if you are looking for pro-eating disorders blogs or thinspo, you’re literally in the wrong place because I’m a food lover, and I will probably mention or talk about food once or twice on my blog.

It is more and less of a reminder that your health and self pleasure is more important than anything else. It’s ok not to be ok, it’s also ok to struggle in recovery. But if your only goal is to spread hatred to people who have - or try to have - an healthy relationship with food, if you fatshame people only because of your own insecurities, push younger and manipulable people into developing EDs, therefore becoming dangerous for themselves, then you are not welcome here and I’d recommend you taking a break from social medias for your own mental health.

Pro eating disorder spaces will bring you down with them and, on top of that, they will want you to bring other people down with you.

I won’t make any of these people change their minds because EDs are serious and the most complicated mental illnesses to treat. And because once, as a person, you get into pro 4n4 stuff, it’s hard to be self conscious about your own issues and your toxicity. I don’t want my words to seem harsh for the concerned people either because at the end of the day : you do you. However, I have serious issues with it when it´s about influencing other people, and I don’t want to have anything to do with this community, with you if you’re apart of it so block me already.

Again, I’m not advocating against people who suffer from EDs, or are currently in recovery, my problem is with people who actively participate in its romanticization and plan on interacting with me or my blog on top of that.

Warning, looooong cringe rant:

So I’ve already said I don’t ship Sonadow, BUT- That’s mostly because I feel like they fit the one sided, oblivious love interest trope way too well.

Like, Sonic just doesn’t take romantic interactions seriously at all. Either because of commitment issues or just being the- ha- fast lane type of guy who can’t handle the idea of being tied down.

But ironically enough, he’s also the kinda guy that’s very easy to get intrigued by. Like how many people thought he was cool and now just… literally follow him everywhere. He doesn’t collect anyone they just imprint. He’s imprintable.

On the other hand, the three times I’ve ever seen Shadow (Prime, Boom, and X) he’s notably very committed and, dare I say, obsessive over certain things… or people. Which is kinda opposite of Sonic’s laid back, whatever happens happens attitude.

I never really considered Sonadow when I first got into Sonic, but that’s mostly because I started with Boom. And Boom Shadow lives in a cave and has very questionable judgement that I don’t trust.

THEN X SHADOW SHOWS UP AND JUST…. HITS ON SONIC. LIKE RIGHT OUT THE GATE. Mr. “I held back my full strength just for you“ stfubshsbisbd. But that got me thinking.

Shadow, the guy who’s serious, committed, and slightly obsessive, accidentally getting caught up in that ‘desire to follow Sonic’ energy that everyone else is on. There comes the idea of someone like Shadow, the edge lord himself, being absolutely whipped for a guy who couldn’t care less about romance, and desperately trying to keep it hidden. Even better, Sonic probably wouldn’t even consider the possibility of it? Like “Shadow? Interested in me? Ha sure ok, come back when you’ve found a better joke” and Shadow in the background scrambling to hide a bouquet. It’s just- ooh- so fun. Is it the personality gap? The irony? Idk what it is but I’m a fan.

So no, I don’t ship Sonadow. Because the idea of Shadow having a hopeless crush and the SUPER awkward romcom moments that follow are too entertaining of a thought for me to even consider anything else.

And the Amy situation doesn’t count, because (no offense Sonic and others who it may concern) she deserves better. Like I love Sonic but… Sonic. Sonic my guy. You are sometimes an asshole.

It’s just such a cute little scenario I think about everyday whenever I read some of my books

This is hella cute tho. I to, am a book cryer and I have a lot of feelings about this w a lot of characters.

Catching you crying over a book

Diluc

After a long day and him telling you to go ahead you found yourself in your usual spot, a loveseat that Diluc got for you to be placed near the fireplace.

It was another night of "one more chapter", the previous all ending leaving you needing to know what happens next, and at the pinnacle, Diluc finally come in, quietly just in case you did fall asleep.

But instead, he comes in right as you shot up from the chair, a first it was cause he thought he scared you, instead finds you so engrossed in the book you didn't even hear the slight noise he made from getting scared at the sudden jump.

Instead, he sees you tearing up and pacing a bit, fingers already on the next page waiting to turn it as quick as possible. He chuckles a bit, trying not to interrupt. The pacing stops at a particularly strong point on the page, tears freely falling and no sign of you trying to wipe them as you read on.

Goes to get some sleepy-type tea for the both of you.

Sets the tea down on the table next to the love seat is when you finally notice him, jumping a bit at him suddenly appearing in front of you.

