why do people give such a rat's about others' labels but still don't fucking accept me being unlabelled. they see it as me giving up. that's the nicer take, one thinks i'm dealing with the ol' internalised homophobia.
i can't tell the difference between types of love. if i love at all, i have only ever loved 6 people. if i like others, i can only tell if i do shitty "maths" to figure it out
i'm an aromantic sex-positive asexual agender intersex suspected by others to be autistic and ASPD human. not specific enough? oh i'm so sorry. well how about a nesciogender intersex suspected by others to be autistic and ASPD human. no? i'm an aromantic sex-positive asexual nesciogender intersex suspected by others to be autistic and ASPD human who is not a person and is sick of having to tell people this shit so they can group me or feel like they can comprehend me or whatever their fucking reason if they have one.

hi, are there any xeno/neurogenders related to overthinking/being indecisive about your gender so you can't quite pin it down? maybe influenced by adhd/anxiety? i've always liked the term foggender but i'm not sure if it 100% fits
quite a few!
Pendogender: “Never being satisfied with your gender no matter how well it fits due to self-doubt, causing one to compulsively search and seek out something that fits even better. Gender perfectionism. This term is exclusive to neurodivergent people only, specifically coined with people with anxiety disorders, OCD, and OCPD in mind.
Xumgender: Never being satisfied with your gender due to constant self-doubt or identity issues, causing one to compulsively search and seek out something that fits as perfect as possible–to find “the gender” or “the one truth”–though one will never be found due to one’s neurotype, because words will never be able to describe it, and/or its own properties paradox itself. This frequent anxiety and doubt even causes this gender to feel imperfect to the individual.
Kynigender: A gender which is not able to be pinpointed due to the stress of the questioning process causing anxiety.
Genderinimicus: A sentiogender which describes a gender experience that cannot be fully felt/comprehended/understood because each time one attempts to mediate on their gender and determine what it does or does not entail/encompass, they feel a great sense of unease or anxiety, they begin to panic, or they become greatly distressed/distraught (including feelings of anger/frustration/despair) over not being able to make the determination. Note that this is not a distress that comes solely from uncertainty, but is a gender experience that necessarily involves an anxious/panicked/distressed sense of one’s own gender. The experiencer is therefore at odds with their gender, and this is the only thing they can know for certain, even if they can approximate what else their gender encompasses. This is dissimilar to questioning or quoigender because it necessarily entails a dissatisfaction with one’s inability to fully grasp their gender. It is NOT just “IDK my gender” or “my gender is IDK”; it’s “I’m disappointed that I don’t know my gender because some emotional barrier is in the way, but I’d still like a term that describes that experience.”
Varumgender / Avarumgender: A gender for a person who feels that, while many terms may be used to describe their gender, they don’t feel like identifying with them may be right for them–due to uncertainty, anxiety, or just neurodivergency in general. Alternatively, a term for use where many labels may fit, and one’s gender may fit all the criteria for these labels, but the traits are all static and never seem to overwhelm each other.
Nesciogender: A gender one is not completely sure of due to one’s neurotype disallowing a clear understanding of the concept, but has a vague sense of what it could be; i.e. nescioboy, nescioagender, etc.

tell me..... abt nesciogender 👀 -🥤
You just know what I love talking about huh
The name is still under question because I took it from a quick google translation to latin, but “nescio-” supposedlt should mean “I don’t know”? I was originally hoping to name it anongender or something with anonymity but that name was taken already so whatever, if you have better name suggestions tho, feel free to tell me!
Nesciogender - a gender that feels like it should remain anonymous, unknown to others. Might or might not fluctuate in intensity depending on how well you know the people you present to.

do u know if theres a term for your gender being difficult to feel due to neurodivergence but knowing ure a girl/boy/etc?
Vaguegender or Gendervague: A gender being mostly or around a certain gender (or mostly around a certain gender), but is only approximate on account of difficulty defining it due to one’s neurodivergence.
Nesciōgender: A term for neurodivergent people who have difficulty grasping the concept of gender. These individuals can combine nesciōgender with another identity that they think may fit (i.e., nesciōgendervoid). From latin nesciō ((i) do not know). Alternate term: aegrēgender. From latin aegrē (with difficulty).

