RANDOM STRAW HAT PIRATES HEADCANONS. . .
★an: sometimes i like to smoke a jo!nt & let my imagination go craaaazy
★ warnings: 18+ (just because i’m not sure how this is gonna go), mentions of some of my fav music artists, they might be ooc but i love them and they give me comfort <3
Tumblr media
★ i feel like if international kpop girl group TWICE was canon to the one piece series, i definitely think the straw hats — more specifically: nami, luffy, sanji, usopp, brook, chopper & franky — would all be onces…nami & sanji having them as their ult group, chopper & usopp would be a casual listeners (they know their names & their group positions but they wouldn’t be too caught up with them like those ^ two), franky & luffy not really caring for them just enjoying the vibes & music, and brook has actually met them before…they must’ve been confused. as for zoro & robin, they’re like siblings who don’t care for them at all actually (though robin does enjoy hearing nami yap about them) but know their songs because of how often the straw hats blast their discography during celebrations. as for jinbei, he’s just happy the youngins can enjoy their lives accompanied by good music (he does enjoy their song doughnut)
★ i’m sooooooo sure nami spills tea to zoro. i feel like she just yaps to him whenever they share a drink together, telling him everything and anything, and he just sits there and listens. doesn’t really say anything back but zoro genuinely enjoys it, because he likes to be aware of people and places. he never spills a word to anyone else, just stores the information away for later.
★ jinbei secretly covers for the boys (luffy usopp chopper zoro) whenever sanji catches them in the act of sneaking into the kitchen late at night. at first, sanji genuinely believed him, but time after time, he realizes that jinbei cannot be possibly sending them — all of them, at once — to fetch a quick glass of water. sanji allows jinbei to keep saving their asses, only because hes always too tired to give them hell…jinbei did end up telling them to stop, and ofc only chopper, usopp & zoro obliged. luffy…….just doesnt gaf.
★ speaking of music artists: nami & robin (& sanji) are hot girls. they loveee megan thee stallion. nami has a poster of her in her studio, robin enjoys megan’s lyricism, and sanji…is sanji! nami says she really enjoys megan’s music because she feels like she can relate (especially the song budget ft. latto)…i feel like sanji would try to propose to megan at her own concert and she’d actually say yes and he would take it back only because he thinks he can’t handle her n she deserves better & megan would just be like…..k next!
★ zoro’s main love language is acts of service. like omg for his s/o he’s the type of person that would cover sharp edges in their blindspots (ex. s/o drops a utensil on the floor and as they reach over to grab it, zoro sticks his hand out to cover the table edge so s/o doesn’t hurt themselves on the way up), he always opens doors for them, lets them walk in front of him (if they aren’t side by side) to watch their back…his first priority after a huge fight is to find s/o and then they find the others together…yes he’s a quiet lover but his actions will always speak for him fr. and if s/o feels like they need more reassurance zoro would take the time to actually read on how to communicate better or ask robin for advice TT
★ luffy gets into petty arguments with his crew mates for shits and giggles…like arguing with robin about who chopper gets to sleep with, argues with nami about how he should get more allowance than others (she swears she splits it evenly…between her and robin atleast), argues with brook about how he’s a better singer than him and that he should’ve been the one who got famous through music (luffy baby ur already famous….). he never listens to jinbei (unless its like pirate-related) and likes to do the opposite of whatever he tells him to (ex. sneaking into the kitchen late at night) just to see him get mad LMFAO i can only imagine him trying not to laugh as he’s getting scolded
★ an: this was kinda long, i’m sorry 😭 but idk i just get bored sometimes…i’ll probably just do this whenever i get lil creative bursts. i’m still working on my lil oc on the side..buuut part one? :p

Some Neurotypicals are just awful people.
Really disrespectful and incredibly ignorant, ableist people.
My parents had bought tickets to Shrek the Musical. We were enjoying the first half and I’d taken a few pictures, but at the intermission, someone came over and told me to stop filming. I said I was only taking pictures but was told nothing was allowed. This wasn’t advertised anywhere or mentioned at any point, and I felt really bad about being told off, but I obviously put my phone down.
Then the show started up again. Unfortunately, being autistic, I really struggled when I didn’t have my phone in my hand. I tried searching by feel in my bag, and eventually found my stim toy. It has clicking and silent bits. I was starting to click a few times and that was when the trouble started.
“What’s that clicking noise” came can angry voice from next to my partner. A chav with a strong weed smell and an angry voice. I tried to show her my stim toy, and was about to apologise. Then she said “You should stop it!” Not a “please can you be a little more quiet?” Not a “would you mind being a little quieter”. Just “You should stop it!”
My mum told the woman “She’s autistic” and she stood her ground. “You should warn people!” My partner told her that I don’t owe anybody my diagnosis. I don’t have to tell people around me all the time that I’m autistic. She just said “Shut the fuck up.” And he didn’t want to disturb anyone else.
By this point I was crying heavily, but silently. I tried to stop myself as much as I could. My mum checked in, asked if I needed a minute, but since we were in the middle of a row and it would have disrupted a lot of people, I said I was fine. What I didn’t see was my mum was apparently glaring at this woman for several minutes.
The woman then loudly states “What the fuck are you staring at?” And tries to instigate a fight. She says that she will disrupt everyone around us and “ruin it for everyone”, and cause a scene, followed by “I paid for my ticket just like everyone else!” And because that is the thing I am terrified of happening, I try to get my mum to back down.
I’m sat there, blubbering quietly, trying to use hand gestures to get my mum to back down. I just want it all to stop. Eventually the woman calms down and goes back to clapping and laughing like everyone else. I wipe away tears through the rest of the show.
When the show finishes, she quickly gets on her coat and tries to move out as fast as she can. I don’t know if she thought my mum wild deck her, but I know my mum absolutely wanted to.
If she’d stuck around after, I would’ve told her how awful she was and that she shouldn’t speak to autistic people that way. But she ran like a coward. I hope she never has an autistic family member, because I am sure she would be even worse to them.
Some NTs are just terrible, selfish people who think they’re more important than anyone else.

Some thoughts on my last Gamefly rental, Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection(Switch version).
Tumblr media
I never played the original games, just Network Transmission on the Gamecube, so it’s good for there to be a way for me and others to be able to play them again.
On the cartridge, the collection is split into two parts, the first having Mega Man Battle Network 1-3, and the latter having MMBN 4-6. Starting with 3, each game has two versions, like with Pokemon.
The game selection menu that you see when starting each collection up has a neat feature of having MegaMan.exe be there and talk when you navigate the menus(and when you press L), even being voiced by his voice actor from the Mega Man NT Warrior anime, Andrew Francis.
For all the games, there’s a Max Buster Option you can turn on that had the Mega Buster do the highest damage it can. You can bring the option up by pressing the -/Minus button. I used it quite a bit, though turned it off for bosses. It’s good for getting through maps and random encounters quickly, and scoring high rankings to possibly get better Battle Chips, or if you just want to play for the story. It’s not always an instant-win option, though, as some enemies, usually postgame ones, will need a strategy to beat.
There are several other extras for each game:
A Gallery to see official and concept art for each game
Trophies for completing objectives in each game
Free Downloadable Chips that are usually pretty helpful/OP
A Music Player
The basic controls for each game are:
X for the menu
A to interact with people/object or select options. It’s a good idea to run around areas spamming this in case an item or port is hidden somewhere.
R to try and jack into the Net if Lan is standing next to a useable port.
L to talk to either Mega Man or Lan, depending on who you’re playing as. They’ll give you hints on what to do next to progress the story. Sometimes they’re a bit too vague, though.
While jacked into an area and playing as Mega Man, you’ll encounter viruses to fight while walking around in random battles. Defeating them will get you, depending on the ranking gained at the end, either a Battle Chip or Zenny.