"Ah- hey, Diluc! When, when did you get in?" You quickly wipe your tears, hoping not to worry him over something a little embarrassing to cry over.

"Oh not too long ago, " He lies a bit, smiling knowingly as you not so subtly try and hide the wiping of tears.

The usual routine of asking about each other's days begin, till it finally gets to your book and you're eyes sparkle when he finally asks about it.

Loves listening to you retell the events with such excitement, and thinks it's the cutest thing.

Al Haitham

Now Al Haitham isn't one to indulge in non-fiction books. He didn't see the point in them.

The key point is didn't.

But seeing how animated you get when you're face full in a book, might just give him at least one reason to like them.

He can't work when you read though, cause he easily gets distracted by you're ever-changing face and the tiny mumbling comments you make each time.

When you're quiet is when he's actually concerned. Looking up though and seeing you tear up, oh boi.

He's shocked the first time it happens because he can't really wrap his head around crying over something that isn't real so he asks if you're ok thinking it has to be something else. When you tell him about a part in the book it does nothing to quell his confusion, but he is relieved it is nothing serious.

After a while, he finds it really cute, especially cause you don't notice him watching you when he's right in front of you.

Especially more when you do notice and immediately try and wipe the tears, you get a small chuckle out of him every time.

He won't say anything, just shake his head with a smile and goes back to work.

Wanderer

This man will not admit he likes non-fiction books, and will always tease you for being so expressive while reading them.

"You've read that book a thousand times, how can you cry at the same part every time?"

"Shush you, I like this part is all."

Does love as you try and justify yourself by retelling the events in the book, you're defensive voice exclaiming "How could you not tear up?!" as you talk so passionately is his favorite pass time.

Any time he catches you crying over a book he just shakes his head and goes on with his day, less you tell his to shush up cause "it's just getting good." and he's interrupting it.

Quietly hands you a handkerchief in passing to do his own things, and a glass of water to keep you hydrated.

Kazuha

This man does not say anything for a while.

Thinks you're the most beautiful when reading, and even gets his hand on a kamera to take pictures while you do. Puts every one in a journal with little hearts and poems written around it.

After pretends to walk in like he just got home, kissing you on your cheek.

Definitely loves reading with you so as soon as you see him you scooch over and let him snuggle close while you catch him up on what's happening.

Buys lots of books of many genres just to see you're reaction to all of them. He's the best at picking out books to read. Hands down.

You'll apologize for getting all sappy over something silly like a book and he just chuckles lovingly.

"What's so embarrassing about enjoying something so much it moves you to tears? it's certainly one of the most beautiful things about you I think."

Arattaki Ito

Let's face it, this man does not read like he should. Nothing past reading for kids or signs at food stands at least.

Loves you're attention but knows to be respectful when you want to read, so instead distracts himself with other things in the mean time.

Will however forget the reason he left was to let you read. And this man does not come home quiet.

The type of guy to immediately come in, no greeting, and sometimes forgets to take his shoes off cause he just has to tell you about what just happened.

"BABE! You are not going to believe this, me and the gang just- wait why are you crying?"

Gets real serious at first thinking something happened, especially because his loudness always makes you jump no matter how much time has passed being with this man.

After you tell him you were just crying about something that happened in the book he lets out a sigh of relief along with a quick "don't scare me like that." before immediately asking what happened in the book that led to the crying.

This man isn't big on reading but if it catches his interest is more than willingly hop in your lap and let you read to him the rest of the way.

House: canonically does a ton of shit like piano/guitar/cooking/so on but In the spirit of him resisting change (At Times!) I think he’s gotten very good if not makes a fun time out of mending clothes🥺…. Didn’t wanna throw away his favorite shirts so it started w small hems+resizings until he looked up more tips online and get decorative w it. Pretty contrasting colors/patterns now randomly laid on his shirts and pants w only the careful eye(Cuddy+Wilson) to notice. If anyone cares

Wilson: gardening. Well as much one can do within his apartments/pretty nonplant friendly homes. He’s not a super greenthumb expert but it always gives him a lil confidence boost when he’s able to grow out spices and herbs & such to use in his cooking ♥️

Cuddy: she seems like a collage-making kind of girlie💗💗 no specific theme in em or anything but she still holds onto the potential self-aid of making vision boards and it’s relaxing for her to go thru magazines/etc + cut out whatever interests her enough to use. Rachel tries and cutely fails to help 💓💓💓

