Let me out, dynamic Bill x Stanley where Bill helped Stan (by tricking him obviously) to build the portal again, and when Stan realized that (that he was only manipulating it to open the portal and bring the weirdmaggedon), he left him and cut off all contact with him until Mabel and Dipper arrived, where Bill gets attached to the children but Stan won't let him see them, having a dynamic of "LET ME SEE THE KIDS, STANLEY"

(fiddlestan only happens during the fiddlestan route. otherwise canon events stay the same and they barely actually interact with each other. in the fiddlestan route they work together in the 80s and grow old together)

As you can see, bill and Stanley switch when it comes to being humans or nah..and as u can see Bill is still a FREEEEAKK.

The plot? Yea.. I'll tell ya..

Stanley a silly little demon, and is still pathetic, most of his life is the same, he reunites with Ford, they argue, and he pushes Ford and accidentally activates the machine. Stanley has just lost his brother, and is forced to comprehend the sight beyond the world that is not his. He then works his usual scamming to rebuild the portal and the rest of the story happens-

Actually, it seems Stanley is forced to comprehend being in a world that is not his and is beyond all he's ever known and makes him go a little fucking crazy. He spends the rest of his century wandering areas scamming monsters, humans, ect..

Now, Onto the bill lore.

Bill is human, but still a world wandering guy, he recruited the henchmaniacs from other worlds. He makes deals with easily tricked entities for their powers, and may sometimes hunt them too. He has these powers in trinkets and jewelry.He did have two eyes, only one could see through "the sky." He lost his normal eye when he doomed his world but it wasn't something he found useful anyway. He could see entities far beyond the sky as moving stars, he is shunned for the fact he is able to see entities invisible to the normal eye. In attempt to show the world the stars were real he ripped the world apart on accident, still leaving him as a sole survivor. He uses the portal's remnants to wander around. Bill is still able to possess other entities, it's more like a fusion type thing now. He grows power hungry and began tricking this six fingered shaped demon(Ford) into creating a machine to rip the fabric of his world before the usual shit occurs between Ford and Fiddleford and the main story happens. With this machine and it takes a whole lotta power for this machine to rip it.

Stanley never meets the kids or soos

Ford is off being very successful in maintaining cryptids and trying to ensure the rip won't open up, he's currently caring for the twins and the twins brought a(a lot more less optimistic) soos along who eventually becomes his assistant. Ford tries to contact fiddleford a lot for help for another way to bringing Stanley back but bros too memory wiped to have a phone.

How Stanley met bill and his henchmaniacs.

Stanley has a very desperate human trying to seduce him to trick him(failing in a way that the human is falling in love with him) he just wants to do his job, but it seems Bill and his henchmaniacs don't wanna lose him.

Bill forgets that this man can see right through him. So pushing his buttons can happen, and he doesn't seem to really mind it..

They would NOT be good for each other. Stan is probably constantly on the brink of a mental break down due to just- not knowing if his fucking brother is alive. And fiddleford is WELL into using the memory gun at this point, and destroying his fucking mind. Not only that I think if it were to be a thing, for fidds at least he would almost use Stan as a replacement for Ford.

They would be terrible and I love it <3 no matter what way you ship, whether it's fiddauthor, fiddstan, billford, or even billstan (or fiddlebill, best hate ship) THEY CANT BE HAPPY AND THAT A W E S O M E.

they especially can't be happy like. Before the fucking summer Mabel and Dipper come to gravity falls. After is up in the air because everyone has grown as people and characters so it's a big MAYBE. But yk 💀

soooo mad that people only treat billstan as a crackship for comedic relief when it's literally such an interesting and complicated dynamic if treated seriously like. bill is a very campy character and is rarely shown having sincere emotions, but when does he show them the most? WHEN HE INTERACTS WITH STANLEY like even though bill is so obviously evil he isn't hateful, he does things for fun and those things just so happen to hurt people, he doesn't rlly hate anyone he's never hated Stanford he even liked him like A LOT and began to hurt him only when Ford refused to cooperate (bill is just so fucked up that even the ones who he likes are treated like shit by him) but man DOES BILL GENUINELY HATE STANLEY. we only ever see bill experience such serious and extreme emotions when it's something about Stan, think his breakdown in the tbob, his breakdown on the website, and even in the tv show when bill is defeated by Stan he is like so genuinely scared and angry. you get my point. as for Stan i guess it's obvious why he would hate bill and not want anything to do with him so damn just imagine the sheer amount of character development they'd have to go through and the amount of emotional baggage they'd have to unpack simply to admit that they have feelings for each other. i NEED serious billstan/stanbill content PLEASE

I'm making a BillStan Fanfic right now but I'm not sure if it's ooc or not so uh here's a sneak peak (WIP):

He walked around the house as he reached the gift shop's door, slowly opening it. He peeked outside and saw a pinkish, round headed creature that's standing. Wearing a lab coat and glasses while holding a clipboard. “Stanley Pines?” it asked, turning its head slightly to its side. “Yes?” Stan replied, wondering why an axolotl was here, then again, anything can happen in Gravity Falls.

