New outfit! Or, actually, a repurposed old one that happens to be Lana's signature look from SoR. I've mentioned it once before, but since Eight's clothes melted off in the carbonite, she gave her old set to him after KOTXX as a show of good faith, hoping that it would act as a deterrent to other Sith and that he could go with her authority if he dressed in something representing her, as he was very much Lana's "hand" since Ziost.

Besides that, she (and Theron) started to fuss over him post-KOTXX after their relationship veered into more personal areas beyond a mere boss and underling, and they started to actually become friends, not just a handler and weapon. Lana often expressed frequent concern that he wasn't wearing enough armor in battle (as an Echani who can only wear revealing or light armor), so she'd often try to shield him and his modesty with her cape; gifting the rest of her armor was bound to happen regardless of how much clothing Eight was wearing on a given day....or how irritated Lana was by him not listening to her recommendations, again.

Trying to make the most cursed fankid of all time by pasting parts together, and Chimeron (Cameron + Chimera) was born. If you read my other post, you'll know that I was just being a big goof. There's no shipping, no story, just cold hard silliness.

But then something happened. I drew this purposefully annoying/complicated design more than once and. I kind of like him. Because I'm dumb. But... What would I even do with him. Who would take care of him. Is there an orphanage for abandoned fankids he can go to? lmao. Someone help him.

I have no idea what any of the cast would think of Chimeron, but I did imagine Tails making him some kind of prosthetic that evens out his leg lengths to something more manageable. I could also see him adapting pretty okay to his odd anatomy without it, though. Look at those eyes! They're the eyes of a resilient lil guy!!

Some thoughts about Sweetheart and the whole Hero dating show thing

It's such a messy thing, because everything was essentially caused based on a misunderstanding.

Hero didn't know it was going to be a dating show, and if he DID, he would've never went on it.

Sweetheart assumed everyone on the show was there because they wanted to be her "suitor".

I can understand Sweetheart trying to rationalize Hero not being interested in her as just jealousy. She had been doing this show for quite a while, with suitors most likely only being sprout moles. Not to mention, her fans (the sprout moles) constantly boosted her confidence until it was sky high. Being rejected on her own dating show, when she finally found someone who's not a godamn sprout mole is not only embarrassing, but also world breaking for her.

This isn't to say Hero is wrong for rejecting her! He is completely in the right to do so and he's so real for that. It's just that they both clashed on this without understanding the others perspective in this situation. I won't expand on Hero's perspective, since we, as the player, got a pretty nice explanation of it.

Another thing I'd like to point out - Sweetheart is a duchess (as stated in the foe facts).

Why do I bring this up you may ask? Embarrassing a duchess in public is a pretty big offense, especially if you're not a noble yourself.

Getting sent to a dungeon that feels more like a complicated escape room is a really minor punishment considering everything.

I think I'll talk about how Hero's rejection could've made Sweetheart gain some really good character development another time.

TL,DR: The whole "dungeon" segment of the game was caused by a major misunderstanding between Sweetheart and Hero.
