back early from camping!!! it was very nice and sunny, and I got to go swimming and paddle boarding too! sucks that things went wrong (something happened with the electrical system and the battery in the trailer died), but it’s all good :3

requests on my side blog will still be closed, BUT only for today! I just wanna take some time to rest and relax before opening the proverbial floodgates.

also enjoy some pictures of these 2 dogs I’m walking as a job :) the reddish one is named Fox, and the black and brown one is named Dante

hiiiiii we're still alive, here's some dogs I photograph'd

So I work in hotels, of course, and back in 2018-2019ish, I befriended one of my long-term guests Gary, we bonded through Pokemon Go lol, he was an older guy but a total nerd, and we just clicked. He was there for work and eventually had to move to a different location, but last year he came back, and we got even closer, I introduced him to my partner Eli, who in turn introduced him to a ton of Korean dishes, he met the pups, and even helped us do some repairs around the house, he was around for well over a year and we had a blast hanging out with him.

He had to check out again as the job was finished a couple months ago, but he came back a couple weeks later with his wife and their two Aussies, Jinx and Kai, and we went on a hike together! I took quite a few photos of his pups, and these are some of those images (and yes, he compensated me for the photos as he's a really good guy)!

Kai is the blue merle and Jinx is the red tri! Pazuzu went on the hike too. :)

It was very interesting posing and photographing dogs that aren't accustomed to being in front of a camera, lol! Aren't they cute, though?! I have a lot of shots from that day so you guys might glimpse more of these two on this blog as I edit and upload them places, so here's your introduction to my friend Gary's kiddos, photographed by me!

it's always so fascinating and heartbreaking when a character in a story is simultaneously idolized and abused. a chosen prophet destined for martyrdom. a child prodigy forced to grow up too fast. a powerful warrior raised as nothing but a weapon. there's just something so uniquely messed up about singing someone's praises whilst destroying them.
