Turns out doing my physical therapy makes me feel better within like less than a few hours of of doing it! Who knew?

Too bad it takes an hour, hurts, and I'm incapable of forming habits so even if I remember it every day for several weeks I could forget it one day by accident and then forget it even exists for several months! What the fuck!

That must have kept him awake all night.
