The changeover wasn’t as hard as icarus thought it would’ve been. Bringing sherbert into where they were currently wasn’t difficult and explaining what they barely knew themselves seemed to be a breeze. What they didn’t think of would’ve been how hard this would’ve all been for them.

Handing over the crystal that gave them a purpose wasn’t easy and the idea that now after everything they’ve done, everything they’ve seen, they needed to return back to a life they barely remember living.

At least they’ll have rae again. Instead of talking to their brother through the weird app they received.. forever ago.

And so, as they made their way to the yellow portal, it finally sunk in for them. They were going home.. and this was just the beginning of everything.

Thus, when a celestial dragon attacked the sunny and remembered you, the entire crew was taken aback by the unexpected turn of events.

⭑Luffy would be SHOOK amid the battle and pause for a bit.

⭑He'd turn and look for you, looking for an affirmation.

⭑Would shout your name a million times until you say something.

⭑When you said yes he'd have mixed feelings (sad and mad generally). Questions would start popping up, leaving him wondering why you hadn't said anything from the beginning.

⭑He'd shower you with praises and affection. "You did so good holding it all up..." or "You're here with us now. You can always rely on us..."

⭑He was also the one who filled Zoro up on what was happening.

⭑Would look at you from time to time to see how you're doing.

⭑ Chopper would be SHOCKED and worried.

⭑But even so, Franky is still glad that your past didn’t affect the present negatively; instead, it made you stronger.

⭑Brook is another person who'll be shocked.

⭑He didn't think much about everyone's past. He likes to mind his own business and when someone opens up to him, he'll listen wholeheartedly and give some advice.

⭑So when you open up to the whole crew he'll just listen. He'd give some side comments here and there but that's that.

⭑Like Franky, nothing would change with your dynamic. He might be a little protective but he knows that you could handle yourself.

⭑The moral of the story is to find someone like Brook.

⭑He's Luffy but 10x worse when it comes to the celestial dragon topic.

⭑He was never captured as a slave, but as a member of the Fishman species, he understands the immense hardships that must have been inflicted upon them. Being subjected to torture at the hands of one's kind was an even more maddening experience.

⭑But even so, Jimbei would be happy that you're finally free and is with the crew.

⭑After your discussion with the group, he would politely excuse himself and usher you into a private conversation. His demeanor would resemble that of an older brother, emanating a deep sense of care and understanding, while also imparting his valuable knowledge.

You and Namari had always been close, chatting with each other every chance you got. It was always nice to be able to speak with her in a language you were pretty confident not many others in the party knew, so tonight was no different.

Taking a sip of her drink, Namari let out a chuckle at your words. Knowing she didn’t have to quiet her own too much for this, she asked the question you’d been hoping to avoid. Little did you know, the conversation in Dwarvish between the two of you was being taken in by someone you didn’t expect.

“So, how’s that crush going? Still pining after you-know-who?” Namari asked with a big smile, her gaze locked on yours as she spoke. You let out a sigh, replying in kind.

“I feel like it’s gotten worse. Not like he’ll ever acknowledge it if he’s realized, though. All I can do is hope he hasn’t yet.” Your voice was laced with a tone of displeasure, having convinced yourself this was all one sided. Namari gave a reassuring pat to your back, that smile not leaving her features.

“Hey, you never know. What I know, though, is he’s a bit emotionally constipated. Do with that what you will.” Her own bark of laughter caused you to laugh in reply, taking a moment to take a drink.

Chilchuck frowned, furrowing his brow while taking a sip from his own cup. Yet, this revelation had him feeling… hopeful? You thought of him in that way? The half-foot continued to listen in, waiting to hear what you had to say next.

“I really like him, Namari… He’s so helpful, resourceful, handsome… I feel like we all can really count on him. I just wish I wasn’t such a coward.” A sigh left you, burrowing your face in your hands. The dwarf next to you tutted, waving off your shyness.

“Yeah, well, don’t forget how helpful you are, too.”

Namari was right, and even Chilchuck nodded to himself at that. After the fact he had to recover from the fact you thought he was handsome. He coughed quietly into his drink.

“Helpful enough to make him notice me?” Your voice was so meek in this language, he realized. It was so different than how you usually were, which only made his mind reel a bit at listening in to such a private conversation. The tips of his ears were still a little red from hearing your pining, which certainly wasn’t one-sided.

“If he’s smart, he’s already noticed how helpful you are.” She smirked, elbowing you in the side lightly. You couldn’t help but snort at that, noticing Senshi getting ready to put the dishes from dinner up. “Sure, sure… Let me go help put things away for the night. I’ll be back.”

Chilchuck watched as you took your plates to be washed, walking past his spot to carry everything to the water. Pausing for a moment, he took his own plate to follow you.

