I'm being serious though I have big dreams regarding the art I want to learn and make; how do people do this?

It's taking all I've got to stay afloat, and "afloat" is living out of a car & being sick and hungry all the time. If I had a place to live that I wasn't constantly scrambling to keep and knew I wasn't throwing my time, energy, and money into a pit I could actually relax and focus on making the life I want.
