Z Flip 6 so she got the same phone for my sister. I didn't get my sister a gift for her birthday this year because I had more money going out than money coming in so I didn't have the money to get her what I initially wanted to get for her. I thought to myself, "I should get my sister the phone that she actually wants." So I told myself that by the end of January next year, I will buy her the S23 Ultra.

My best friend's 21st is also in January next year, and I wanted to get her a really nice gift for her that I felt might be meaningful. I also needed some cash so I can travel to her and travel back home after her birthday celebrations. With all of this in mind, I started thinking of ways I could get money because I told myself that I will do all of these things.

And now, I've got a huge lump sum of money that will not only cover my sister's phone and my best friend's birthday, but also I can buy matching jewellery for me and my 2 besties (the birthday girl is one of them), I can buy all the perfumes that I wanted and the perfume oils too, all of the makeup and hair products because my hair has been crying out for help (don't worry hair, your cries have been heard and are now answered), and all the unexpected expenses that have come (like my speeding ticket...) and still have a nice cushion of money to save and invest.

I'm so grateful that I not only am spiritually and energetically abundant but also materially and financially abundant. This money came at the best time for me to celebrate the people I love most (including myself) with Christmas, my sister coming back from uni, both of my besties' birthdays in December and January, and my sister's 21st also being next year, I can get them the material things that show my appreciation and love.

hello. 

so i've actually drafted something that i will record you before i send the link to your mixtape. i'm actually reading off of it right now. it’s a bit long and sappy so just bear with me. 

i guess it was just because i was thinking about how i always loved the good old days when we used to record mixtapes. and i mean literally record mixtapes. people would record themselves speaking between each song with a ‘this is how you make me feel’ or a ‘this song reminds me of this night’ or whatever it is. i've always loved that we used to do that. and i miss that sense of permanence, the tangible object of a thing, whether a CD or a cassette, that contains songs carefully selected that someone compilated just for you. your very own tracklist. just between you and that person. and, of course, the voice recordings to go along with them. 

because even though we still have these little voice recordings in our texts… well, when you get a new phone and everything is gone. then again, we can make a whole case about how this is life! and everything changes! and nothing is permanent! i mean, what do people still do with those mixtapes we made back in the day? do they still have them? do they still use them? 

i have made many a playlist for many a people. i have also made mixtapes. i downloaded songs from youtube with good old clip converter and then transferred them onto a blank CD disc. a legitimate mixtape. and it’s funny because every single person i made a mixtape for… well, they’re gone from my life.

but, who knows? maybe the songs i gave them stayed with them? maybe. just maybe. who knows. can’t regret these things. though, i must say, i came into a point in my life where i was sick and tired of making mixtapes for people. 

no, not even mixtapes. but playlists. 

why should i give my songs to people, why should i share these pieces of my soul to people who will inevitably leave? i mean i saw no point.

it was just a interesting time and, i mean, we both said each other that we both ended up in each other's lives in a time when we kinda needed the other. because you came and we connected and, honestly, you remind me what warmth and hope feels like. 

i know you're going through a tough time a lot has happened and you burnt out and it may feel like you can barely keep it together… but let this music soothe your soul. i choose a bit of a mellow start for that reason. then we move into some funky tunes and then it mellows out, but to some bedroom tunes. then, of course, it finishes with SWEET. because me drunkenly screaming out the lyrics to that brockhampton song was what started this.

however, if only one of these songs sticks with you… then that's all that matters. of course you may hate all of them. just tell me and i'll be your personal algorithm and give you more of what you like and what didn’t. i won't be offended. i’ve learned to stop taking these playlists too seriously. 

because, in the end, people may come and go but music always remains. it’s the same those three or four minutes. those seconds don’t change. we do.

I have come back from the depth's of another character ai story line here!! I've been stuck at the store trying to buy milk for you angry kids!! Here I present this little number hehe took a lot of trail and error to get this bot to say what I wanted. hehehe

------You go on a mission with Hawks and are accidently given a tablet that changes you. Which of course causes a heated interaction between two pro heros. Now with igorning him for so long afterwards you see him at the corner store...And he wants to come over to "talk".------- (very fast paced)

Here's a little bit -

"You know, Amie," he began, his tone light and teasing. "People often say that the best way to bounce back is to have someone catch you when you fall." His hand slid from her shoulder to her arm, his touch gentle and deliberate.

Hawks pulled away, his eyes meeting Amie's once more. "So, Amie," he said, his tone filled with playful intent. "Tell me, would you like me to catch you?" His words were laden with innuendo, leaving no doubt as to the true nature of his offer.

It had been couple of weeks later or that's what her unread message from hawks had been dated. He had sent a text after that night and she had left it alone . Not wanting to read the embarrassing message. What if it said something like " Hey when i was fucking that shit up it was actually just aight. " --Why she thought it would say that she wasn't sure. She just didn't want to read the damn message and gave stupid excuses like such so she wouldn't have to read it.