“Ah! Lovely to finally meet you, you can call me Ax, Bills doctorー”

“Bill Cipher!?” Stan exclaimed, did I not hit him hard enough? He was burned, reduced to ashes.

“Yes, I know some of you and your family's history with him. Not a lot, only his therapist knows. And they recommended Bill to have a summer with you and your family. It would help his healing process.” the salamander explained. It moves to the side and reveals Bill, only, he was not a triangle anymore. He had a human form. Almost human―he had a lanky build, pointy ears, yellow-ish skin, shoulder length blond and black hair, and a cyan slash against his face. He wore a bright orange suit, like the ones in prison and he had a collar around his neck.

“We’ve completely stripped his powers so you don’t have to worry about him suddenly bursting into flames. Oh and, Before I forget, here's the remoteー” a small black remote was pushed into Stan's free hand, “ーfor the collar around his neck. It shocks him, it doesn't do much damage, just enough to control him. I'll take my leave now, buh-bye!” The salamander then disappeared. 

Stan presses the button his finger was hovering on. “Fuckー” Bill said as he held the collar. “What are you actually doing here? I don't know if this is some sick joke to get back at usー me but i'm uninterested.” Stan spat out, his finger lingering on the button again.

“Wait, wait, wait! I swear this isn't a trick, if it was, I wouldn't let that thing near me.” Bill said, sitting on his knees on the porch. A long silence fell before Bill realized Stan would listen to his explanation.

“After you “killed” me I shattered. And that was the only time I was scared that I’d actually lose my life so I called out to the Axolotls’ name. But in return for me living again, I went to theraprisim. Time over there is different from here, I was there for 1000 years. Some time for me but a lot for you.” 

They hear footsteps approaching them.

“Grunle Stan, who are you talking to?” Mabel asked, standing at the corridor separating the gift shop and the house. “Don’t worry about it pumpkin. Just some homeless man.” Stan says as he shuts the door. Bill sees this as an opportunity and runs for it—click—he falls to the ground groaning.

Mabel stares blankly at Stan, reading his body language, one hand behind his back, forced smile, his eyes looking at anywhere but her. “You’re lying.” she said, staring blankly.

“What? No..” dragging the o, “..yeah but let's talk about it later. Let's eat first, you go sit, I'll be there.” Mable then turns to go to the dining room. Stan watches her until she is completely out of sight. 

He turns around and opens the door again, seeing Bill on the ground, “I don't trust you around my family but I’m not letting you roam free.” He took a fistful of Bill's clothes and dragged him as he took a rope from the shop and tied his hands behind a tree. “Don’t think about escaping, I have your remote.” he threatened. “I know Pines.” Bill said, saying the family's name bitterly. Click. “Shitー why do you keep using that? Do you feel some sort of revenge? Being able to control me?” Bill asked genuinely but it sounded like taunting to Stan. Stan stayed silent, tightly tying the rope around his wrists. Once he finished, he stood up and went back into the house.

a/n: ill leave WHY ford waited up to interpretation but ill say that he didnt want the outcome. this is kind of random but bill and stan never canonically makes a DEAL. bill just convinced him that he deserved it. i just thought bill having stans soul was a cool idea. ykw feel free to ship billstan in this au too. ok ill stop yapping, enjoy folks!

Stan could barely see anything. His head hurt. He could feel himself bleed from the left side of his face. Everything was dark.

Quick, last things he remembered. That usually worked in states like this. Letter from his brother after ten years. Showing up. Being asked if he was gonna... steal his eyes? By Ford? And then, two fatal shots to his eye and head. Being pulled up on the outside couch. Ford ran up to the house. But he didn't.. come back out.

Was this it? Was he dead? Was he gonna spend forever in a dark void, cold, bloody, and alone? Well, the alone part wasn't exactly new, he supposes. Then, he heard a maniacal laughter that was almost comforting in that situation in the distance. And the one eyed-triangle appeared in front of him.

"WELL, WELL, WELL, WELL, WELL, WELL, WELL! ISN'T IT THE MAN OF THE HOUR, STAR OF THE SHOW, STANLEY PINES? LET ME TELL YA, SIXER'S TOLD ME ABOUT YOU!"

".. What the fuck even are you."

Stan said, backing away. His one functioning eye looked at him with a look of anger, shock, and a dash of shock.

"I'M YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND! NAME'S BILL, BILL CIPHER! AND CAN I ASK YOU IF YOU'VE LOOKED IN A MIRROR RECENTLY?"

He popped a mirror into existence and held it towards Stan. The look in his.. well, eye, twisted into horror. Half of his face was bloodied, with an arrow through his eye and head. He touched his own face.

".. No.. he didn't."

"OH, YES HE DID! AND LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING! SIXER HAD EIGHTEEN MINUTES BEFORE YOU FINALLY KICKED THE BUCKET TO SAVE YOU, BUT HE DIDN'T USE A SINGLE ONE!"