There are HP-Up/power-up programs you can find or buy that can raise Mega Man’s HP or give a boost to his Buster’s power, speed and Charge attack. HP Ups are used automatically, but the others need to be used manually from the menu under the ‘Mega Man’ tab.
I didn’t 100% the games, since some Battle Chips need a certain Battle Ranking to drop, and I’m really not sure how to manipulate the rankings to get to what was needed for some, plus the post games can be pretty difficult.
MMBN1
The Net maps in this game can be kind of confusing. I’d recommend using a map guide if you have trouble navigating them. Amusingly, there’s a bit in the credits where Mega Man gets lost in an area, so seems like they know it, too. XD
MMBN2
There's some notable upgrades and changes from the first game, from game mechanics to the size/look of the maps.
Battles feel and load faster.
Navigating the Internet maps is much less of a pain now, and the areas look more distinct, though having a map guide for some of the more complicated areas would be helpful.
A new addition to this game is several ‘Styles’ for Mega Man that level up and unlock as you use them after Mega Man gets an upgrade a ways into the game. Here’s a guide to the Styles and how to get them. Later games expand on this.
Terrain effects in battle such as ice, fire and grass are also new features, ice’s effect being obvious, and grass tiles healing certain enemies.
Subships are another new addition to this game, which is carried onwards, which range from healing to avoiding weak battles, and more.
A change to this one that I don’t like that makes it harder is not having your HP automatically restored after battles, instead having to be healed by using healing Battle Chips in battle, using healing Subchips or jacking out. This seems to have been carried over to the later games.
In battle, you can now remove Chips from your selection by selecting them and hitting ADD, which, like in the first game, will have Lan send more chips, but now is based on the amount selected. I kind of preferred the old way, of just adding in more chips when hitting ADD and waiting for the Custom Meter to fill.
There are new purple diamond Item icons that you need to use an Unlocker item on to get an item from. You’ll need to go to the Subships menu and manually use it, as there won’t be a prompt just from interacting with the Item icon.
MMBN3
The first of the games with two versions, with a few differences between the two, such as available Chips, certain characters, etc..
MMBN 4-6
These ones gave the series a new graphical style and art upgrades such as new character portraits.
I was feeling kinda burnt out after finishing MMBN 2, so I decided to stop there, maybe go back to them all in the future. I did pop into each to at least get a save file started and see any immediate changes to each game.
It was good to finally play these, and for there to be a way for new players who missed out on them to get into the whole series, minus Network Transmission, at once.
Next game being sent is: Goodbye World

FADE IN: EXT. NYC BENCH – DAY Bill sits on a bench, buried in papers, lost in thought. Michael approaches, hands in his pockets.
MICHAEL Still working? Come on, let’s go. You’re starting to look like one of those statues around here.
BILL Yeah, I have a meeting tomorrow. Can’t mess this one up.
Michael leans against a nearby lamp post, sipping his coffee.
MICHAEL It’s Friday, man. You said you wanted to party a week ago. Live a little.
BILL Not today. This meeting is massive.
Michael chuckles, trying to keep things light.
MICHAEL You’re always chasing something big. What if you just… stopped, even for a minute?
BILL (smiling wryly) If I stop, I fall behind. This city doesn’t wait.
MICHAEL And neither does life, buddy. You can work on it later, you know.
INT. APARTMENT – DAY Bill bursts into his apartment, excited, and heads straight to his roommate, who’s sitting on the couch, headphones on, browsing through his phone.
BILL (excited, catching his breath) I think I got a role in Anita’s musical!
ROOMMATE (surprised, taking off headphones) No way! That’s huge, man! How’d it happen?
BILL (grinning) We were talking about her project, and before I knew it, she asked me to be a part of it.
ROOMMATE (playfully) You see? I told you things would work out.
Bill beams, feeling validated by his progress.
INT. MICHAEL’S APARTMENT BUILDING – DAY Bill storms out of the building, throwing his jacket over his shoulder. Michael, standing near the steps, senses Bill’s mood.
MICHAEL Rough day?
BILL (sighs, frustrated) I didn’t get selected. Spent weeks on it, and they said I didn’t fit. Who are they to decide?
Michael watches Bill, letting him vent.
MICHAEL That’s the nature of the game. Sometimes you’ve got to compromise, even when it hurts.
BILL Compromise? That’s all I do! I’m giving them everything, and it’s never enough. \
NT. NICK’S APARTMENT – LATE NIGHT Nick slumps on the couch, looking defeated. His roommate approaches.
ROOMMATE Rough day?
NICK You could say that. Casting director cut me off mid-sentence.
ROOMMATE And you’re surprised? Dude, you know how this game is. You get knocked down a hundred times, but it only takes one ‘yes.’
NICK Feels like a thousand ‘no’s’ lately.
ROOMMATE Hey, if it were easy, everyone would be a star. You’re still in it. That’s what matters.
INT. APARTMENT – NIGHT Bill slumps on the couch, his head in his hands. His roommate enters, holding a drink.
ROOMMATE (sitting beside him, concerned) What happened, man?
BILL (sighs deeply) Anita and I had a huge fight. I messed up, and now I need to apologize.
ROOMMATE (empathetic) Well, sometimes you just gotta own it. It’s not easy, but it’ll be worth it.
BILL (nods) Yeah, you’re right. I’ll talk to her tomorrow.
The roommate pats Bill on the back, providing silent support.
EXT. SIDEWALK CAFÉ – DAY Bill and Michael sit at a table outside. Tension lingers as Michael pitches Bill a job opportunity.
MICHAEL I got a job offer for you. Good pay, benefits, stability.
BILL I’m not a nine-to-five guy. I can’t just… sell out.
MICHAEL This isn’t selling out. It’s surviving. You need to eat, Bill.
INT. APARTMENT – NIGHT Bill walks in, visibly drained. His roommate notices the defeated expression.
ROOMMATE (supportive, curious) How did it go?
BILL (sighs) We talked, but it’s still a bit tense. I think she needs time. I just don’t know what to do next.
ROOMMATE (pats Bill on the shoulder) Give it a bit of space. If it's meant to work out, it will. INT. NICK’S KITCHEN – MORNING The roommate mentions a potential job to Nick over breakfast.
ROOMMATE So, I heard about a job opening downtown. More pay, but longer hours.
NICK (sighs) Yeah? What’s the catch?
ROOMMATE It’ll eat up more of your time. But at least you’d have money to keep the lights on.
NICK I don’t know. If I take it, it’s like I’m giving up on acting.
ROOMMATE It’s not giving up; it’s surviving. But only you know if it’s worth the cost. EXT. PARK BENCH – DAY Michael sits with his laptop on his lap, checking his calendar. Bill paces in front of him, restless.
MICHAEL Hey, I set up an interview for you tomorrow. It’s with a friend of mine—small marketing firm, but it’s a good start.
BILL (interrupting his thoughts) An interview? I didn’t ask for that.
MICHAEL I know. But you’ve been saying you need something steady, and this could be it.
INT. APARTMENT – NIGHT Bill rushes in, beaming.
BILL We got funding for the musical!
ROOMMATE (stoked) Dude, that’s incredible!
BILL Yeah, but now they want to take it to London.
ROOMMATE (pauses, thoughtfully) Are you okay with that?
BILL (uncertain) I’m not sure… I’ve got other commitments here.
ROOMMATE (supportive) Whatever you decide, you gotta do what feels right.
Bill nods, unsure of his next move.
EXT. NYC STREET – MORNING Michael confronts Bill for skipping the interview.
MICHAEL I heard you skipped the interview.
BILL I overslept. Besides, it wasn’t that important.