Chase: ironically enough for the prodigal son lol but . He genuinely seems like someone who enjoys spending time in silence/music doing puzzles w 1000+ pieces & such #DWEEB❤️. House once got him a 5000 piece puzzle of a kangaroo or w/e as a joke and he is Determined to complete it. In due time chase…

Foreman: the thought of Foreman crocheting is so dear to me….. he doesn’t rly tell anyone ab it but there’s a lot of half-finished + worn projects as proof around his home. #angsting it sorry but I think he took it up after his mom started deteriorating bc she crocheted too and it was a fonder reminder + sumn they could do together. One yr he gave the fellow ducklings scarves he made as Xmas gift. Not that he told him he made it tho😅#repressed

Cameron: I think she has a moderately sized zen garden on a table somewhere in her home she takes SERIOUS. Changes the lines/circles in the sand periodically, sees what new arrangement of rocks she can do etc etc. Girl that thing is meant to be relaxing!! also colorcodes/sticker-covers/etc her planner like a CHAMP.

Amber: she has the most well-detailed prettiest most concerning-when-read journal/diary everrrr. Dedicates a specific time in every day to it w specific pens of various colors. Some of the recounting even have lil doodles or if she takes the journal out w her she draws her view wherever she is<3 they’re literal chickenscratch but its still fun and fulfilling. It’s a bibleesque piece to Wilson’s Amber shrine btw

Thirteen: she’s hard to analyze for me soz 13heads I do love her #trust… nonetheless I bet she goes to hella dance classes. Partially for the exercise partially for the fun partially for the need to experience Life partially for the women. Heh. She’s rly into zumba, jazz, contemporary classes to be specific.

Taub: ok ok so remember when he did/bought pottery or w/e to convince his wife he was being faithful. I think he’d do it for real as a joke/alibi then be like wait…. This is kinda fun…? There’s no constraints to what he can make + the sculpting reminds him vaguely of plastic surgery work so he keeps it up.

Kutner: I think he draws + writes his own lil comics/zines 🫶 they’re mostly scifi or superhero and more than a lil inspired by his fave preexisting medias . He likes using the crazy cases he’s experienced w House as story inspo. Also he 4 sure runs dnd campaigns so well and fun. Btw

Masters: she’s a suckerrrr for trivia nights my lil nerd wife<3 but um anyway when she wants to relax she Really doesn’t want sumn that can become info overload so in free time she’ll make friendship bracelets, lil shapes/figures out of string, etc. Will someone please give this woman a full on loom to go cray with!!!!

Park: I can see it so clearly . I can see her lil handpainted warhammer and other tabletop game figures so perfectly in my head. She paints more than she actually plays(but she does !). God save you if you touch or tumble them.

Adams: I kinda DGAF about her sorry women… hmm there’s sumn compelling ab her doing blackout poetry plus occasionally full-on written when the inspo hits! started as a boredom thing in her job in the prison w whatever book she brought in then she kept on doing it w more and more written pieces she comes across.

So before the Indigo Disk DLC came out, I watched a vid on YouTube that had a theory about Kieran stealing Koraidon/Miraidon as a way to get revenge on you for taking Ogrepon.

And thinking about it made me come up with some scenarios, whether if Kieran was possessed by Pecharunt or not (tho I think it would work a lot better if he was).

One would be that if he wasn't, when he hears about Terapagos, he would sneak into Juliana's room and steal Koraidon/Miraidon's Pokeball, planning on using them in order to catch Terapagos, believing that if he could somehow convince Koraidon/Miraidon to listen to him in battle (literally by giving them a sandwich since he knows how to get through to them) and take him (and Briar) down in the depths of Area Zero, then he has finally won against Juliana. Meanwhile Koraidon/Miraidon would be confused at first as to why they were in Area Zero and not with their trainer, but after some convincing from Kieran that Juliana gave him there Pokeball, they took him and Briar down into the depths. but after awhile they started to grow highly suspicious of the two, eventually stopping themselves from going further. Kieran would obviously be irritated by this, trying to force them to move. But thanks to their stubborn personalities, they bought enough for Juliana and Carmine to catch up and the rest of the story would play out similarly to the DLC.

ON THE OTHER HAND IF KIERAN WAS POSSESSED BY PECHARUNT!!!

