Eddie Munson is a loser dramatic metalhead outcast judged for dressing a certain way and liking d&d. He is sweet and loud and a bit clumsy and a flirt and a hero. And I love all parts of him. His past and his persistence in graduating, the way he stayed true to himself through it all, how he sacrificed himself for Dustin cause he wanted his sheep's to be save and how much he cared about hellfire and corroded coffin. All of that is why I love the character. Him being so open sincere and safe with Chrissy despite what everyone thought of him was so important for the character for us to see him be flirty vulnerable and sweet like that. I have never and will never care about ships. And him being straight or bi is the least important part to me about his story. If you want to relate to him through that side then I get it but to me canon Eddie is and always will be perfect. And for the writers and Joseph Eddie likes girls that's as much as we know. And if this book is about him finding another person like him who he can relate to and that happens go be a women then that's great. I think some of you need to understand that what you want from a character is not what the writers and actors have in mind. And dont be upset when that doesn't reach the expectations you have over fanfics and headcanons.

Among other things, I have a Chris Evans-related reason as to why it's taken me forever to finish What You Can See Now

I play The Sims and some things happened to my sim of Chris. Short version? I accidentally have DILF Chris Evans in my game. Cuteness below the cut.

It's a good sim, right?! He was made by Galyhawhaw. I miss his tattoos though. It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize he was missing the tattoos. I make tattoos for this game so I'm gonna see if I can fix that. Oh well, I guess I'm just gonna have to search for pick of Chris shirtless. It's a hardship, hehe. I'm not in love with this hairstyle either but I'm a fan of long-hair era Chris. You know cause it's best for activities that require hands to grasp things with passion. [Pauses for emphasis and stares at reader knowingly] I was honestly trying to not have this happen. If you don't play this game, the player can control almost everything. Especially with customer content and modifications created by other players added in. When I first put him in the game, he adopted a child (there is a story progression system for households you might not be playing). I, unfortunately, returned the child because he has no kids in real life. I almost unbaby'd the baby but I felt bad. I know it's just pixels and code but I use my game for writing inspo. Not that I'm gonna write about this. No, no do not expect a story about the reader finding out she is pregnant. I'm not doing it, hahaha. There are so many already! This is basically a throwaway save but come on. Is cuuuuuuuute! If you want the full details, check out this post on my other page. nico had an 'im a big three son' moment when he disembodied bryce lawrence (quite literally dissipating and shrinking his LIVING soul into a spirit) and threw him to the underworld, smashing his zombie warriors. reyna was terrified.

yet we were robbed of jason's 'im a big three son' moment where he sucks the air out of someone's lungs and makes them stop breathing, or damaging a person's nervous system with his lightning control, and literally cause internal bleeding, or a damaged/fried skull if he electrocuted hard enough (look up the effects of lightning damage on body y'all will get a whole list, tbh he doesn't even need lightning to do any of this, air control is more than enough since air takes charge of everything going inside the body, but this is just an added effect.) he could give people STROKES if he wanted to. he's the literal definition of burnt out kid who was suppressed from discovering the magnitude of his abilities, because one, his dad's ego wouldn't be able to handle it, two, because he, for some reason, can't be allowed to do anything other than get knocked out :/

also adding on, hardcore pjo fans know that after the ending page of boo, there's this fan story that rick chose to publish in the last few pages of the book where a fan reimagines the ending of hoo, in that work, annabeth collapses from an attack and percy sobs clutching her body. jason calmly asks him to step aside, and kneels before annabeth, jason regulates her breathing using his wind/lightning powers and brings annabeth back fully from her cardiac arrest, causing percy to be relieved. (I wanted to link the pics of the pages here so bad but I didn't have the hard copy of the book with me, and this isn't available anywhere online either, only in the original covers of boo uk and us version, so I edited this post and asked people to reblog this post w the pics if they have the hardcopy, and a kind blogger found the story I'm talking about and reblogged the pictures of the pages, you can check my reblogs of this post for the pictures of the almost all the pages after this scene) considering rick approved and even liked the fan's work well enough to publish it in the official boo book, I'd say rick was aware and never completely ruled out expanding jason's abilities and had them in mind, he simply didn't incorporate it into the books. (also W fan for giving jason the rep he deserves, I will always remember you, you saw the VISION before any of us did, the story was very well written, with great dialogue.)

There's a panel in Star Wars 17 where Vader tells Luke "Your strength in the Force has grown since last we met" and Luke corrects him "My connection to the Force, Vader," and this is interesting for what it says about the difference between Sith and Jedi philosophies but it's also an interesting character note that Luke feels compelled to be pedantic even in the middle of a goddamn firefight.