MICHAEL It’s important to me—you know I recommended you, right? My reputation’s on the line here. EXT. HOME – DAY Bill sits on a bench, anxious. Michael, wearing a hospital gown, steps out.
BILL Are you okay? What’s going on?
MICHAEL I have cancer. Stage three. It’s in my lymph nodes.
Bill is overwhelmed, wiping his eyes.
INT. NICK’S APARTMENT – NIGHT Nick angrily throws his bag after another failed audition. His roommate intervenes.
NICK This is pointless! I’m never gonna make it.
ROOMMATE You gotta push through it. Use that anger, but don’t let it break you.
INT. NICK’S APARTMENT – NIGHT The roommate raises a toast to Nick after he gets his first callback.
ROOMMATE To Nick! The man who got his first callback on The Hess Show! INT. APARTMENT – NIGHT Bill is working on his solo show, surrounded by papers. His roommate enters.
ROOMMATE (sees the mess) What’s all this?
BILL (grinning) I’m working on a solo show. Decided to take matters into my own hands.
ROOMMATE (proud) That’s the spirit! Let me know if you need a second opinion.
Bill feels a surge of motivation as he continues working.
INT. COMMUNITY THEATER – NIGHT Bill rehearses for his solo show with confidence, subtly incorporating personal anecdotes and dramatic pauses.
BILL (to himself) This is it. No turning back.
He practices intensely, finding a rhythm that blends his acting talent with raw personal stories.
BACKSTAGE – NIGHT Bill prepares to go on stage, nervous but determined.
ROOMMATE (from behind the curtain) Break a leg, man.
BILL (smirking) Thanks. I’ll try not to set the stage on fire.
His roommate laughs as Bill steps onto the stage. EXT. PARK – DAY Bill and Michael sit on a park bench, surrounded by the bustling life of NYC.
MICHAEL I don’t regret any of it. I just wish I had more time.
BILL You deserved more.
Michael turns, smiling softly.
MICHAEL We all get the time we get. It’s what we do with it that counts.
BILL I’m not ready for this to end.
MICHAEL Neither am I. But it’s not over. Not as long as you keep going.
BILL I don’t know how to keep going without you.
MICHAEL (teary-eyed) You’ll find a way. You always do. And when you do, I’ll be proud.
Bill takes a deep breath, processing the reality.
INT. COMMUNITY THEATER – NIGHT Bill delivers a powerful performance, blending his acting talent and personal experiences.
BILL (projecting) This is my story. This is who I am.
He ends the solo show with a heartfelt monologue, fully embracing his journey and accepting his true self.
FINAL SCENE: REFLECTION IN THE PARK Bill sits alone on a park bench, reflecting. He looks up at the city skyline, remembering Michael's words.
BILL (to himself, quietly) I’ll keep going.
He stands up, resolute, and starts walking with a newfound sense of purpose.

Explaining to a neurotypical how sound is for me is easier when I use food as an analogy.
I get asked a lot "how are you able to listen to / watch a tv show while you're working, but you can't deal with your neighbors upstairs being loud or the people outside being loud too?"
And I always ask them "how are you able to drink a fruit smoothie, but you can't deal with hot peppers and anchovies in that smoothie too?"
There's nothing extremely annoying about 1 sound, on it's own. Especially when it's a sound that I control. I control the volume of the sound, when the sound is on or off and what the sound is.
There's nothing bad about a fruit smoothie. Especially when you control what's in the smooth, how much of each fruit is in the smoothie and whether or not you want to add some greens to it.
My issue is with too many sounds at once. Now it's not just my TV but it's also my upstairs neighbor's kid running and banging, it's my upstairs neighbor blasting her music, it's my upstairs neighbor and her boyfriend fighting and screaming at each other, it's the 3 cars parked outside all blasting different music (making my walls shake), it's my boyfriend's TV up even louder trying to drown out the noise, it's his fan also on high trying to drown out the noise, then my air conditioner kicks on, my fridge starts running (it makes a weird whining sound). It's too much.
I love hot peppers and salmon... but not in my smoothies. But imagine someone putting those things in your smoothie anyways. Every time you make a smoothie, someone comes and puts a bunch of food in it that doesn't taste good all mixed together. And you have the choice of either drinking the smoothie or starving.
I have the choice of either trying to work through the 9 distractions or not getting any work done at all. That's what it's like for me. But it's just so hard for people to understand.
"just ignore them"
"if I can tune it out, so can you"
"the world is full of noises, get over it"
"I don't see how you're able to get anything done then because the world is full of noises"
^^^ All of these are things I hear from people who usually have their own house (so not so much external noises to deal with) or work in an office setting (so they know it's a quiet place). Or, and most commonly, they are NT and they actually can just tune it out or ignore it; and they're baffled that I can't do the same.
It's physically painful too. I have migraines, the stress on my body makes my back, legs, arms and stomach hurt all the time. I'm exhausted because I have to work 10x harder because my brain is working overtime trying desperately to "tune out" or "ignore" the noises. And then at night I can't sleep because all I think about it how much work I didn't get done because I couldn't focus. It takes me 10 hours to get 2 hours of work completed. It's a nightmare.

Hi! My mom recently found out she's autistic. We've always had a pretty difficult/Conflictual relationship and I think a big part of it is due to her autism. I was wondering if this is common? How does the (unknown) autism of a parent affect a (probably) non-autistic child/young adult?
Unfortunately, there’s not a lot of research to go on here. Your situation is still fairly unusual - autism is hugely under-diagnosed in older adults, especially women. There are a few personal accounts out there from neurotypical children who grew up with an autistic parent (like this one) and there are some personal accounts from autistic parents about what it was like to raise neurotypical children (like this one, and this one), but on the whole, this is still a pretty rare scenario and we don’t have a lot of hard and fast research just yet.
There are a few things that we do know about adult autism and relationships in general, though.
We know that - contrary to popular myths - autistic people feel deep emotions and love. They have rich, complex inner lives just like anyone else. Struggles tend to arise, however, with communication. Non-verbal communication is not intuitive for autistic people the way that it is for neurotypical people.
NT people can notice a facial expression or a sidelong glance or a person’s stiff posture and immediately interpret what that information means; an NT person can notice that a person is facing slightly away from another person and not making eye contact and giving only short responses, and without even thinking about it, they immediately know that that person is signaling that they’re uncomfortable. That just doesn’t come naturally to autistic people.
Communication issues can go two ways - autistic people often don’t pick up on signals that other people are giving them, and they don’t always realize what kinds of signals they are giving off to other people. An autistic person might not pick up on the fact that their friend is quiet, withdrawn and more sullen than usual, and proceed to start a regular conversation without noticing that their friend is upset about something; they can come off as insensitive without meaning to. Likewise, an autistic person may not notice that they are standing too close to another person and oversharing personal information. These things can damage relationships without an autistic person knowing what it is they did wrong, and this can be an extremely frustrating experience for both parties.
Likewise, we know that autistic people tend to need certain routines and structure; many autistic people only feel comfortable if they are able to do things at certain times or in certain ways. This is tough, of course, when you’re a parent - toddlers don’t particularly care about your plans, and they aren’t exactly predictable. An autistic person might need a certain bedtime routine and precise bedtime to feel settled, but that goes completely out the window when they have to stay up half the night with a sick child, or when their kid wakes them up in the middle of the night. Not having that predictable structure can deeply affect an autistic person’s wellbeing, and in return, their relationship with others.