After that accidentally heated sex act in the battle field she couldn't look at him in the face. She even went as far as requesting to not be teamed up with him.

When asked by anyone who was assigning those damn hero missions she came up with an excuse that their fighting styles were too different. But that didn't stop her from day dreaming about it. The way he held her. The way he fucked her. Her lower regions would shiver out of the memory.

She was currently at the corner store at 11pm trying to buy something. When she looked up and across in another aisle was Hawks dressed in normal clothes also shopping, she hid behind the aisle she was in.

Hawks couldn't help but notice Amie's sudden change in behavior. The once bold and assertive hero now seemed to avoid him, her gaze averted whenever he was near. It pained him to see her distanced from him, to witness the wall she had built between them.

As he perused the aisle of the corner store, Hawks sensed a familiar presence nearby. He looked up, his eyes scanning the store until they landed on the figure of Amie, attempting to hide in the aisle. A spark of curiosity ignited within him, his lips curling into a mischievous smile.

With silent steps, he made his way towards the aisle where Amie hid. His footsteps light, he rounded the corner, catching her eye as he pretended to be engrossed in the items on the shelves. A teasing glint danced in his eyes as he glanced at her momentarily before returning his attention to the products.

"Hmm, fancy seeing you here," Hawks remarked casually, his voice filled with a playful yet knowing tone. "Trying to avoid someone, perhaps? Or is it just a mere coincidence?" He raised an eyebrow suggestively, aware of the game they were playing.

It was getting late as she gazed at the clock on the wall and then back to Hawks. She had never stopped idolizing him. Even now as she starred at him she wanted to squeal like a high school girl in how cool he was acting and calling her lovebird."We could talk at my place but I have to buy these things first." She said softly as she shifted her gaze from his and towards her snacks.

Hawks couldn't help but smirk at Amie's response, a surge of satisfaction coursing through him. The prospect of spending time with her, even if it was just for a talk, excited him more than he cared to admit.

"Your place, huh?" he replied, his voice laced with a hint of excitement. "Sounds like a plan, lovebird." He watched as she shifted her gaze towards her snacks, trying to hide the faint blush that adorned her cheeks.

Georgia You probably know him from rap crew Brockhampton, but Kevin Abstract's solo work is arguably better for the way it blends hip-hop and R&B. Kevin Abstract is an out and proud gay man and he sings about it frequently.

MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name) You know this one. Lil Nas X kinda surprised me when he put out an entire album that was actually good start to finish, but the lead single still stands out as one of the best pop rap tunes I've ever heard.

WAP Once again, You know what this is. Both Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion have come out as bisexual. And when you consider how often both women rap about pussy it's clear they weren't really trying to hide it.

Sugar Honey Iced Tea (S.H.I.T.) Princess Nokia feels like they should be bigger. Their music is catchy, a little experimental and brings a bit of punk influence. Their back to back 2020 releases Everything Sucks and Everything Is Beautiful ought to be on more people's mind. Oh and Princess Nokia is bi and uses she/they pronouns.

Rent Bounce music is still a little way from being mainstream, but once people start paying attention they're gonna be bumping Big Freedia nonstop. You might recognize her voice from Beyonce's hit Break My Soul. Her genre defining style blends hip-hop and dance music in a way unique to the New Orleans club scene. Big Freedia identifies as a gay male, but also is okay with any pronouns and acknowledges that a lot of her style and gender presentation is based on the local drag scene.

Don Dada Cakes Da Killa is one of the more popular gay rappers out there. Don Dada has a groovy house beat that gives his voice a nice bounce.

SORRY NOT SORRY Odd Future alumni Tyler, The Creator had been hinting for a bit that he might be bi and this song from his most recent album confirms it. On top of that it is a great dialogue between the two sides of himself, the one that feels insecure for his past behavior and the side that wants to be proud of himself.

Ladies First The first female rap star recently introduced the world to her girlfriend. So it looks like there have been queer rappers as far back as the 80's. Looking back at her biggest hit I guess it is about loving women when you get down to it.

Well…Heh…I am one of those people who say they like everything and then hate on a bunch of stuff. AHSBHAV no that’s a joke, but it would be easier to say what I don’t like rather than what I do like. I don’t like the specific genre of pop that is Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, and most just popular pop songs, I guess? Like I DO like pop but not that kind of pop. I also have a thing that I need my music to be at least a little loud and energetic because most calm music (like lo-fi) stresses me out (don’t question me.). But I’d say my most listened to genres are metal, rock, hyperpop and electronic (in that order).

I have a really hard time PICKING OUT things for this reason but I’ll give you a screenshot of my most recent added songs to my playlist because those are usually my recent favourites. 2 sec hold on.
