I think you just gave them a better way to call them! Well, they got together because Starscream/Heartbeat accepted a challenge from Hugatron, he must prove that he is the most romantic to be the leader of the romanticons, so he asked his trine for help to conquer Skyfire/Lovefire, or well, that would be a small summary of what I want to do with these versions. I leave some sketches from when I was creating the mini plot

Heartbeat: Hugatron has failed us again!! If I were the leader of the romanticons, the lovebots would never have cheated on us with the sexticons.

I had a random idea, I'm taking my lore wise for this.

TFP and ES crossover but TFP Megatron gets on ES Megatron's nerves a bit too much about Unicron and Dark Energon but a thing is for ES Megatron, Unicron IS on his side and can control him and his power so he just jumps TFP Megatron and fast forward a bit, bro is licking TFP Megs' energon off his arms & servos and cleaning off the rest while TFP Optimus and ES Optimus in the back are like;

TFP: "Is your Megatron always like this??..."

ES: "....Only if he's actually pissed off along with Unicron.", like it's the most normal thing to see

Quick reminder that Unicron for this lives in ES Megatron's head and can also have full control of Megatron's body when he wants to and his optics turn green when he is doing that so you can know he actually is but the voice stays the same and also obviously behaves differently

And that TFP Megatron's energon is now technically a bit also like dark energon as from some parts it can leak so ES Megatron gets both dark energon yet also normal energon.

One of the old episodes as sgSound resides in LostLight. Judging by his appearance, not much time has passed since he was taken from his home universe.

Trailbreaker here is an au character from the 'The echo garden' by @altraviolet He had a peculiar fear of the dark, which is what prompted him to grab onto sgSound as a lifeline x)

And since the big guy was a psychologist, he reads the slightest gestures of the bots he sees quite quickly. So it wasn't hard to guess the reason for this behavior.