Autistic people also tend to struggle with sensory processing - again, a tough thing to deal with as a parent. Kids are loud and smelly and frequently sticky. That’s just how life is. But for an autistic parent, having a child blast loud music or yell in the house with their friends or spill sticky juice all over a table is a much harder thing to cope with than it is for a neurotypical parent, and that can cause tension in the relationship.  If you’re able to, it might be a good idea for you and your mom to get some family counselling, preferably from someone who has experience in adult autism. It’s important that you and your mom find communication methods that work for both of you, and that you learn to address conflict in a productive way that plays to both of your strengths. You might need some extra help at first when you’re fighting this out, and an expert is a good place to start.
If you don’t have access to a therapist, I think it would be a good idea for you both to do some research on autism - you can find all sorts of books, documentaries and websites on the subject. Look for things that are created by autistic people, about their own experiences. Understanding more about autism will help both of you analyze your interactions a little more through the lens of your mother’s autism - it should help you unpack these interactions a little more, and figure out new paths forward that are better for the both of you.
And as always, take care of yourself - having a conflicted relationship with a parent isn’t easy, even if there’s a good reason for the conflict. Get the supports you need, take good care of yourself, reach out to friends and other loved ones, and make sure you give yourself plenty of time to rest and recharge. Rebuilding a relationship and understanding another persons’s autism are huge undertakings, and it’s important to pace yourself.  Best of luck to you.

We get down the bus and walk down the road, as the wind starting out its journey bids us good morning, to the shop at the end that offers multi flavoured candies, we get them plenty and dig them deep into our cheeks
I go up the terrace at six in the evening and watch the stars at a distance twinkling at me, big, bright, or small, none of it matters as long as it shows, otherwise in my room I dance with music blasting the ears and my mind, way too loudly sometimes
I click into private chats of my contacts wanting to talk with them, never finding neither courage nor any topic, I suffice in looking at them in the picture, laughing out thinking I'm probably too afraid and concerned and naively stupid
I wake up to a horrible fight going on beyond the doors of my bedroom, and walking out I groggily try to persuade the parties to not throw words around, like they can't hurt once landed right on the spot, well no one listens, so I let them be
I feel exhausted, I can't get off my bed, the night was tough on me again, and not knowing how to not let it crawl over me didn't help either, but I managed better than the last time, and I know for a fact I'm doing better, I'm getting there slowly one step at a time
Sisters can be tough and fighting is part of the deal, she swears and I slue ,we get violent together and shut our doors, but we kiss and make up soon and from bittersweet it always blooms, we are there for eachother, always, that we know
I sit down with my family and watch them have a hearty talk amidst a fun game of carrom and it so warms my heart to see them happy and together, and though I don't show, my heart swells and inwardly I hug them all
I wake up in the morning not wanting to get off my bed and I don't, I tuck myself in and hug my lil monkey and tell my sub conscious self to resume my dream and sleep with a smile pressed into the pillows, ah! such bliss
I feel done with my life, the mental pain exceeds the physical sometimes, but I've got so much left I wish to do and even when it gets tough I want to make it through, and I want to live, for these moments and many more
These moments I score into my heart , wear as my skin, whether good or bad, these makes me, tough as it gets, I appreciate it, happiness does find me in the end and tug onto my lips in the expected and unexpected times, as a way of saying
When life tosses me into the outrageous sea, I dive deep and the underplayed reality lying beneath comforts me and one day I rise above the water, my face held towards the sky, it relieves me to see there were always the stars looking after me.

Strangers - Tyrone Mings
(This just came to me, so hope you enjoy)
it was London Fashion Week and Tyrone was sat in the front row. He looked at all the models and his eyes roamed over the outfits, he was sat rubbing shoulders with actors, sports people and musicians. As one girl walked out, he was completely in awe of her, he was sure that he knew who she was but her name wasn't coming to him. He looked at her soft face and how perfect her body looked in the outfit. The lights made her eyes sparkle, every time she walked he hair bounced on her shoulders, her lips had a soft smile and the make up she wore just enhanced her looks.
He leaned over to Jack and asked who she was but his Villa captain didn't really know. It annoyed him, every time she appeared in different outfits and he still couldn't put the face to a name. But if anything he felt like he was completely in awe of you.
Tyrone was allowed backstage, he followed Jack and instantly looked around for the one person. Suddenly he felt someone bump into him.
‘Shit, I am so sorry’ a voice appeared.
He looked down and his eyes locked in with her.
‘I don't know how I didn't noticed the 6 foot something of you’ she jokes.
He felt like his world had stopped, he didn't want to be cliché but he only zoned in on her.
He laughs as he tells her not to worry. The two of them try and speak at the same time, Tyrone lets her speak, she claiming that she was a big fan of him and congratulating him on the recently squad call up for the Euros in the summer, he instantly thanking her and saying she was amazing in the show.
Before he could learn her name or anything, her agent appears and smiles at the footballer and tells him that she has to steal her away. He watches as she walks away, she gives him a small wave before disappearing. He tries to ask people around him who she was but none of them saw who he was talking about as if she was a complete imagination in his brain.
The next few days he tried to find her on IG,  he even questioning that she was actually real.
…..
It was the day of when England NT was going to a boxing event, they got invited and Southgate decided to give them a evening off to enjoy themselves and support the two big British boxers. If Tyrone was being honest he wasn't a big boxing fan, but he was excited. He listened to Dele and Madders bicker over who they were backing.
He listened to Madders say how YN was the better fighter, he claiming that she was a bad bitch. He managed to convince him to support her.
They were sat ring side and when they did the ring walk, Madder sat beside him and explained who was who, when the song blasted out and the first fighter came out looking like she was in the zone, she half heartedly touched the fans hands. She feeled herself in the ring, she rolled her shoulders and didn't look out in the audience. The music started again and YN appeared, Tyrone looked up on the screen and his breath hitched his throat as he realised that it was the model from like a month ago. He asked Madders and he nodded, claiming she is a 50/50 model and boxer. He was completely obsessed with how she looked like a complete beast in the ring. She was more of the showboat as she danced to the music in the ring and took in the Wembley stadium. And riled fans up as they chanted her name.
The fight started and very quickly made it clear that YN was superior, the more hits she managed to get, the more the crowd was deafening. Tyrone was so into it as he called out loads of support. After each round, she sat in her corner and her team seemed to more confident than the opposite corner who were quickly putting the Vaseline on the cuts and boosting her up.
Round five bell rang and the two walked towards each other, within seconds and the chance of an upper cut YN did it and instantly rocked the fighter, she jabbed her in the rib and then in the head and she fell on the floor. The ref instantly ran in and did the count down, Tyrone looked at YN who was rolling her shoulders and was completely unfazed. The ref blew his whistle, the crowd erupted and YN’s coach ran in and put her on his shoulders.
After the fight, Tyrone followed everyone backstage to meet the two fighters, you jumped off your chair and instantly greeted the boys, hoping they all enjoyed the show.
‘Good to see you again Mings’ she smiled and gently punching his arm.
‘Hi stranger’ he gushes.
The two of you talk, Tyrone excitedly talking about moments during the fight. He finally asking if he could take you out on a date which she instantly agrees as she thought he’d never ask.

<<<< Teaser
Signing onto EMI should have seemed like a dream come true, but it wasn’t. Not because you and your band had issues with the contract or the long hours spent in the recording studio, no, it was because of a certain drummer of a certain internationally known rock band that had been the absolute bane of your existence. You honestly had no idea how the two of you had gotten off on the wrong foot, maybe it was how loud your hot-headed drummer, Benny got when he was pissed off, or how Haz liked to play his guitar outside of the sound dampened recording studio or how your singer Joe sand loudly in the halls as the four of you left to go home, or maybe it was the fact that you told him you expected him to be much shorter from slouching behind his set. Come to think of it, it probably was the latter of the complaints you’ve gotten from the neighboring band.
