good ways to avoid binge eating: drink water watch a movie make a list of ur trigger foods - really helps dont go near, smell, watch anything with food have coffee or tea (no sugar, creamer/milk, or honey) dont turn to carbs stay strong exercise sleep

I did so much better today. I nearly had one of the cupcakes my nan brought but I actually listened to my body and realised that I wasn’t hungry. Did I need that cupcake? No. So I didn’t have it. That took a lot of me to not have it but I resisted netherless and ana is very happy with me right now because of it. The control feels so eurphoric.

🍂 Ways to reward yourself after losing weight which doesnt involve food for a treat🍂
🍁 Face Mask-Try a new face treatment like the charcoal mask that cleares your skin.
🍁 Get a peircing- Instead of putting something in your body how about a new modification *I recently got my nose done*
🍁 Nail Salon- Acrylics or gel for a new style.
🍁Hair Dye- Treat yoself! New weight new you.
🍁 Shopping Trip- Clothes or just walking around window shopping with a diet coke *which will help burn calories without realising*.
🍁 A You Day- No exercise, no doing anything aside from a relaxing day to yourself with netflix.
🍁 Coffee Meet- If you haven't met with friends for a while go to costa and get a black iced Americano.

I decided to post everything I eat so here’s breakfast for 9/1/19
(2) 16.9oz water bottles+ 2 2/3 hard boiled egg whites (45cal)+ 1 clementine (35cal)= total calories for breakfast (80cal)
I am so full 🤢😂
(Eating a low amount of calories every meal helps me to not binge and still be under eating)

hello , friends .
my name is discenchant and to be quite frank , i have had just about enough of my excuses . my reflection in the mirror is one of the biggest contributors to my depression, yet as opposed to doing something constructive about it and getting fit , i just stuff myself with food . but i have gotten to the point where I’m sick of it all . tired of binging . tired of guilt . and tired of being ashamed of my reflection .
so, to really keep me going in this new journey of mine i was wondering if any of you bbs would like to be my weight loss buddy ?