(this gets a little angsty, but in my opinion, it works so much better)

The same thing would play out about how Kieran gets the Pokeball and convinces Briar to come with him. But when Kieran brings out Koraidon/Miraidon, they start to grow defensive as they knew something wasn't right (they felt uneasy and protective of Juliana whenever she was around Kieran throughout her time in the academy) but Pecharunt was having none of that and infected them with Toxic Chains (they also mentioned this in the video, and I freaking love it), causing immense pain for the poor dragon kings. Briar would be very concerned about what Kieran was doing, but Kieran would just shut her down as they descended further into the depths. By the time Juliana and Carmine get there, it's already too late as Pecharunt already claimed Terapagos. Kieran then challenges Juliana to a battle, but not with Terapagos, Koraidon/Miraidon (now in their battle form) as he claims that he should have been their trainer to begin with. Knowing that she's taking a big risk, Juliana would toss the bag containing her pokemon aside and begins to walk closer to Koraidon/Miraidon and try to get through to them using her words (much to Carmine and Briar's disapproval). But this would make Kieran angry as it would remind him of her kindness towards Ogrepon, so he would force Koraidon/Miraidon (as well as Terapagos) to start attacking the unarmed trainer. But even though she was in so much pain, Juliana pushed through, she would do whatever it took to get her Pokemon back, she would even keep telling Kieran about how sorry she was for lying to him that day and wishes she could go back and redo her mistakes, all while keeping a smile on her face. With the last bit of strength, Juliana would place her forehead on Koraidon/Miraidon's head and tell them that they will always be her best friend no matter what, finally making them snap out of Pecharunt's trance and witness their trainer collapse limply on the floor. Kieran as well would also realize what he has done, becoming completely petrified at the sight of a limp Juliana, all while Koraidon/Miraidon (now completely filled with rage) broke the toxic chain around their neck and would help Carmine free Terapagos (Kieran would help later too, but after he got a quick scolding from his sister)

Juliana managed to survive the whole ordeal as she now lays within a hospital bed, with Koraidon/Miraidon and Kieran right beside her (Them and Terapagos also got examined for injuries, but it wasn't too serious, their ok) Kieran would then tell Koraidon/Miraidon that he was sorry for what he has done and hopes that maybe he could try to make amends with both them and Juliana, finally willing to let go of the past and move on. Koraidon/Miraidon would respond to that by giving him a lick to the face, letting him know that they forgive him.

The first thing Juliana notices when she wakes up is a sleeping Kieran, his head resting at the edge of her bed, with Koraidon/Miraidon sleeping beneath his chair, smiling as she knew that they were waiting for her.

When I finished playing the teal mask, I genuinely thought that Kieran was going to take Koraidon/Miraidon in the Indigo Disk, like I was terrified as to what was about to happen, and was also highly suspicious of Koraidon/Miraidon coming out when Kieran mentioned sandwich.

Anyway, really wanted to share this little idea cause I was dying to tell someone lol, hope you like it :)

Long meandering ramble about isabeau under cut sorry idk what happened

Ok I wanted to expound actually I do think it’s really interesting how Isabeau isn’t like a “wishy washy” kind of neutral she is really serious and principled about it. Like when you fight her in law (and I assume things turn out the same in chaos, haven’t finished that playthru yet) if you extend your hand to her she takes offense to it + tells you to have conviction in the path you chose to the end despite her being so horrified and appalled by it that she would put down her life to fight you to prevent it from coming to pass.

And in neutral as well after you defeat Merkabah she expresses respect for him in seeing his principles through. I think it’s interesting that she has such high respect for this concept of commitment to a belief, even a destructive one + even when that the belief itself is so fundamentally morally repellant to her. So anyways this is where I get kind of headcanony right. But I was thinking more about this again

And yeah like she doubly has this thing of coming from a family that has always gone into the monastery as well as being a woman samurai (the level of rarity of this can be inferred by the fact that she’s like, the only female samurai npc iirc) that feeds into this right? Tho it’s conjecture on my part bc we don’t really hear her thoughts on any of this she’s already in this position of being like, an outlier, somewhere she “doesn’t belong” (as she apparently grew up expected to go into the monastery like the rest of her family- it’s a “loss” for the monastery) in terms of her place in the samurai. So I think that’s like .. where her position ultimately comes from. She grew up believing in the good of the kingdom like Jonathan but is in a position where she understands Walters feelings of being hemmed in by her society which I think just like is how I at least understand her character. But her neutrality isn’t just from a place of helpless desperation or an inability to choose its something she really believes in. So this is the part where I insist her love of shoujo manga is actually really important

so yeah. I thought this was a little funny but the more I think of it it is super interesting how manga is cited as what makes her soul unshakably set against you and the destruction of Tokyo. And I think it’s just that it’s representative of or partly responsible for her genuine love for Tokyo, its art and by extension its people. Like to everyone the “unclean ones” are basically like some ancient historical threat once faced by their kingdom but through finding used copies of Rose of Versailles on the ground throughout the game and it, a product of the culture and people who live/once lived there, it just gives her a level of empathy/respect for them beyond what the others achieve.