The first time you met Roger Taylor was also your first day in the recording studio as an officially signed and contracted band. The group of you were leaving well past midnight, alcohol and cigarettes seemed to be the only way you four could make it through recording this late. As the group of you stumbled through the hallway, your laughter accompanied by Joe’s bass heavy vocals echoed loudly through the halls. Your troupe had just barely made your way to the first door before a head of messy blond hair and furrowed brows poked his head out from the neighboring recording room, “Would you shut your bloody traps, some of us are trying to record.” He snapped before loudly slamming the door behind him.
You and your bandmates froze, unsure of what to do or say. It wasn’t until Haz spoke up and shoved Joe “Yeah shut up, Joe.” He mocked while laughing. You couldn’t help but think of how familiar his face looked.
Just the thought of Roger Taylor was enough to make your mood sour for at least the next three hours. You frowned pushing the heavy doors to the outside open, inhaling the cool winter air. You needed to get out of that damn recording studio, it got so stuffy after having four people in there breathing the same air for hours at a time. You brought a cigarette to your lips and lit it, leaning against the brick building with your hands in your jacket pocket, the door next to you opened revealing your nemesis, Roger Taylor, much to your dismay. “Fuck now my cigarette is ruined.” You said blowing smoke out towards the air.
Roger rolled his eyes, “Piss off.” He retorted before walking past you and to his car to grab a few sets of spare sticks.
“Aw, not out here to join me for a smoke?” you joked.
Roger frowned and his face twisted into one of disgust “I’d rather eat a fist full of glass.” He spat at you bitterly.
You hummed taking a drag from your cigarette and blew the smoke directly in his face as he walked past you “Shame, we really could have bonded.”
Roger waved the smoke away from his face “Don’t you have to be a bitch somewhere else?”
Your face twisted as you stubbed your cigarette out with your boot “Don’t you have to bang on some pots and pans?” you retorted.
Roger rolled his eyes and pushed past you, throwing the door open and stomping down the hall. You waited a beat for him to make his way to Queen’s recording room before you followed suit. Seeing Roger Taylor in person was enough to sour your mood for a few days. You and your bad attitude made your way back to the studio, you loudly shut the door behind you which caught the attention of your bandmates. “What’s got you in a pissy mood?” Haz asked.
Benny smirked knowingly “You ran into roger while out on your smoke break, didn’t you?”
You huffed “I swear to god I’m going to fight his arrogant ass one of these days.” You said while pacing, too worked up to sit down.
Joe walked out of the booth “Well if you’re done brooding, get in and record your bass line for the song. We’ve been wasting time waiting for you to get back in.” He sounded almost as frustrated as you were.
You nodded, picking up your bass and walking into the booth, you put the headphones on and allowed for the music your bandmates had recorded previously to fill your eardrums as you added your bass line onto their unapologetically loud post-punk beats.
The music stopped and you looked up from your bass, “You sound like shit.” Benny said, “Not like good shit, but like actual shit.” He added.
Your jaw dropped, “Excuse me?” you sounded shocked, “What?” You really couldn’t wrap your head around what Benny had just told you.
Joe nodded his head and gave you a sympathetic smile along with a thumbs down, “You should make it… make it more slappy I guess?”
You scoffed “Slappy? What the hell is that supposed to mean?”
Benny clicked on the speaking button again “It means, make it sound slappy. Like this,” He said singing a bass like.
You nodded your head “Got it.” You said and waved your hand signaling them to roll the tape. You chewed on your lip and listened for a minute to think of something to play before you let your fingers fly down your frets and strings. When you finished you looked back up to the window “Slappy enough for you?”
“Fucking brilliant, per usual.” Haz complemented into the mic.
Movement in the background caught your attention though, you walked closer to the window and squinted your eyes trying to see into the poorly lit sound booth to the door. Where some tall figures stood “What’s going on back there?” You asked.
Haz shifted nervously in his seat “Don’t worry about it, we have other songs to do.” You could see him swallow thickly behind the glass that separated the two of you.
You were suspicious but he was right, “Fine, roll the bloody tape.” You were frustrated, frustrated with your shit takes, frustrated with Roger, frustrated with the fact you didn’t know what was going on from the outside of this stupid little box. Through the middle of your little recording session you saw your bandmates recongregate in front of the soundboard. They whispered and talked amongst themselves while the producer sat next to them obviously eavesdropping, you abruptly stopped “Are you going to tell me who was at the door? Or should I just keep playing and not having you pay attention.” You said bitterly.
Benny rolled his eyes and paused the recording, “If you really need to know, Freddie Mercury invited us to a gathering at his house later this evening.” He said waving an envelope in front of the window.
“You’ve got to be joking.” You said, letting go of your bass and allowing it to drop and hand loosely from the strap around your shoulder.
“Honest,” He said raising his hands defensively.
You took your headphones off and switched off the mic before screaming “You’ve got to be fucking kidding me.” From behind the soundproof booth, that did it. You rage had finally bubbled over, you shoved over the table holding your water, extra pics, and notes before breathing deeply and regathering yourself. “Let’s roll the fucking tape so we can get ready, yeah?” You said, as your bandmates looked at you with shocked expressions behind the glass. “You lot catching flies, or are we going to fucking record, let’s go.”
As you recorded your bandmates sat in an uncomfortable silence before one of them finally spoke “I’ve never seen [Y/N] that mad at anything in my life.” Haz started, leaning back in his chair.
Joe nodded his head, still listening intently but joining in on the conversation, “Yeah, but I bet it’s because she hasn’t gotten a proper lay in ages.”
Benny cracked open his beer and took a big gulp before grunting in agreement “You think she fancies Taylor?” he questioned.
“Yeah, but she can’t deal with her feelings, you know that. She’ll destroy this whole damn studio before she admits that.” Haz pointed out.
Benny nodded his head “Right, well I guarantee she is going to be piss drunk tonight, so I’ll keep an eye on her.”
---
After your litter outburst in the studio the boys decided to call it a day after your last take to allow for you all to go home and get ready for Freddie’s party, Ben would be making arounds later to pick everyone up but that wouldn’t be an issue considering he was also your roommate. You rifled through your closet, struggling to figure out what to wear. Your typical style didn’t seem grand enough for a Freddie Mercury party, but you made do with what you had and opted for comfort instead of sex appeal.
“Try not to fight anyone tonight.” Benny said as the two of you got into his small car.
You obviously knew what he was referencing but preferred to ignore it “I won’t, it’ll be fine, I’ve never been in a better mood.” You said and flashed him a fake cheesy smile.
Benny rolled his eyes knowing he would have his hands full tonight.
The drive to Freddie’s lavish home was surprisingly short, which you were grateful for seeing as sitting in the car was making you stir crazy. A pit of butterflies had formed in your stomach, but you had no idea why you had this sudden onset of nerves. You got along wonderfully with all of the other members of the famous rock and roll band and often times would ring up John Deacon for advice on your playing. You didn’t mind his bluntly honest critiques or his back handed complements that would make any other person run and cry. You were not any other person in the sense that you and John were very similar in that sense. Being the bassists in your respective bands meant you had to stand up for yourself otherwise you would get pushed to the background and often forgotten about by fans. It was your mutual understanding for the struggles of being bassists and strong drinkers that caused your professional friendship to form.
The group of you made your way to Freddie’s front door and were let in by nicely dressed doormen, and the scene before you was unlike anything you could have imagined. You knew his parties were the stuff of legends, but a party of this stature could rival even the great Jay Gatsby. You quickly lit a cigarette and took a glass of expensive white wine from one of the waitstaffs’ trays, promptly downing the small glass and handing it back to them, “Shall we?” You asked nodding your head into the large crowd of people before you.
