Raine being the one to help hunter with the phantom pains of his many scars and vice versa with hunter helping Raine

Literally every character in dungeon meshi gets mischaracterized and whatever whatever it happens it’s inevitable I’ll move on. It’s just really sad to see the way Mithrun is sometimes portrayed cause he’s such a cool character!!

He used to secretly be a Huge Asshole and thought poorly of those around him (this is one of my favorite aspects about him) but he was really just insecure and struggled with jealousy. He’s now outwardly an asshole because he’s blunt and no longer has the ability to care if it hurts people’s feelings. It matters to him that other people don’t fall victim to the demon. He’s thoughtful.

He’s strong!!!! He’s smart and analytical. He became the captain of the canaries after his recovery. The thing that motivated him to recover was because all be wanted was to rejoin the canaries. When he met the demon, his deepest desire was to live a life where he never joined the canaries to begin with. He didn’t even want that much, and that’s why the demon’s appetite wasn’t satisfied. The demon intentionally left him with the desire for revenge so that he would have a reason to come back, fresh with new desires. He wants to make noodles. He wants to make noodles!

It's not only sexy af but REAL bi/queer representation, which isn't half-assed or noncommittal, that Buck explicitly is hot for Tommy over masculine things. decided to reblog this since i'm bored as hell and wanna share my own, here's my bullshit guys!1 (warning its very random and dumb and i hate it sooo much)

Zim has a really diverse music taste, he'll listen to Venetian Snares but also scream the lyrics to Dancing Queen

Zim and Dib have a partial friendship, though a lot of it is teasing (Zim using his PAK arms to poke Dib, Dib calling him roach and Zim responding with "Dibshit", shit like that)

Zim would either swear incredibly freely or completely avoid it

Tying in with the pastry headcanon, he'll eat anything as long as it has a high sugar content (He also likes the taste of greasy things like fast food but avoids it because of the, well, grease)

He has huge soft-spot for Gir, despite not treating him the best. (from what i've seen so far, please spare me i'm on the episode about the fucking moose) He'll sacrifice his own enjoyment for Gir's pretty quickly

Dib and Zim have had at least one sleepover (it being Gir's idea, completely made possible by him via intense begging) and stayed up all night exchanging rants about each other's species' and how dumb they are (then collapsed on one big, collective caffeine crash at about six AM)

Dib has a weird apprehension around rubber piggies that he can't explain, if you toss one in his direction he'll scream

Keef once dramatically professed his love for zim in front of everyone (flowers a huge ass speech etc) and zim promptly threw up and beat Keef up after school for embarrassing him. Keef though he was playing hard to get (he was not. There was no love involved whatsoever.)

Zim fucking loves earth pastries, he will postpone his “evil plans” if dib bribes him with a couple of cupcakes.

^ when zim, gaz and dib were at a state fair, zim entered a pie eating contest, he just wanted pie, but it was the worst thing dib and gaz ever witnessed, he ate 3 pies in 5 minutes. It looked like the dark harvest but with blueberry pies. Dib still can’t eat pie, but zim did win.

Zim actually likes girs soap waffles, he just eats them in moderation

Since doughnuts are rarities for the tallest, the first time zim had a doughnut was when letter M brought them in for his birthday, zim was confused, ate it, and promptly cried at how delicious it was, like full on nearly sobbing, (his classmates were like “BRO?” “Is you good??!!”)

Membrane once invited zim over for dinner, because “he’s such a polite young man! With his passion for science, he’s a wonderful influence for you dib!” And zim was well behaved, dib however…..

Gaz and zim once played cuphead together, after fighting over who got to be cuphead (gaz won) they played… two dumbasses with anger problems playing a rage game…. Membrane and dib curled into a corner and cried of fear

Zim can cook actually really well because his time on foodcourtia, he just does not like to. He once cooked for a schools bake sale and dib accused him of buying it.

Zim hacked into the membranes Netflix account, and for some reason it cannot be removed, like he hardwired it into the account.

Zim and gaz and GIR Play video games together, (Minecraft, Roblox, supersmash bros, Mario kart and animal crossing are their specialties) “GAZ DONT CONSPIRE WITH THE ENEMIES!!” “Shut the fuck up GIR just found diamonds and if we don’t get to him he’s gonna die and lose them in lava”
