📢 Exciting News! 📢 I'm thrilled to announce that my latest research paper has been published! 📝 This study explores the positive therapeutic effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) combined with cannabidiol (CBD) supplementation on cognitive impairment in a rat model of Amyloid β-induced Alzheimer's disease. --- Key Highlights: Objective: Investigated how HIIT and CBD affect cognitive impairment through the regulation of apolipoprotein E (APOE), presenilin-1, and glutamate proteins. --- Methods: Rats were divided into seven groups, including model, control, sham, and various combinations of HIIT and CBD treatments. The protocol involved intrahippocampal injections, followed by a six-week regimen of HIIT and/or CBD. --- Results: Both HIIT and CBD were effective in reducing Aβ deposition and improving biomarkers associated with Alzheimer's.