Before you knew it, your bandmates had been swallowed by the crowd, causing you to lose sight of them and anyone else you may have recognized as a matter of fact. You meandered through the crowd towards the bar where you saw a familiar head of iconic curly hair, “Brian!” You said, greeting him with a friendly embrace which he returned. “It’s so nice to see you outside of the recording studio.” You jokingly said.
He laughed and nodded his head, “Yeah same to you.” He took a sip from his drink, “I heard you and Roger got into another little spat.” He could see the remanence of frustration behind your cheerful expression.
Your smile quickly dropped and was replaced by rolling eyes and deep sigh, “Did he tell you that?” You asked, you could feel your frustration boiling over.
“You know he’s sensitive about his drumming.” Brian chimed in with a smirk, oh did he love stirring the pot between the two of you.
“Well I’m sensitive about being called a bitch.” You said quickly swallowing the mixed drink your ordered, hoping the alcohol would ease your frustration.
Brian’s lips quirked into a sympathetic smile, “I’m sure he didn’t mean it.”  That was a lie and both of you knew it.
You nodded, already nursing your next drink, these bartenders really did work at inhuman speeds “Right,” You said not believing his lie, “Where’s Fred and John?” You quipped.
“What, not curious about where the fourth member is?” Brian pressed, your silence caused him to put his hands up defensively “Only taking the piss.” He said, still smiling “Freddie is out back, and John is God knows where.”
You nodded your head before ordering another drink, back up if you will, and bidding Brian farewell before you pushed your way through the crowd to greet the host. Freddie was having a good time, per usual. You waved hello to him from the crowd of people, he yelled something you couldn’t hear over the music and reached for your hand pulling you into a warm friendly hug which you awkwardly returned given your hands were full. You handed Freddie your empty drink glass “What should I do with this?” You asked, he responded by taking the glass from your hand and throwing it out into the crowd of people, causing you to laugh while nursing your next drink.
You and Freddie laughed in your mutual drunken states “You know, darling, when Roger came back into the studio and mentioned how you said something about him banging on pots and pans I nearly died from laughter.” He said remembering the flushed and angry expression on his drummer’s face. “You know what I think?” He asked leaning into talk to you, you sipped your drink, looking up at Freddie wide eyed and pressing him to continue speaking “I think the two of you should fuck.”
You choked on your drink, coughing it all over the front of your shirt and wiping the dribble from your chin “What!” You asked in a shrill voice.
Freddie let out a bellowing laugh, “It would be brilliant, the two of you need a good fuck anyways.” He said trailing off at the end and taking a large sip from his highball glass.
“I can’t believe you would even suggest I sleep with that arrogant asshole.” You were honestly kind of offended that Freddie would group you with one of Roger’s lowly groupies.
“Hear me out, love.” He said, his stance wavering from the alcohol “Roger has had such a stick up his ass after quitting smoking and the divorce. I don’t think he’s gotten any decent pussy since we toured in the 80s and you? I don’t ever see you going home with any sort of eye candy.”
You rolled your eyes before you finished off your drink and set your glass on a table, “I don’t get any I’m the only female in a mostly male punk band, Fred.” You pointed out, using your now empty hands to light a cigarette, “I’m not even a lead, I just play bass.” You said blowing smoke out into the night sky.
“Oh rubbish, you’re a damn good bassist or John wouldn’t even give you the time of say.” What Freddie said was true. While John was harsh in his critiques, you knew it was only because he saw the raw talent you had.
You nodded your head only half listening to Freddie, your mind still caught up on trying to imagine how sex with Roger Taylor would be. A bitter frown crossed your lips, you would never fuck Roger Taylor, “I need a refill.” You huffed before promising Fred you would come back immediately after your drink. You pushed your way through the crowd, your arm raised as to not burn anyone with your lit cigarette. You tried desperately to find your bandmates, but alas due to the large crowd it was no use.
Either way, you needed another drink.
You quickly made you way to the bar back inside the house and ordered a shot of whiskey and chased it with a full beer before you ordered another mixed drink. The copious amounts of alcohol you had consumed were finally catching up to you, your face felt hot and flushed and your skin tingled delightfully. You hummed, sipping your drink and making your way to the bathroom to finally break the seal. After checking several of the first-floor bathrooms, only to find their handles locked you frowned in frustration and made your way up the stairs to the second level of Freddie’s mansion before you finally found an unlocked bathroom. You promptly went in and relieved yourself as you exited you ran into a surprisingly firm body, sloshing your drink and theirs on each other’s respective shirts “Who invited you here?” The voice sent a chill of frustration up your spine and to your alcohol flushed face.
You looked up, locking eyes with an equally intoxicated Roger Taylor, you huffed moving to push past him “Freddie did, the other members of your group actually seem to enjoy my company.” You said, once again moving to squeeze past him. Your efforts were to no avail, as he had firmly planted both hands on either side of the door, trapping you in the bathroom. “Get out of my way.” You said impatiently, crossing your arms over your chest.
“You’re always a right cunt you know that?” he said in a matter of fact tone.
You grit your teeth and clenched your drink harder “You’re the one that’s the cunt, maybe it’s all that groupie pussy that’s ruined your respect for women.”
Roger scoffed, here he was, nearly forty years old and throwing insults at some newbie punk rocker. “I don’t know if I’d call you a woman, maybe a failed guitarist sure, but a woman or lady not so much.” He said crossing his arms over his chest giving you a smug look.
“I think your sticks are too far up your ass, Taylor,” You spoke as you pushed past him. Before you had time to react you felt hands on your shoulders pushing you hard against with wall causing you drop the glass in your hands, allowing it to shatter on the ground and the breath to escape from your lungs, you groaned but didn’t know if it was from the pain of your back colliding with the wall behind you or from the adrenaline you felt rising in your veins and stomach.
Roger’s strong hands held you firmly against the wall and his calloused fingertips brushed against the skin on your collar causing a light shutter to run through your body “I have half a mind to shut you up right here.” He threatened, his usually bright blue eyes now clouding over with something much darker.
You didn’t know if it was the alcohol or the pressure of having his knee right between your legs, but you felt a sudden boldness “Do it,” You pressed, articulating your words and hoping to get a rise out of him.
With that, he pressed his lips against you with force, causing your teeth to clank together and your head to fall back, knocking against the wall. His roughness causing a sultry moan to slip from your lips, “You’re pathetic.” He hissed pulling your hair and tilting your head to expose your neck and leaving hot opened mouth kisses along your jawline to your neck where he harshly bit down causing you to shove him back.
Roger gripped tightly to your hips causing the two of you to stumble backwards from the force of your push “Take me to a bedroom and fuck me already.” You said impatiently. Freddie wouldn’t mind if the two of you had a quick romp in the sheets in one of his many bedrooms, after all he was the one that instigated the whole thing.
The two of you stumbled, a mess of tangled and drunken limbs as you fell back into the first open bedroom you could find. Roger flipped on the light switch, not breaking the kiss and revealing a large well decorated room with an equally large bed in the middle. He shut the door behind him with one arm and shoved you back onto the bed with the other. Your eyes caught your reflection in the side mirror, your hair was a mess accompanied by smeared make up and eyes clouded with lust.
You quickly slipped your boots off and lifted your hips to help Roger take your pants off. Quickly, he flipped you over and pushed you forward. You adjusted yourself, ass in the air and legs spread showing off your already wet pussy. Roger groaned looking at it and ran a finger through your slick folds “You truly are pathetic, you know that, [Y/N]? I’ve barely touched you and here you go making a mess all over Freddie’s sheets.” He inserted two fingers into you agonizingly slow and licked his lips feeling the tightness of you engulf him, “A shit bassist, shit song writer, shit musician, shit person…” He emphasized each of his words with the slow lazy thrusting of his fingers. You let out a choked sob, desperate for him to give you more, “What was that?” He asked smugly, “If you want to get fucked, you’re going to have to be louder for me.” He said before pulling his fingers out leaving you feeling empty.
