i dont get why im not losing weight it seems so easy for everyone😭
im doing omad w like fruit or popcorn after cus i was a big snacker and im not losing anything and j like maintaining despite fasting thruout the day
my omad tdy was like 360-400cals so idk why
i think iys like my lack of exercise im just a very unfit person all i do is dance n tmr i hv some dance so hopefully ill go to 49🤞⭐️

Locking back in *:・゚✧*:・゚
So I haven’t been able to r€str!ct properly the last 3 weeks (couldn’t weigh myself aswell so I’m excited for Friday morning to see!) in case I maintained or even g4ined (💀) I want to try to lose as much as possible until school starts, starting from tomorrow (15.08- 02.09) so 18 days. My goal is to be 68kg by then so here are my rules.
Rules *:・゚✧*:・゚
At least 10.000 steps a day!
At least 2L of water a day!
Under 700c@ls, preferably only fruits and vegetables (+chicken)
Fasting! 24+ hours at least 2 times a week!
I will update daily! The last time I weighed in was on the 27th of July so let’s hope I lost! Will weigh in on day 2 but starting off with 74,9kg.

Day 1: 74,9kg | 27.07 | Done!
Day 2: 73,9kg | failed… only 8000 steps but only ate 200 cals. Net: -400 cals
Day 3: 73,5kg | Done! (Though only net is <700)
Day 4: 72,7kg | Done!
Day 5: 73,2kg (didn’t shit for 3 days so) | Not done! I’m currently doing a 50h fast and felt dizzy. I prefer to just ⭐️rve atm!
Day 6: 72,1kg | almost 40h into my fast (update I broke my fast at 40h)
Day 7: 72,8kg | omg I think I’m getting my period I thought I lost it bc it didn’t come for a month)
Decided to weigh myself on Sunday again to see a bigger change for motivation🤞
Day 11: 70,1kg | wow! I’m almost there only 2kg left😍
So I decided (once again) to update next Sunday (last day!!!) because I’m scared to write down weight fluctuations which would demotivate me a lot. See you on Sunday I’m very excited to see if I was successful
Day 18!! (Last day!) : so I stayed around 70kg (70,2kg) since I’ve regained 3kg sadly so during the rest time I had, I had to relose but school is starting tomorrow and I will do low cal OMADS and definitely get to move more again. Wish me luck!!

from now on i will ONLY be eating 800 c@ls or less plus omad until i get down to 105 lbs😋(im 120 rn🤦‍♀️)
i will also be doing meta days once a week and eating mostly plant based meals except for tuna and turkey due to its low c@ls and protein 😖🤞as well as going to practice(which is deadly omfg never join wrestling) after prac i will hit weights for 1 1/2. on the days i have prac i will have matcha in the morning and a rice cake w peanut butter before prac for energy and some fruit during prac(bc i pass out and i need some sugar in my blood) n then omad after prac💕

New plan for April‼️
Last month for me was FILLED with me doing unrealistically long fasts and then binging.
So this month I’m going to start a system:
Two days fasting, two days omad, three days mid res. These can be in any order, but they have to even out at the end of the week. It’s Wednesday today, so I’m going to make my “check ins” every Wednesday.
My limit (NOT GOAL) for mid res days is 500, and for OMADs it is 600
This WILL work trust🤞🤞 + Listen to this absolute BANGER

I had a Casey’s breakfast veggie slice I’m honestly addicted so I decided if I am gonna have one that’s ALL I’m going to have plus I walk to work and home everyday so I like to think I work it off and have still been losing weight so that’s good 🤞

Weighed myself just now. After 6 months or so...at least I'm more motivated than ever lol.
Plan is to lose 5kg this month, AT LEAST. I wanna try to only eat apples, cucumber, tuna, skyr, mozzarella and tomatoes. I hope if I don't have binge food in the house I won't be tempted.
Starting today im also planning on doing cardio at least 1 hour a day.
But first I'm going to a Café with my sister so it'll be omad today or im gonna burn excess calories off.

Sooo I didn’t gain any weight like I thought I did. Period bloat is REAL guys. I literally gain between 8-10 POUNDS the week before my period and it all drops off a few days into my cycle.
I’ve been working 2 jobs with like 5 minutes between appointments leaving me no time to eat so it’s been a lot easier to fast and do OMAD when I get home.
Weighed myself a few days ago and I was back down to 130.8lb… funny how that’s the exact weight I can’t seem to budge past. Haven’t had a scale since being at my boyfriends house this week but I’ve GOTTA be at 129 by now.. I just want to see those 120’s on the scale so bad 😩
20 more days till this vacation in Orlando, I can definitely get down to 125 by then 🤞

So Sunday's are my weigh-in days and if i lose an acceptable amount of weight i treat myself ,i let myself eat whatever I want then I either starve or do OMADs for the rest of the week .so the last time I ate was on Sunday then on Monday I ate nothing, yesterday I had two cups of tea one in the morning and another after I got back from college(if i didn't,i would have had to break my fast which was simply not an option) and since it's my last day of my fast i don't plan to take anything today . Tomorrow I'll have lunch and a cup of tea . On Friday only lunch and then on Saturday I'll fast again. Hopefully gonna lose a good amount of weight 🤞
