Giving Arthur body hair in you last picture was such a power move and I’m surprised not many other people depict him with it. How do you imagine his body type in your art style?

I was going to try and describe something but honestly I'm so bad at words that I thought I'd just draw something (I threw Fran in for free because I'm nothing if not predictable ✨)

How I imagine his body type honestly depends on how I'm feeling at any given moment (I am partial to the occasional twinkland I'm SORRY but even then I'd give him a lil tummy because I think it is cute ❤️)

At the minute, I'm kinda digging him being wide and muscular but also kinda short? While Fran is lithe and narrow and full of curves. I see them as around the same height but most of the time Fran appears taller because he has at least an inch on Arthur (under his heels) and Arthur is tired™ - it is impossible for him to stand up straight. Maybe when Fran is barefoot and Arthur stands at his full height, he could even look a little taller than Francis. As a treat.

Part of me is also imagining him looking frumpy in his old misshapen jumpers, but then he takes them off and you're like 😳 like you know how in The Simpsons, Ned just looks like a pudgy middle aged man when he’s wearing his jumper but then underneath he’s secretly ripped. Like that. Though that is more for comedy's sake. In reality, I prefer him to have a little pudge 💖 Francis also needs a lil fupa (it's where his womb is 🫃)