You pushed back against hand, “No-” you said sharply. You spread your legs further and arched your back “Please,” you hated how he had complete control over the situation, but at the same time loved it.
“Please what?” He asked swiping the head of his cock between your damp folds, intently watching as your juices coated him.
“Fuck me.” You said softly, clenching the bedsheets.
He raised his hand and placed a sharp smack on your ass causing you to jolt “Ah, fuck. Just stick it in already Roger.” You hissed.
Without warning the blond lined up to your entrance and pushed in, not giving you time to adjust. He let out a choking groan, not expecting you to be as tight as you were, “Fucking Christ.” He hissed snapping his hips against yours with purpose.
You gripped the bedsheets and cried out, feeling him stretch your walls unapologetically. There was no foreplay and no care in how either of you handled each other, just wanton need mixed with the mutual resentment you had for each other.
Roger propped one of his legs up to angle deeper into you and leaned over, pushing the side of your face into the mattress as he relentlessly pounded into you, years upon years of frustration he couldn’t hold back. He fucked his failed marriage, arguments with the band, cigarette cravings, and the comments you made about how shitty you thought his drumming was into you as he drove you into the mattress. Your legs shook and eyes rolled into the back of your head from the pleasure you received from the new angle and you let out a string of garbled words neither of you could understand. “This whole party can probably hear how much of a slut you are.” He said slipping his thumb into your mouth to which you greedily sucked on, “I didn’t expect you to have such a tight pussy” He huffed and groaned feeling your walls flutter against him, “’Cos you seemed like such an easy lay.” He let out a breathless laugh, knowing how right he was.
Your arms had given out and were sprawled out in front of you and drool had started to dribble down your chin from Roger’s thumb pressing down on your tongue forcing your mouth open to hear your sinful cries, you knew your legs weren’t going to hold you up much longer and Roger knew that as well.
He quickly pulled out and flipped you over onto your back in a less than graceful manor before he hitched your legs over his hips and pushed himself back in, continuing his relentless pace. You reached your hand into his hair and tugged roughly on his while your other hand raked its nails down his back causing him to arch into your touch and his movement to faulter.
You were surprised to feel a hand slip between your legs and begin rubbing rough circles around your clit, guess chivalry wasn’t dead after all, you squirmed against his touch the stimulation almost becoming too much for you to handle. Your walls twitched, clamping down around Roger, earning a shuttering moan from him.
You were both close.
“R-Rog…” You let out a stuttering moan feeling your climax building in your gut.
“Come on, you can’t be that daft, use your words.” He huffed, gripping your chin to make you face him, “I want this whole party to know who’s fucked you by the time I’m done.” He said through gritted teeth.
You opened your eyes and your mouth hung ajar, breathing heavily as you made eye contact with the mess of a man before you. Roger’s shirt had ridden up, and his pants were half pulled down and accompanied by sweaty and matted hair, you hated how the look in his eyes caused your walls to clamp down hard on his cock, squeezing him as you reached your climax, yelling his name with a hoarse and cracked voice for the whole party downstairs to hear, and the face he made as clenched your thighs and hip and reached his own, releasing hot spurts of come into you. He hunched over you, letting out shaky breaths as he worked you through your orgasm. He hated you but wasn’t a monster.
Roger stopped and swallowed thickly while trying to catch his breath, you glanced over at the mirror seeing red scratched zig zagging on his back and sat in silence, wondering which one of you would cave first and break it. The drummer pulled out of you and tried to hide the whimper that escaped him at the feeling of your tight walls clenching around his sensitive cock but failed, before he tucked himself back into his pants, “Still think you’re a bitch.” He said tucking his shirt back into his pants and tightening his belt.
“You’re a shit lay.” You tried to insult as you got up, steps wavering and some of the evidence of your prior actions leaking down the inside of your thigh.
Roger bit his lip at the sight and watched you pull your pants up, “Right and the whole crowd downstairs couldn’t hear your pathetic voice five minutes ago.” He said before turning to leave, giving you a short wave “Ta,” he said and left, walking downstairs with no shame.
Your hips ached as you walked to the bathroom to clean yourself up, you hated how that was your first penetrative orgasm, and you hated the ache between your legs, and you hated the smug look on Roger’s face after he left because the both of you knew he was probably the best lay you’ve had. But you couldn’t find it in you to be angry, not while in your post orgasm haze. You walked down the steps, taking it easy, and made your way to the bar and ordered a mixed drink to quench your thirst, desperately hoping that the stares you received weren’t because these strangers knew you just had been fucked so hard you could still feel the muscles in your legs twitching or that you could still feel the remains of your and Roger’s essence leaking out of you even after you cleaned yourself off.
You ordered a shot and a beer, quickly down the shot and moved to drink the beer before it was taken from your hands. You turned to see Freddie nursing what used to be your beer with a knowing smirk on his face, “[Y/N],” He said in a sing song voice.
“I didn’t fuck Roger” You said defensively.
Freddie grinned and handed you back your beer which you promptly drank out of “I didn’t say that, but you just confirmed.” He nudged your side, “Was it good? You know I caught Roger walking down the steps and he flashed me this grin.” He paused to order a drink, “And you know what I said to myself? I said, oh no Roger only makes that face after he fucked a good cunt. Then what do you know” He shrugged in an animated fashion “I see none other than you, darling, walking down the stairs, stiff as a board.” Freddie was about to continue rambling before you cut him off.
“I hate him.” You said placing a cigarette between your lips and lighting it, inhaling deeply.
Freddie practically ignored your comment, “But it was good wasn’t it?” Your silence was all he needed to answer “See!” He pointed out.
As the night continued so did your consumption of alcohol, you felt your drink being taken out of your hands and a blurry figure and closed on eye to focus your vision. It was a very pissed off Benny, “Where have you been? I haven’t seen you since we got here.” He said, drinking your drink.
You whined and leaned onto Benny’s chest “Hey, I was drinking that.” Your words slurred together.
“You look like a mess.” He said wrapping an arm around you to help steady your poor balance, your make up was smeared, hair a mess, clothes wrinkled. But thankfully your drunken state covered for your earlier romp in the sheets. “We have to go home,” He said pulling you along, “Come on.”
Your steps wavered as you began walking out “Wait,” You said abruptly stopping, “I have to say bye to Fred.”
Benny rolled his eyes “You’ve been with Fred all night, I’m sure he’ll understand that we need to leave.” You let out a whiney protest, “It’s 4am, [Y/N]” he said as if pointing out the early hour in the morning was going to make you want to leave more.
You huffed, crossing your arms over your chest and firmly stood your ground, “Fine, for god’s sake Joe go find Freddie.” Benny said running a frustrated hand through his hair.
To you what seemed like hours but was truly minutes passed and Freddie was before you, and equally as drunk mess as you were, hanging off Jim’s shoulder. The two of you held each other in a drunken embrace and Freddie kissed your cheek goodbye before Benny pulled you off.
As Benny and Joe practically pushed you into the car you caught sight of a familiar blonde who was also about to leave, you rolled your window down “Hey!” You shouted, catching Taylor’s attention “You’re a bitch!” You shouted, to which he flipped you the finger and yelled ‘fuck off’ as you and your bandmates drove away.
After dropping off your two other bandmates at home Benny draped your arm across his back and held you at the waist, as you struggled to stand. “’M gonna puke.” You said feeling your stomach doing flips and a sudden cold chill crawl up your spine and settle where your ears and jaw connected. You moved to kneel on the soft grass on the side of your parking area and your hair fell around your face as you retched, trying to use your arms to hold yourself up, they were so tired and your elbows jerked, threatening to give out.