As you began finishing up the last few plates you had, soon moving on to the cups, you heard Chilchuck clear his throat behind you.

“Hey, need me to take care of that?” You motioned to his plate, watching as he reached for the rag next to you. Chilchuck shook his head, beginning to help you. “Nah, I came to help you, actually.”

You smiled and gave a thanks in reply, the silence comfortable between the two of you. A few beats of quiet passed before he cleared his throat.

“So, haven’t heard you speak Dwarvish in a while.” He muses, setting aside a plate after drying it. “It’s nice to see you and Namari chat again.”

Biting your tongue, you gave a light laugh at his words. “Yeah, it’s nice to have another common language like that.” Another beat of silence, before he gives a light grin.

“You know, I happen to speak a few languages myself. With working in the union, and all.” Your blood ran cold, nearly dropping the plate in your hands. Before you could reply, he brought his gaze to your own.

“By the way… I guess I must be pretty smart. Since I’ve noticed how helpful you are and all. Her words, not mine.” Chilchuck gave a playful smirk, taking the plate from your hands to dry. “Oh, and maybe you shouldn’t assume how I feel. Even if I’m ’emotionally constipated.’”

Your mouth was dry, trying to form the thoughts bouncing around in your head into words to say. As he dried the final dish, he turned to walk off, not before saying one final thing to you in Dwarvish.

Where to even begin…

For starters, a relationship with this man would be, in short, nothing you have ever experienced before.

This man is extravagant in his ways, everyday undoubtedly an event each in their own special way.

I mean— this man literally fights children on the internet in his free time, so good luck!

Daily life is made rather easy however, as you have the countless maids and butlers in his mansion at your disposal, and of course Belial.

Mephisto himself is rather busy most days, dealing with documents and papers regarding many miscellaneous exorcist and academy affairs.

However, when he’s not busy and has time to spare, be prepared for dinner dates or many small outings.

A new ice cream parlour opened up? That’s great! You’re heading there that very second.

The fact that he probably owns the place is a whole other thing, but whatever!

He would no doubt love taking you places not just for your enjoyment but to also simply show you off. You’re his darling and the most ethereal being he’s ever seen, why would he not want the world to know what a catch you were?

In other words he wants to see you in the newspaper.

Nights and mornings are oddly the same, which is most unfortunate for you, but that’s what you get for being with a man who binge watches anime all night and sleeps for only an hour before getting up again.

He has definitely stopped time once or twice genuinely just to watch over you, not for too long though, it gets slightly taxing on his physical form if he holds it for an extended period. He still does it though on occasions.

By the by he lets you borrow his yukatas quite often, a comfier alternative for sleepwear, though he does also love seeing you in them everyday. Feeds his ego a little.

Times when he’s still busy in his office, you sometimes come to see him, spending it either on one of the couches or even on his lap when he’s not too busy, reading? Talking? Doing really whatever? He doesn’t mind as long as you’re comfortable.

Nicknames are also a whole other thing, with him being rather fluent in German, it’s no doubt he’d call you something to show his love in one of his favourite languages.

A few of his favourites include Mein(e) Lieber/Liebe, Liebling, Schatz/Schatzi, Liebchen, and so on.

Speaking German also leads him to tease you with it, as of course he would, speaking in a lewd tone all up close and personal to gain a reaction. Depending on your background you may or may not understand, which in turn affects his choice of speech.

He could be speaking complete gibberish! But you’re none the wiser, unless you are in which he instead says it at such random times, whether you two are alone or not doesn’t matter as he works to catch you completely off guard.

It works, for your information. Which is why he keeps doing it.

Your body is also just as equally targeted by his teasing as your feelings are, which could include really anything! Groping, squeezing, tracing a hand up your leg, hell even staring— all to illicit some sort of reaction.

Work while in a relationship with him could change depending on what you were doing beforehand. He would give you a recommendation of jobs, all of which position you closer to him in the workplace, just so he can ‘keep an eye on you’.

In other words he just wants to be a little more in control of you in an area he may or may not have been before.

—That or you just don’t work? That could happen, he’s already a billionaire it’s not like you’re struggling for money in any way.

The Cram school students are fairly aware of you and Mephisto’s relationship, all except Rin… Of course.

Again, it’s probably common knowledge to the True Cross students as from how often you’re seen with him, as well as school newspapers and generalised gossiping. Rin of course is just a fucking dolt.

He’d definitely enjoy taking you to the many events he hosts at the Academy each year, like the festivals and such. He usually gets you to help plan them out a little as well.

Then he plays ‘tests out’ some of the carnival games, ending up with prizes he ends up giving to you. Most of which are questionable in taste, but seeing him so happy to gift you his hard earned prizes, you give in.

