Because by keeping humans that close Autobots basically show that the humans can be used as leverage #against them you know.#He would immediately suggest getting rid of kids and hiring actual competent adults instead. So all hacking can be done by professionals #and all infiltrating can be done by people who are at least old enough to drink you know #yea kids would haaaate him so much #he would also build make all kinds of little annoying gadgets bc I have read Covenant of Primus and tfp Prowl is smart like that #he would be going around sticking trackers on every enemy he fights #and then triangulating Cons positions by the coordinates where their signals stop tracking #bc Nemesis blocks them #He would also keep sending Smokey to ghost through walls and steal all kinds of valuable shit from Megsy #they would be such a menace together #man this is getting kinda long I should probably stop

Jason snuck out of the next door neighbors apartment, his boot covered in his blood just as a bruised and battered teenage girl walked over to him, terrified.

Girl (hopeful, but worried): Is he... Is he...

Jason (joking to ease the tension): If he's alive after that he's inhuman. Well more then he already was. Good thing he was home alone. Nobody was there at the time.

Jason looked at the bruised teen girl and she smiled softly.

Girl: Thank you.

Jason: What are you talking about? I have no idea who you are. I did find this backpack in there and it doesn't belong to him. Better keep it. It's got some money in there as well.

Jason handed the girl the backpack then walked passed her without discussing anything further. She chuckled with a nod then walked off to safety.

I don’t care if it’s boring I’m 10000% in love with the idea of Vegeta having a quiet happy domestic home life throughout the 7 year gap and as his end game.

He was raised in an intergalactic mafia and by an absolute miracle got out and was granted his life back. Twice. One of the two last men standing when an entire population gets wiped out. Twice (counting the Freeza Force, by the end of ResF).

His father stopped fighting on the front lines once he became king, to watch over his domain. Frieza didn’t personally get involved in battle (not wipeouts, but actual battle) until Namek. Vegeta was always (told he was) intended to take both their places.

Letting him grow into a protector has been such a great arc and imho it would be so beautifully wrapped by letting him finally get to go home and inherit his crown as the guardian of his new planet.

#I think about it so much #And I talk about the foils moving past each other in opposite directions makes me so happy #Goku spent his life home on Earth and could spend the rest of it having adventures all over the universe.#Vegeta spent his life adventuring all over the universe and could spend the rest of it home on Earth.#Let Broly come to earth too I want to see him be besties with gohan I want to see him be bESTIES WITH PAN #dbtag #silly hours #I just love that Geets wanted so much to be home with his new baby and was immediately robbed of his peace bc Freeza was resurrected agAIN #And every day I think about how he told Whis the only reason he was still training was because Freeza was alive again #And I just think!!! I'm watching a Overly Sarcastic Productions video about secret identities and one part that caught my interest was the relation to secret identities and superheroes in a time before technology, (zorro for example) where all the over power would need to do is burn their house down to stop them if they knew who they were (indirect quote from the video)

That being said

Anti hero/secret identity merlin au.

From the beginning he wears a mask and dark clothing so no one can tie back his crimes to the princes manservant. He doesn't go by Emrys or any name, which infuriates Uther and intrigues Arthur. Id say even uses his ability to shape shift to thwart the knights and go in as a spy either in camelot or other scenarios. Arthur has met merlin multiple times doing this, once as a noblewoman at a masquerade ball wearing a black lace fabric hat covered only their eyes. It didn't register until later for him who that might have been the poor idiot

Arthur certainly knows (and alot at that) about the "folk hero" going about his lands, hatefully from his father thats for sure. (Arthur doesn't know he's met the "hero" many times, every morning. Some days he makes it hard for said hero not to turn beat red from how much he laments about him throughout the day to the man himself, flattering as it is)

Scenario where uther has sent arthur to track the man down after he's been sighted, and once meeting for the "first time", they connect immediately in such a way that it gives arthur whiplash and makes him think of anther encounter where it felt as is he had already known the person

Just - merlin who is a magic vigilante who hides his identity and swoons the prince? Fuck yes