And she just cares about the people a lot yknow. When everyone splits off at shen duque her first worry is about skins and fujiwara. Walter and Jonathan’s motives both are concerned with the fate of Mikado, be it tearing it all down to start over or preserving it by destroying Tokyo (although that isn’t really /Jonathan/‘s motive but you know) but Isabeau is the one who actually wants to help the people of not just Mikado but Tokyo as well. So like “isabeau’s stance is that killing a bunch of people is bad” isn’t like groundbreaking literary analysis im aware. The game tells you that. It’s been hard for me to meet new people, real people. Lots of years ago I had my first and only “relationship” through a website and that left me with a big trauma🍃. I honestly don’t know what to do, i’ve been out but it’s hard to find people who are willing to meet you. Talk or something like that. Tumblr has been my favorite place to hide for years. But it’s been difficult to manifest new people, I haven’t seen my old friends, they’re busy, doing stuff and me too but I feel so alone 🌻. I love my family, I have fun with my sis but I just want to make friends lol…

ok so get rid of the assumptions of people on any apps you use (be safe, cautious, and responsible tho). also don't find it hard to meet genuine people you have a good connection with assume the opposite. flip your mindset so you believe that people are inherently good, genuine, and enjoy interacting with you

He wants you to think that ONLY childless cat people have mental health issues, and that tradwife lifestyles don’t. There’s a silent oppression and delusion thought process that goes with that lifestyle. It often feels cultish, and can easily entertain abuse. No thanks. Mothers can be just as miserable as what he assumes ALL childless women are. Some childless women do wish they had kids, n that’s valid. Many of us are quite happy that we don’t. We are equally valid. Sometimes, by NOT having kids, we r saving prospective offspring from more health concerns or possible abuse. It’s actually incredibly responsible, and that energy can be better spent elsewhere that’s more productive for the individual.

In fact, if I would have had kids, it would have been worse. I was never emotionally cut out for children, and they’d bring out the worst of me temper. I know this and accept this about me. I would be the best them/make the afraid of me to love me sort. I’m also extremely sensitive to stress, and get overstimulated easily. This leads to me getting rather bitchy. I’m also sensitive to pain. Pregnancy and especially labour often cause intense pain. Kids are loud, they smell, they are full of shite, piss, n puke. Frequently. I’m not worried about ruining the figure, lol. That’s already been gone, n there r far more serious concerns to worry about.

Besides, a lot of parents think they are doing well by their kids by spoiling them. They create entitle, privileged brats who are unable to properly acclimate to society’s challenges. Struggle is a natural part of life, and these folks can’t cope as easily. They also treat others as tho they can walk all over them. These parents teach their kids that they don’t need to move aside for others, it doesn’t matter if their kids run smock n knock into you. They don’t need to apologise. You are at THEIR mercy. They can’t mouth off to u, n that’s fine. Its selfish. Its delusional. It’s vile.

Also, mental and physical health issues run thick in the family. Aside from that, I’m just barely making it meself. I have tried to keep jobs, and ptsd n anxiety (as well as other issues) have led to me quitting or being fired. I’ve applied for well paying jobs, got me degrees, n don’t even get looked at - unless it’s a scam. I don’t even have my own place. The struggle is so real, i rebt a room.

In fact, the therapist and shrink seem to think that me ptsd doesbt affect it, just bdcause to them i can live in roomd. The thing they dont realise is that its either a room, or im homeless. I dont have a choice. Thus doesnt mean that its not without issue. I have to internalise a lot, since no one either acknowkedges the issues, or dont really care. Or both. And when youre in such a position, u put urself more at risk of neing kicked out. Its a battle of ‘whats the bigger evil?’ I often battle depression over frustration in private. The internalising also leads to depression. Tbe everyday stress of cohabitation add more triggers. It literally feeks like im at war, trying to durvive every day. N wbrn a hoysemate has a paramour over, the intense lsnic attacks strike. These r quickly exhuasting.

With all that being said, being childless, and being around cats makes things slightly better. Cats are soft, delicate. They allow me to experience a temporary patience I’m unable to have with people. They make sweet sounds, they cuddle with me, they look at me with soft, sweet faces. They don’t talk back, they don’t insult or abuse you.

Nah, I’ll never regret being a childless cat lady. I’m doing society a favour.