(1/4)hello, i uh. i guess im just looking for some supportive words... ive been IDing as genderless for a while. when i originally learned of non binary genders, i didnt quite understand it. if there are so many genders, and people get hurt and mistreated over what they identify, and gender is entirely a personal perception of yourself, and is a social construct, why do we even have it? i spent a lot of time trying to figure out what i was too, because i realized that if all these other options-
(2/4) exist, its silly not to explore them and see where i fit in this new gender system. thinking about gender confused, frustrated, and scared me. i tried to feel my gender but i just... couldnt. i felt maybe vaguely boy, but i kept telling myself that was just me being a “tomboy”. how would i know what it means to feel like a boy? gender isnt even real! i also remember telling my friend that i felt we shouldnt even have gender. its not even a tangible thing, and it just gets people hurt. she told me “maybe the reason you cant figure out your gender and the reason gender seems so pointless to you is because you dont have one?” and it felt like everything made sense. i had a new respect for all the other genders out there. they didnt make sense to me because i didnt have a gender! i cant percieve gender, but they can! to them, they can feel exactly what it is to be a man, a woman, both, etc. everything felt right for a while. but recently i feel as though im starting to feel gender....? mostly boy, but with a little bit of girl too? yet i also still want to reject gender entirely and remain genderless. i even toyed with being trigender (boy, girl, and agender) but that label sort of scared me because its such a complex gender and clearly, for whatever reason, gender is a scary and mysterious thing for me. everytime i find myself questioning my gender it gives me mad anxiety. i hate not knowing what i am. do you have any words of encouragement for me...?
First of all, gender is scary and confusing, and you’re not alone in having anxiety over gender and questioning. Secondly, you don’t have to understand gender in order to have it. Your fear of gender doesn’t disqualify you from being trigender, if that’s you.
Questioning is nerve-wracking for most people, and for some it does give severe anxiety. That’s okay. I would take some deep breaths and focus on what you do know. You know lots of other things about yourself that aren’t related to gender. You know that everyone has a different experience of gender. You know that you’re starting to feel boy and a little bit of girl.
If you think you are feeling just boy and girl, that’s it, you can use bigender or androgyne. If you think there’s something else too, you can use the label ambonec - male, female, and neither. Either way, there is at least one word you can use for yourself.
If neither of those is satisfactory, you might find one of these terms useful:
Genderanxious: A gender that is undefined because the act of finding a label, or of having a gender, is a trigger for anxiety.
Kynigender: A gender which is not able to be pinpointed due to the stress of the questioning process causing anxiety
Nesciogender or Nesciōgender: A gender one is not completely sure of due to one’s neurotype disallowing a clear understanding of the concept, but has a vague sense of what it could be; i.e. nescioboy, nescioagender, etc.Latin nesciō "I do not know"
Nōlōgender: A term for neurodivergent people who have difficulty grasping the concept of gender. Distinct from nesciōgender in that the individual has no particular desire to investigate their gender, as doing so is overly difficult due to their inability to understand the concept of gender. From latin nōlō, ((i) do not want).
Genderdisturbed: Having a gender that you cannot or do not want to define due to anxiety, repulsion, disturbance, etc..
Gendertrapped: A feeling that one has been forced to identify with a gender that one does not want or relate to.
Peroagender: Wanting to be agender, but not identifying as agender (derived from perogender).
Quoigender: Similar to quoi- as an orientation, this term describes someone who feels that the concept of having a gender does not apply or does not make sense for them, or who rejects the concept of gender entirely as it applies to them.
I may have gone slightly overboard on the terms, but the point is there are lots of words for how you feel, and people made those words, so you’re not alone in having these feelings.
Hope this helps!

Do you know of any genders that are a blend of neurogenders? ie: mixture of autigender, bordergender, and skhizeingender? Nesciogender and Gendervague are nice, but we're just curious if there's anything more specifically "a flux/fluix/static gender that is a blend of neurogenders within one's experience." or if you could potentially coin something with that definition?
i made something similar? posted here!

is there a term for when you just... don't know? My gender is somewhat affected by my ADHD and possibly trauma but I know nothing except that I don't like being referred to by feminine terms.
I’ve actually be looking for terms like this recently because same.
Uingender
Incognitagender
Nebulatrans
Foggender
Nesciogender
Gendernimius
ADnurix
Execudysgender
Traumatagender
Caedogender/Caedgender
Genderbruised/Bruisegender
Outergender
Also, I’m not sure if “apothifeminine” is a term yet, but you could use that to describe disliking being described with feminine terms.