Benny pulled your hair back, seeing a large and deep mark of varying shades of red and purple on your neck, “What the fuck is this?” He asked poking the side of your neck when you finished puking and started to regain your breath. You wiped your mouth with the back of your hand and mumbled some incoherent words, “What?” He asked again.
“I fucked Roger!” You said loudly, sitting back on the concrete.
“Ssshhh,” He said putting a hand over your mouth “You’re going to wake the whole bloody neighborhood.”
You swayed in your seated position and fell into Benny’s chest, “I fucked Roger,” You said in a loud whisper.
“Yeah, I got that much.” Benny said, hooking his arms under your shoulders and pulling you up with him, the two of you made the long arduous walk to up to your apartment building. Benny laid you in your bed and unlaced your boots, you let out a huff still frustrated with yourself, “Was it good at least?” your roommate asked while handing you a glass of water.
You sat up in your bed and gulped it down “Yes,” you said in a defeated voice “But it doesn’t change anything, I still can’t stand the bloody prick.”
Benny hummed “Right,” He said nodding his head and taking the glass from your hands, “We can talk more about this in a few hours, the birds are chirping.”
---
When you awoke a few hours later you groaned, clutching your head feeling the insistent pounding of a hangover rattling through you and an ache between your legs, “Shit,” You said out loud remembering your actions from the night before. You got out of bed seeing you were still in last night clothes and slipped into an oversized tee shirt and put on some sunglasses to help shield your eyes from the bright light of day before you shuffled out of your bedroom and into the bathroom to find something to curb your headache.
You grabbed the pill bottle of over the counter pain killer and made your way to the kitchen for a glass of water and were greeted by your bandmates all in your living room. You opened your mouth to issue an apology for being a drunken mess last night but before you could get words out Joe interrupted you “Don’t worry, Haz puked all over the nice tile near Freddie’s pool right before we left so you weren’t the worst off.” Haz hid his face bashfully and nodded at you feeling your pain.
You grabbed a glass of water and made yourself comfortable in your usual spot in the living room, not caring that you weren’t wearing pants. You were comfortable enough with your bandmates and paid half the rent here so you really should be able to do whatever you damn well pleased in the place you called home. Much to your dismay you were already thrown a heap of questions “So I heard you fucked Roger last night.” Joe said bluntly.
You paused bringing your glass of water to your mouth to drink and were thankful your sunglasses hid your expression, “Yeah we fucked. What of it?” You asked defensively.
Joe made a face and put his hands up, “I was only making conversation.” He muttered bringing up his cup of tea before drinking it.
You were not going to hear the end of it.

30 Days of Autism Acceptance 2021: Day 10
April 10th: How important is representation to you? Is the representation that is out there generally good or bad? What is your favorite piece of representation? What you like to see more of in autism representation? What would you like to see less of?
I think representation of autistic people matters, because it can help us feel seen and fight the stigma and ignorance about autism itself (as long as the representation is well-made and isn’t full of harmful stereotypes). Not to mention, I don’t think it’s realistic to only represent allistic/NT people in media considering how many of us are around. However, it’s important to note that not every autistic person in the world can be represented by just one character, movie, book or whatever, because autism is a spectrum and no two autistic people are entirely the same. Basically... if you’ve seen one autistic person, you’ve seen one autistic person.
I admit I haven’t seen a lot of media with explicit or confirmed autistic characters, so I’m not too sure if autism representation is generally good or bad. I can only say that some of it is pretty good (at least, from what I’ve heard), and some of it is just awful (*cough* Music *cough*). What I’d like to see more of is autistic female characters, LGBT+ characters and characters of color, as well as characters who just happen to be autistic (because I believe that as much as autism is a part of who we are, it’s just one part of us). What I’d like to see less of is autistic characters that are just there to be “inspirational” or something like that.

Final Fantasy VII Remake: Details Regarding Demo
Okay, I watched Maximilian_DOOD’s  FFVII Remake video. I have no idea if anyone did this yet, but I went ahead and watched the three-hour video of his and since I saw a lot of people saying they only watched bits and pieces, I went ahead and wrote notes for what he said through the entire thing.
* First, he said specifically that the developers said that the older actors (Steve Burton, George Newbern, etc) will still be used for the cameo games they’re currently involved in. So Square still intends for Steve to voice Cloud in Dissidia NT and the like. Now, Max could have heard this wrong, but that’s what he said in his video. He said that the developers were very clear on the reasoning being that they want the remake to be it’s “own thing” not connected to the rest. So uh, goodbye to the compilation once again.
* We already know this, but Max said that the developers emphasized that the game is being worked on by people that were fans and grew up with FFVII. An interview from last year said they were looking for this type of employees, so this makes sense.
* Max got really emotional at this part (and I don’t blame him), but he said that the developers pull up fan reaction videos as a sort of morale boost to the development team.
* He said that there’s A LOT of tension between Barret and Cloud and that you can tell none of them trust Cloud and that almost makes you not want to trust Cloud, too. He also said Barret and Cloud butt-heads the entire time.
* Barret, Wedge, Jessie, and Biggs use Cloud as a distraction while they sneak into the Reactor. For example, Cloud walks in and sees all four of them hiding behind a wall, then suddenly Jessie whistles and the guards all attack Cloud, and as Cloud fights off the guards by himself, they sneak ahead. So basically, Cloud’s role as the hired muscle is REALLY emphasized this time around.
* Jessie BIG TIME flirts with Cloud. In the OG she is more timid and shy, but from what Max recalls, she’s open about her interest in Cloud, saying stuff like “Let’s hope he fights as good as he looks” (something along those lines).
* He said there is no Tifa or Aerith in any of the demo or the special extended demo that only a select few got to see.
* Cloud’s a total asshole at this point in the game. When Wedge comes up to Cloud and says how happy he is to be working together, Cloud cuts him off and says something along the lines of “When this is over, we’re never talking again.”
* Cloud gets two flashbacks/Jenova scenes from the footage he saw. The last being just a single black feather falling to the floor.
* He says the music is “f*cking amazing” and better than anything he’s heard from the FF series.
* Cloud has battle gimmicks. One of them being a more like “heavy” mode, where Cloud will hold his sword up and walk slower (which I’m assuming is a defense mode) and the other mode where he’s swifter in attacks and more nimble.
* He specifically said the dialogue and performances were very “organic” and that there was no robotic deliveries or awkward lines or pauses between characters. He said that there’s so much banter between the characters that it feels very very human.
* Cloud will say snarky comebacks while in battle. For example, one of the guards says to Cloud “you don’t stand a chance” and Cloud says “That’s my line” as he pulls out the Buster Sword. He said this part was really cool.
* He said that the entire thing felt very cinematic and seamless, with no load screens or weird pauses.
* Another person he spoke to said that he heard Barret sing the victory fanfare after a victory and Cloud will say something like “Shut up” in an irritated tone.
* He said from what he saw there is no post-victory screen, instead the items and stuff all pop up on the side of the screen in a transparent fashion.
* For battles, he said that it felt as though Cloud and Barret were capable of delivering combos in attacks. Like you can make Cloud do some strikes with his sword, activate the slow-mode, than switch over to Barret and have him do his moves and it seems to add more damage to the enemy. Cloud will also jump into the air to attack enemies that are slightly above him.
That’s pretty much it. He just said that this is the best game he’s ever seen at E3 and that it’s indescribably good and that the only way you can understand what he’s saying is if you play it yourself.
He didn’t say whether or not there were still optional dialogues, though. He also said while Materia is in the game, we don’t get to use any or explore it.
From what I heard from his video, I’m pretty damn excited.
