Just some more thoughts on that jayvik dbh au
#I got a lot of people saying that Viktor should be the Android#which I did mention in the tags last time#but after thinking about it I just think that the human experience is such an integral part of viktor as a character#(aside from the fact that it makes every character ever)#his pain and suffering due to his illness and disability and class#like I can’t take that away from him#not that Jayce doesn’t go through his own things too#but I think Jayce’s naïveté from season one lends itself well to an Android in awe of human life#and a jaded but wise Viktor who still has a good heart and sense of humour#I mean this is just my version of the au and like I think I said in my tags last time im pretty sure I’ve seen a few around with android V#definitely got recommended some fics that I’m excited to check out!#sorry for rambling - this isn’t to discredit any other interpretations!! just kind of exploring my thought process behind it :)#oh also sorry that this is angsty lol#it’s fine#my art#arcane#jayvik#Jayce talis#jayce arcane#Viktor arcane#dbh#detroit become human#arcane au#noodles talks#(in the tags)

They can still see his little hat poking out as he cries.#If I was JYL I would have started biting someone.#What do you *mean* the guy you once had feelings for but treated you poorly now says he likes you? What do you do with that information?#Is it character development? Is it worth letting your heart open up again? Is it a mistake to be vulnerable like that?#Not enough credit is given to the internal torment of shijie.#It really does feel like your world is spinning around when someone you did not expect to confess *does*.#This guy has a LOT to make up for though. I wouldn't take him back but I'm also too rational for my own good at times.

Phil: I mess– I actually messaged Baghera recently, 'cuz like, she– I just– I respond to like, so many– so many people from QSMP– Like, so many like, members of the server that we still like, have contact with and like, on Instagram stuff. Like, whenever I see something to do with like, fcking Hatsune Miku, I send it to Jaiden.
Phil: Usually if I– [Laughs] I respond to people's stories and stuff with like, emojis depending on like, what's happening in the story and sht. And I saw one from Baghera, and I was like "Holy fck, that looks like a movie." And then like, Baghera said, "You could be here!" [Laughs] And then we joked about like, how we need to get everyone together again, 'cuz dude, it was so fun. It was so fun in Brazil, and it was so fun in Les Gets, in like Switzer-France.
Phil: So yeah, I think- I think we're all kinda like, missing each other, like, meeting up IRL and stuff, so... I dunno when it will happen, but we all kind of want it to happen again. We want to hang out.

#kingdom hearts#kh#kh kairi#kh xion#kh namine#i don't really feel proud of my own stuff usually but#i really think this is the drawing i'm most proud of from this past year!! it made me think 'oh maybe i can draw' haha#i'm still kinda bad with colors but something clicked with this one. and i feel like i got the sentimental feeling i wanted!#ooh but this project's about flower symbolism so ramble incoming:#protea symbolizes resilience transformation and diversity; hollyhock means 'please remember me.'#so my general theme was finding a sense of self.#these 3 have struggled with finding their own identity; they tend to get left behind both in-universe and in general plotwise#and naminé and xion both resemble kairi and were overshadowed by her memory. but i feel like all 3 have transformed into their own people#xion and naminé have their faces covered partially by hollyhock to show their wish to be remembered for who they are-#instead of the parts that they share with someone else#and the protea bouquets show how they each held on and resiliently grew into their own person despite it all#i put a little swervy path on the hill behind kairi to give that hopeful sense of growth and moving forward. it's a little hard to see#hopefully that makes sense! i really love symbolism but i think in visuals so i'm really bad with words#but gosh working with everyone on this project was so fun. it was like impossible not to get swept up by the team's hype for this zine#i need to hunt down everybody's work and rb it#ohh and everybody's flowers are so crisply drawn it's insane!! i think if i lined all these flowers and leaves i'd die haha#fan art#my art#project stuff

I remember not knowing how this would go because woagh the red flags for betrayal were so strong here.#Now I have spoiler brain so I mostly see the heartbreak coming but I still remember the anxiety of thinking lxc would betray lwj.#The way LXC compares his relationship to JGY is so funny to me. They aren't technically canon but...like....come on.#LXC *also* lets on that he knows LWJ has feelings for WWX. The implications are the loudest subtext I have seen.#Personally I see it as romantically one-sided on LXCs side. I think JGY knows and LXC denies his heart.#I think the tragedy is that JGY can't move past his need to make everything a game of chess to see LXC as more than an oppertunity#Here's the bigger tragedy: The one time he followed his heart...it led him to Qin-Su. Whom he loved dearly!#but...oh god was that ever a massive disaster that must have been internalized as 'following my heart is a mistake I can never make again.'#Ah - Happy Puffy Sleeves WWX debut day!