Stan looked down. His look could only be described as unreadable. Everything that ever happened to the twins flowed through his mind like a waterfall.

The nerd he shared a room with for seventeen years had ten real years to hate him and put an arrow through his head. And left him to die, it seemed.

Bill's eye iris turned into a dark blue, as the rest of it turned pitch black. He was hatching a plan.

"TELL ME, KID. DO YOU EVER WANT REVENGE?"

The word revenge seemed similar to the arrow in his eye at that very moment. No. He had only wanted his brother and family back. He never felt.. deserving of more than that, or even just that. Never even felt deserving of an 'I'm sorry' from anyone.

".. No.. and I'm not gonna want it now. He doesn't deserve vengeance upon him.. especially not from me."

"IF HE WAS IN YOUR BOOTS RIGHT NOW, YOU'D ALREADY BE DEAD! HE HATES YOU, GUILTLESSLY, AND YOU'RE SCARED TO WANT REVENGE?"

The look in his eyes twisted into an repeessed anger he's had, deep in his gut for ten years.

Ford did get to hate him. Guiltlessly. He's hated him for a stupid school project for ten years. It sunk in. He might not have gotten into his dream college, but he got thrown out of the house because of it. And yet, he was hated. For ten years.

"WHAT ABOUT SOME OTHER FELLAS? FILBRICK, THE ONES FROM TIJUANA, HELL, YOUR CHILDHOOD BULLY? DON'T YOU EVER GET ANGRY? WELL, MY FRIEND,"

Bill's hand reached forward towards Stan, seemingly catching on fire, in a blue ember.

"YOU GOT THE RIGHT GUY! JUST SHAKE MY HAND, AND I'LL GIVE YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED!"

".. What's the catch?"

"ALWAYS A CATCH, ISN'T IT? BUT YOU'LL SEE WHAT THE CATCH IS. ONE DAY. DEAL OR NO DEAL?"

Stanley looked down at his hand. Was he really about to do this? Make a deal with the devil?

A devil like the one they warn you about in stories when you were a kid.

.. Fuck it.

Stanley put up his hand and shook Bill's. He heard as he cackled, and when he opened his eyes, he was in a dark, shitty trailer. It was HIM.

The one with the coke back in Tijuana. He was smoking a cigarette, without a trace of remorse or anything. Like he didn't hurt Stanley in such a matter.

And he laughed.

Just low enough for him to view it as far away, but just loud enough for him to look around.

Now he'll know what it's like to be the smallest thing in the room.

Now they'll all know.

ergo sum fan theories

Some time ago I wrote a mind-bendingbreaking GF series called ergo sum which took @dubsdeedubs Same Coin Theory and ran with it screaming off into the distance. And embedded in the comments on the fics in that series came some fan theories. Guys I wrote something that has fan theories. 😲😲😲i

Since I don’t expect everyone to have the time or inclination to dig through all the comments, I’m going to share my top two favorite fan theories for you guys. 

Before I actually get into those theories though I want to note that technically ergo sum is not Same Coin Theory. Same Coin Theory only posits Bill was reincarnated as Stan after he died. It was my twisted mind that decided if Stan was Bill redemption then Bill must be Stan’s fall and turned the whole thing into a casual loop. So I am right now officially dubbing this extended version of the Same Coin Theory to be the Ouroboros Coin Theory.

The first fan theory is called Same Coin Trinity, name and basic idea for the theory courtesy of @josephina-x. How this theory works is while BillStan is trapped forever in his time loop, when he calls Axolotl he actually creates Axolotl and also becomes Axolotl, again while also staying stuck in the loop. This presumably makes sense on the weird metaphysical level Axolotl works on.The end result is Stan, Bill and Axolotl are all the same person. Or the same soul at least. 

The other theory does not have a name yet. Feel free to throw one out there if you’ve got it. At the end of in somnis veritas Ford is given the option by Axolotl to either reincarnate backwards and be reborn as himself again, becoming stuck in his own causal loop or to go on to whatever comes next. His decision is deliberately not included. In this theory he chooses to go on and ends up reincarnated as Jheselbraum. Jheselbraum, having been touched by Axolotl lives for long enough and grows enough in power that she ascends to the same sort of godhood Axolotl lives at. At  that point in a mirror of how StanBill became Axolotl in the other theory, Jheselbraum, while still stay ascended at godhood level, loops herself back and is reborn as Ford.

 Obviously these two theories work really well together and when I said they were my favorite, I really only meant they were my favorite when they’re together. I am ambivalent about them separately. However, I am not necessarily saying they are the “correct” theories; anyone else is welcome to head canon one or both or neither of them. I shall leave you with this comment I made to someone else about their personal theory, which is one of my favorite bit of nonsense I’ve ever written:

Any interpretation of the presented facts is valid, even one that contradicts the facts as presented, as it's entirely possible the facts are not actually as we understand them to be.
