Sometimes I forget my gender is on the nonbinary spectrum (genderflux demiboy) and I think, “wow, this nonbinary person’s feelings and experiences are so similar to mine, more so than binary trans people’s” then I remember yeah. Because I’m not a binary trans guy. How do I keep forgetting this?

I have seen r/bropill being praised on transmasc subreddits for their acceptance of trans and queer men so I lurked for a while and decided to just say, in a comment, that as a non-binary trans man I could relate with feeling my masculinity affirmed by doing things that are not seen as "traditionally" masculine, got downvoted and asked "how the hell does one identify as both non binary and a trans man".

I love not being allowed to exist peacefully outside of my "niche" be it online or IRL lmao what a pleasure.

Ngl I find it kinda weird I have to go out of my way to find Transmasc content, like even then there'll be a ton of spam posts in the tags

Like it may just be something weird that's happening to just me (I fully accept that as a possibility) but even on tiktok (when I still used it), Transmasc content would never appear on my fyp, I had to go search for it despite spending hours curating my feed to it

This happens on insta too (of course lol), and even tumblr

I never get Transmasc content on my dash despite following beings that post Transmasc content exclusively, and all of the tags

The only really trans content I get is general stuff or trans woman posts (no hate to y'all ofc, don't take this the wrong way please TwT, I'm just a lil frustrated that I'm not seeing content related to me, you're all beautiful, yes even you reading this, especially you)

Like it doesn't bother me too much but it is strange considering that usually when I follow a tag I get a bunch of content on my dash related to it, but that didn't even happen with these tags

Wtf do you do when your shoulders are broad compared to your chest size when trying to get a binder? Gc2b? Have to size up to a large and it doesn't compress well and chest won't stay put.

Underworks? Way too stiff and they don't fit right even before my shoulders were as broad as they are and before testosterone shrank my chest some

Sports bras? Yeah same issue. My chest SWIMS in those and I mainly just wear them to prevent a bunch of movement and for the sense of security

Legit my chest is like 33/34 inches and my shoulders are like 18 inches wide and I never thought until the last few years that that was uh..broad??

Do I really have to save up for a custom made binder? I won't ever be able to afford that on my own 😭. I recently got emailed by point of pride to pick a binder after my 1 year wait finally came to an end and I'm going to try "For Them" but I'm terrified as usual.
