DIE TO THE OLD SELF. SAY GOODBYE TO THE OLD STORY FOREVER

THERES NOTHING BUT THE IDEAL TO EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LITERALLY NEVER THINK LIKE THE OLD VERSION.

Never think like the old that youre constantly revising anything that contradicts your new self and live and know the ideal is here now to experience.

You can ONLY be the ideal. Try it for today. Take the discipline for an entire day where you apply every single law you know and have read countless times. Saturate and commit for one single day. Then go again tomorrow. Stop living as someone else and then wondering why you’re that person. If you catch yourself truly not being the ideal and being controlled by current circumstances you’re not applying the law at the moment, maybe for hours in the day, or for days at a time and that alone is sent forth for more experience and creation. There is only now. REVISE. BRAZEN IMPUDENCE. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. AND ITS GIVEN; the old unfavourable or the new.

Truly see and look at yourself truly and how you’re thinking and being. Outside circumstances and old life carrying the narrative in your mind? Are you visualizing and affirming half ass on top of that?

Please. For today, do what you know you must do. Revise any thought or experience that says youre in the old. Revise any old circumstances or issues and apply the law. And continue for as long as you can. Being the ideal feels so much better than living with the unfavourable. It’s just hard for your mind and body to let go sometimes. Surrender and let go of the old unfavourable burdens etc and truly allow yourself to be happy now.

OLD SELF - Old forever

First picture is from 2017 second was taken today. So much has changed in my life from being 20 to almost 27. I stopped coloring my hair. I stopped tracking macros and obsessing over how I looked. I got married, and moved back to my hometown. I didn’t even know if my tumblr was still active.

My health took a turn two years ago, both physically and mentally, and after my wedding I realized how much I missed knowing my body. I started lifting again two weeks ago consistently, I’m so far from where I came from but so excited to be back to myself. Here’s to many progress pics, sweaty days, and healthier times ahead.