any genders related to being neurodivergent?
theres actually quite a lot! most are specific to certain neurotypes (like adhd genders or anxiety genders etc) but ive gathered a few of the more general ones. if youd like something more specific feel free to send another ask !
the general term for genders related to/influenced by being neurodivergent is Neurogender [flag link] , and user @neurogender has an extensive collection that’s organized quite well imo [post link]
other than that, here’s some more general neurogenders for ya:
Fractalgender: A gender where one’s gender consists of many different patterns, components, or other genders; and its inner complexities can only be understood within the context of being neurodivergent [coining post]
Rouene/Rouegender: when you have multiple genders due to being neurodivergent. [coining post]
Gendervague: a gender that is not definable with words because of one’s status as neurodivergent [archive link]
Ailgender: when your perception of gender is hard to understand due to mental illnesses and/or disorders, but you are unable to get a proper diagnosis so you can’t use specific terms [coining post]
404gender: when gender can’t be described or located due to neurodivergence [coining post]
Nesciogender: a gender one is not completely sure of due to one’s neurotype disallowing a clear understanding of the concept, but has a vague sense of what it could be [coining post]
Mistgender: a gender that feels transparent, and hard to grasp like mist. You know what it is but it’s just barely there, out of your grasp because of trauma, neurodivergency, and/or mental illness. [coining post]
i hope this helps ! ^.^

Alexigender / Alexi-
A term for when you are unable to describe your gender/orientation due to neurodivergency - you cannot put it into words. You may have a vague idea of what your gender/orientation is or could be; if so it can be used as alexigenderqueer or alexipan, for example. Alexigender/alexi- can be used in combination with another identity, or it can be a stand-alone.
Based off alexithymia, a condition/symptom where a person has difficulty describing their emotions. For use by people who have alexithymia, which may be part of another disorder such as autism, schizo-spectrum disorders, or borderline personality disorder. See also these similar genders, Gendervauge, & Nesciogender.
Colour meanings: The blues are taken from this alexithymia pride flag. The blues represent alexithymia and the inability to describe the gender/orientation; the black stripe represents the alexithymia “obscuring” or “hiding” your actual gender/orientation from you; the pinks are the inverse of the blues and represent your actual gender/orientation.
Tumblr media
The black stripe can be replaced with the pride colours of your actual gender/orientation, or your closest approximation of it. Below the read more are examples of an alexigenderqueer flag and an alexipan flag.

By the way (if you could add this dhhdho) I have autism, ADHD, depression, OCD and dyscalculia those r important to my mogai identity probably...
You can definitely add autisboy/autflux, pendogender, and nesciogender/nebulagender to the list! Don’t forget to list all your illnesses and your triggers, and any other way to hurt you in your bio! And, of course- remember, you’re autistic and have OCD and ADHD. You don’t need to be responsible for anything you do ever again uwu

Do you know of any neurogenders for people with ASPD or feeling a seperation from gender due to neurodiversity.
there arent any genders specifically for aspd, but you might like one of these:
neurogirl / neurowoman: feeling connected to femininity, but disconnected from gender due to neurodivergency.
neuroboy / neuroman: feeling connected to masculinity, but disconnected from gender due to neurodivergency.
dubiucine: someone who is partially, but not entirely, gender apathetic. a gender where your gender apathy is partial or always in flux. may or may not be influenced by one’s neurodivergence/metal illness(es).
Cocoadilic: A gender that is tied to one’s neurodivergence, especially issues with levels of empathy. A gender that is misunderstood often, but genuinely helpful to you. It is named for crocodiles and chocolate.
Genderwhat: being unable to understand the concept of gender due to neurodivergence.
Nesciogender: A gender one is not completely sure of due to one’s neurotype disallowing a clear understanding of the concept, but has a vague sense of what it could be.
(cocoadilic isn’t specifically about aspd or separation, but since there’s empathy struggles in aspd. there’s also some more empathy-based genders here)

So I know this doesn't fit the theme of my blog but honestly who cares
A while ago I mentioned nonniumgender (previously nesciogender) and I just thought that since I love making flags, I thought I'd make one for it! Here they are, with and without the symbol!
Nonniumgender - a gender that feels like it should remain anonymous, unknown to others. Might or might not fluctuate in intensity depending on how well you know the people you present to.

I remember seeing a gender a long time ago that was basically having a strong sense of having /a/ gender, but not really having the ability to put your finger on it... it may have been a neurodivergent related gender (I'm autistic). Any idea what it might be?
that’s nesciogender!
Nesciogender: A gender one is not completely sure of due to one’s neurotype disallowing a clear understanding of the concept, but has a vague sense of what it could be; i.e. nescioboy, nescioagender, etc.Nesciogender folk may “try on” different labels that they think are close to the gender they have.