They’ll be going in his room anyway so it’s not really an issue.

Over the span of being together he has absolutely taken you to Mepphyland on one or more occasion, for a date of course, all his idea.

He claims it’s to check up on everything up close, as he can’t be too sure without a ‘proper inspection’, but you know deep down he just wants to go somewhere fun with you. Plus his mascot is like— everywhere which just boosts his ego even more, especially if you enjoy it.

Has probably planned to or already has introduced you to Beelzebub along the lines of your relationship. Amaimon you had met back when Mephisto summoned him, that he either remembers nor cares for you is another story.

Amaimon pretty much just sees you as another bag of flesh. He questions his brother as to why he would even conceive the idea of falling in love, much less to a human. Mephisto was not amused hearing this.

In general, being with this man is chaos. Utter chaos. But he loves you 🫶

NEW SOLARS FIC COMING UP ON AO3 !!

Hi all!

This is WinterBean (AO3 Writer) here. Just wanted to share with you guys that a new fic of mine will be showing up very soon hehehe... It's in the editing stage atm, but yes it has been sorta finished as a draft right now, sitting in between my first two fics in length (~12k+, although I'll have to change that depending on how long it gets after editing).

This focuses on Yumyulack and Korvo's relationship Post S5 Finale!

Here's a little summary of the story (S5 spoilers ahead!)

NAME: Papa Korvo

Potential Tags: Hurt, Angst with a Happy Ending, Fluff, One chapter is a bit of a whump, yes this is focused on Yumyulack and Korvo, Post S5 Finale, ~ Daddy Issues ~, Yet another excuse to hurt my favourite character, Taco Bell Parking Lot Fight Scene, Bad Communication, injuries and overprotective father moments, could be OOC but I can't tell by myself, etc etc...

Summary: Yumyulack and Korvo struggle with working through their issues as a family, and things end up going a little bit awry. After all, Yumyulack calling Korvo 'Papa' seems to have some lasting effects. In the end, Korvo just wants to be a father, and Yumyulack secretly wants to have a father, yet they simply cannot get over themselves and admit they do really see each other as family.

But when things begin to go wrong, Yumyulack's desire for a father figure becomes more of a need as some fights are just a bit too hard to handle all by oneself...

Anyway, hope you guys have a good day, and I really hope this little taster summary (I'll adjust it to fit the vibe more once it's up on AO3, in which I'll post the link here)!

-I'm taking notes from both Two River AND Broadway for Musical, but they appear as the iconic circut board coat wearing Jason Tam version. Sorry, Eric!

-On that note, Book does actually look and sound like Keanu. Musical... sounds the same, because JASON TAM!

-Jeremy will give nicknames to his SQUIPs to talk to them easier.. but I'm making you wait until I release the first part to get their names! HEHEHE

-I will shamelessly be including a cameo by someone veeeery important to my SQUIP OC's lore because I can and it doesn't affect the plot. Keep your eyes peeled for a boy with vitiligo!

Today was a good day, you thought, walking through a wide, open plain. The grass was already lush and green, and the trees were almost fully adorned with new leaves. You had always loved the beginning of spring; each year, it felt like oxygen was once again filling your starved lungs after the long, cold winter. Life was returning, and this was a hopeful sign. You even dared to think that perhaps luck and the gods would smile upon you and that fate might show some mercy.

A small smile played on your lips as you watched your squad from behind. Ringo and Tigen walked side by side at the head of the group, engrossed in their perpetual discussions of greatness. Once again, Tigen was examining the topic through a philosophical lens—a bit unusual for him, but you didn’t mind. Between you and them marched Mizu, always quiet and lost in thought.

The sun slowly climbed its way to the zenith, signaling it was time for a quick meal to restore your strength. Since joining the party, you had started taking turns cooking with Ringo, and today it was your turn to supply the food. You took a rice ball from the provision bag and walked over to Mizu.

"Want a bite?" you asked, extending the food toward her.

"I don’t mind," she replied with a smirk. Instead of taking the rice ball, she placed her hand on the back of your outstretched palm, brought her face close to the ball, and took a bite right from your hand. Her thumb made a slow, gentle stroke along the base of your thumb as she did so. Her hand slowly caressed the back of your palm before letting go. A cunning smirk bloomed on her face, and a satisfied hum escaped her lips.

"Tasty," she said, looking directly into your eyes. Her long, beautiful finger adjusted her glasses on her nose, and her lower lip quickly swept over to collect the last bits of the taste.

Through the mix of deathly silence in your mind and the loud pounding of blood in your ears, you heard Ringo's voice:

"Oh, oh, oh, snack time? Wait, why is your face so red?"
